I went to the Mattress Firm store (Smyrna), and was greeted by Justin. Justin assisted me in finding the right mattress for my back issues. Shopping for a mattress can be a bit frustrating, but Justin made things much easier for me. I left feeling I got the best deal of the day.

From the time we walked into the store it was an awesome experience! Justin provided great customer service. He gave great advice and options. We walked out with a smile on our faces! Please go see Justin if your in need of a mattress.

My mother bought us all new beds and mattresses from here. A month later, the mattresses are sinking. The store will do nothing about it unless we spend more money. We spent over a thousand, and wish we wouldnt have. We got screwed royally. My advice... Go to Joe Bs or someplace else. We thought we were getting a deal. We got jipped instead. Skip this one.UPDATE: Tomorrow, they are bringing brand new upgraded mattresses and not charging my mom a dime.

Our salesman John was great. He had a good attitude and was knowledgeable about the mattresses and frames we looked at. He treated us right and made the sale. We couldnt take it home that night (which was a bummer) but we were able to pick up the next day at the warehouse.

My husband & I paid a visit to tryout the Purple Queen size Mattress and was greeted by a warm and professional young man who answered all our questions and offered to show us other alternatives if the Purple didn’t really meet our needs.We ended up purchasing the Purple #2 split bed along with a Purple pillow, two bamboo sheet sets and more.We would recommend Mattress Firm to whomever is looking for a mattress and or pillows.

Excellent service from start to finish!! My purchase was relatively small. I was very much taken by surprise by the level of attention and service I received. From start to finish. I believe I exchanged about 4 separate phone calls with John to find a box spring for our daughter’s bed because hers was horribly broken. He was incredibly nice, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. He took extra steps to find what we were looking for and managed to arrange quick delivery since we don’t have a vehicle able to transport a box spring and ensured our daughter wouldn’t be sleeping on the floor 😂 Thank you!!

I was impressed with Darviet’s customer service and willingness to get me the mattress we wanted. When the store didn’t have what I needed, he made sure another store did and had them hold it for me until I got there. He was so kind to my 7 year old and treated him like another person. I’d go back to the store just for him.

I went into the store today to look around. I’ve been looking for a mattress for a couple weeks now and just haven’t been able to decide. I had a great and comfortable experience. He didn’t immediately take us to the most expensive mattress. I told him what I liked and he showed us what was on sale and went above and beyond to get us a great price for our king mattress. If I am not mistaken, he is the manager of the store and he was the one who happen to be there when me and hubby decided to mattress shop. We went in there looking for a regular smegular mattress and ended up leaving with the bed of our dreams. We didnt know they sold Purple mattresses, which is what we had always wanted but found them to be a bit expensive. D searched and found us a Purple 4 that was on sale with the deal of a life time. He helped with all the paperwork and was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy or anything. He listened to our needs and executed the sale with perfection. I came here a week ago just to look around, the customer service experience I received was out of this world. I was greeted in a timely manner and Darviet was very thorough on all of the mattresses I had questions around. Fast forward to this week after shopping around at other stores I had to come back and give my business to this location in Smyrna simply due to how I was treated during my initial visit. If you are on the hunt for a mattress I would highly recommend the Smyrna location off Sam Ridley by the Target.

I found out on Thursday afternoon about 4pm that I needed a mattress and furniture for my uncle to be discharged from the hospital on Monday morning after Easter. I was upset because so many stores were closed. I checked Walmart and no bed options were available. I had to get all kinds of things. I checked the internet and Mattress Firm deliveries supposedly took 3-5 business days. That would not work. On a hunch I called the Smyrna store and Darviet answered. He was quite the gentleman in calming me and helping to find the set that would work for our limited budget. He quickly called the warehouse and amazingly arranged a Saturday delivery! He was my hero that day! I was able to more calmly and carefully shop for other items needed and finish the job. Thank you so much for being open and assisting everything by phone. It took less than half an hour while sitting in my car. Still amazed 5 days later!

First time coming in, explained to the salesman, Darrian C., the pain in my lower back while sleeping. He showed us the benefits of the adjustable bed frame. Purchased one that night...1st night sleeping on it..AMAZING the relief in my lower back!Back for a second time, looking for an additional mattress and adjustable frame, Darrin C. took care of us just as well, if not better, as he did the 1st time! He worked to get us the bed and frame we needed as well as making sure he applied the discounts and sales available! All while being patient and kind with our kiddos! Highly recommend!

Yesterday we made a purchase for a king size mattress. Our salesman Darviet was amazing to work with. The bed he recommmeded that he uses at home turned out to be the best fit for my family. He has a great attitude and worked with us including other customers that came in. Mattress Firm give this guy a raise for excellent customer and communication skills. We were greeted when we walked in and just overall great experience which is very important to me when shopping! Our bed has been delivered now I cannot wait to buy new bedding since we ditched our queen size mattress.
