We went to several mattress stores over the weekend. We went to Mattress Gallery Direct last and wish we would have went there first. They had a much larger selection and GREAT prices. We bought a Tempur-pedic mattress and an Adjustable base. We also bought our son a Jamison Resort mattress. The salesman was very informative and he even got us a delivery same day. Everyone else was talking about a 2-3 week wait. The delivery guys were on time and very nice. All around great experience. Best place to buy a mattress in Smyrna!

This place is so amazing! Christina is the best! He was so professional and so kind. Im for sure going back for anything else. This guy is so grate that I would even invite him over for Sunday dinner. My husband and I was having such a horrible day. Everyone trying to take advantage of us. Not this guy. He was so welcoming and so helpful. Thank you Christina Im sending everyone I know your way.

My friend went there looking for a reasonable deal on a mattress. The salesman, William Duncan, was very pushy and arrogant. Bragged about BBB rating, which you can buy. My friend ended up buying from another store. Salesman at the other store will be an executive one day. Loved that dude.

Wife and I went mattress shopping Saturday (10/23/21) for King Adjustable Base Bed. This was the 4th store we visited that we almost didn’t even go to. Mattress Firm initially tried to sell a king with adjustable base for about 6K. Was able to talk them down to 3600 before tax, but the fact that they wouldn’t show us numbers didn’t sit well with us, so my wife noted everything and we went to the next store. We then went to Sleep Outfitters and there prices were higher than the Mattress Firm, the lady we talked to there showed us an alternative to what we initially wanted. She told us about their warranty and even was going to thrown in 2 free Temper Pedic cooling pillows. We noted her pros and cons and went to the next store. Mattress King had one adjustable beds and we were honestly overwhelmed and ready to just go home and pick between the first two stores. We saw Mattress Gallery Direct and I told my wife this would be the last one. We have to go right by it to get home so what the hell. We were greeted as soon as the door opened, Micky greeted us both and started from the beginning to see how he could help us. He first had us test different beds to get the level of firmness and plushness that we preferred. Once we had that figured out we moved to the preferred base. After we were comfortable, we went to discuss pricing. Micky worked with us and got the prices down a good amount, but we still wanted to discuss our options before we made a decision. William Duncan, then asked what he could do. He took the offers from Mick and literally slashed the asking price by over a thousand. He presented us with an offer too good to pass up. They took their time, explained everything. Showed us different price points and still went above and beyond. They beat the nearest competitor and it wasn’t even close. Not to mention it’s a family owned business.

We walked in only to get an idea on prices and styles for a new mattress. DEAN CHANCE was the first person to ever assess our needs to help us find the RIGHT mattress. He was informative of the different types available and needless to say, we bought our mattress that day from Dean! He made us feel comfortable and welcome and we are enjoying our mattress! Today my wife and decided its time to purchase a new mattress for our bed. We went into the store thinking we would just look around and move on to the next mattress store, then make our decision another day. From the time we entered the store Brian Morse made us feel welcomed and not pressured. He walked us through several brands and firmness of mattresses. He also worked with us on price because we had an amount we didnt want to go over. Please get your mattress from Mattress Gallery Direct, you wont regret it. Thanks again Brian.

Omg! Rick was awesome!! He wasn’t pushy at all he listened to me and what I was looking for in a mattress! He could sell just about all of the mattresses out of the store. The prices are wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, I can just go on and on! Rick gave me a great shopping experience, he was friendly, professional, great listener, patient, just an all around great person. I am so glad to have experienced this shopping experience it made my day go a lot better !!!

So they advertise about this great sale. Walk in and there are no signage saying whats for sale. The guy that helped us was very helpful, but felt a bit thrown off buy advertising.

William and Mike were extremely helpful and knew there mattresses! We got a high quality bed frame, high quality mattress with the box spring for under our budget with the same day delivery. They even moved our old stuff and threw in a high quality knights Armour mattress protector for free. I highly recommend this place!!

This was our second time buying with these guys. William (Billy) his Dad calls him, is very knowledgeable and a great person. You definitely want be able to beat there prices, trust me. We shopped this time at the Smyrna location. The first time we shopped with them was in Murfreesboro. Stop by and see these guys. Its a family owned business. Just one advice, from you guys, please have your delivery guys start wearing shoe covers. That is one of my wifes pet peeves when a delivery person comes into the house
