This store is very spacious, clean and well maintained. They provide good customer service. The products are well organized and it is very easy to locate products. They have good variety of fruits, vegetables, bakery products, meat products, diary products and poultry. They also have a pharmacy in this store.
This Kroger needs major revamp for both management and staff. Not sure how this Kroger even got 4 stars. I’ve been to this Kroger multiple times and every single time I encountered issues. Incorrect products price happened a lot especially on promotional items, milk passed expiration days (many days) still on shelf. One or more self checkout register always out of order and you needed to wait forever to get help from staff.
Going downhill fast. Staff acts like I just asked them to cut off an arm if I ask for any help. One time I asked the seafood staff for recommendations on how to heat stuffed claims and he said “I don’t know, I’d never eat that stuff.” Lines for checking out are always long and the self checkout urges you incessantly to bag items you’ve already bagged. Don’t try calling for assistance though. It’s quicker to work it out yourself. One morning I walked in to buy pop tarts (pregnancy craving) with cash. No lines were open except for self check out and all of those said “no cash.” I requested assistance and stood there for 2 minutes but nobody responded. I couldn’t even see a single employee behind any cash register, at self check out, or at the customer service desk. I honestly probably could have walked out, stealing the pop tarts and nobody would have seen. However, I left the pop tarts at self checkout and left the store immediately. That’s a BIG deal for a pregnant woman who is craving.Trust me, it’s worth it to drive to Publix. This Kroger just isn’t up to par to others I have shopped at.
Worst Kroger ever. Stay away!!!Corporate, please read some of the reviews. They are all true. Especially concerning the security guard. Unbelievable.
This is not my normal place to shop so I was not prepared to check out and bag my 48 groceries items myself! Not one cashier was available this morning. No there was one cashier that was working self checkout. But she didn’t help me only watched . She said “ I am the only one working check outs. Other Kroger employees were stocking shelves. Poor management. Where is my pay?
This store went down hill.. They are going to kill someone with that deli meat second time I got bad deli meat. They cut the bad meat on the cutter then turned around and cut the good meat on the cutter. Then my deli meat went bad in two days. Just go to the next grocery store and for God sake stay away from the deli department
Store is clean. I live in this neighborhood and get treated like a criminal each time I go to self checkout. I get the idea of loss prevention but to have the security officer hound and over facilitate our shopping experience has made this Kroger in my new neighborhood sour. Tonight was her second time doing this so now I am making a review. Sincerely, just a man trying to keep groceries in my house without being prejudged or followed. Please fix this.
The security lady that sits in the Kroger wheel chair at the door is very rude and harassing. Shes a older black woman that stands over you at the self checkout as giving the impression as if your stealing. She came and falsely accused me of stealing fish and checked my entire receipt. Without an apology rudely walks away. I told the young lady at customer service, she pleads with me to tell management and says she and others have been having to deal with her rudeness for a while. Well I told management and tried giving this location another try only for her to give the same exact harassment at the checkout. At this point Kroger needs to fire her. She is horrible and hire cashiers if they feel Im stealing!! I will be filing a complaint with corporate.
Horrible management, lines always long. Store could be more organized.
Ghetto store and rude cashiers, always out of stock and disorganized! Will not be returning to this location.
Artina at checkout made my Kroger experience horrible. She isn’t pleasant and is very passive aggressive. I didn’t appreciate her smacking her teeth and throwing down the scanner because I asked her for a Kroger plus card. This is my local Kroger’s and it’s not right that I have to say to myself I will never go to her check out line again. She’s a horrible representation of what checking out at Kroger should look like. I pray y’all do better with training and look into better customers driven cashiers. This isn’t ok
I have been going to this location for 13 years only because of convenience and pricing. It has slowly deteriorated into a nasty store. No one cleans the carts (like at Publix) the staff could care less what you think or need, the parking lot is trashy and the shelves are never stocked.
If you value fast & easy checkout this is not the place to go.
This kroger is so ghetto and the staff never fail to make me uncomfortable walking through the door. Thats why I avoid it as much as possible to point that unless I only need 1 or 2 quick items Im not going. This brings me to another point if the store is supposed to be open another 5 or 10 minutes dont turn me away saying youre closed when you have no idea what Im getting because Im never in there more than 5 minutes because its such a bad store
The Kroger never has carts ready plus when you check out they never have lines open
Have shopped here regularly over the past two years with mixed results. Small selection and what they have is constantly out of stock. After today, Im done with this store. Purchased two beef tenderloins on a Tuesday evening with a sell by date of Friday. Put them in my meat drawer of my fridge (-1 F). Took them out the next day and they were rancid. Absolutely no way the sell by date was correct.
Clean store. Always find a HELPFUL employee too! Plus, if you arent able bodied, they ALWAYS have a mobility cart charged and available!
Selina did a great job on my flowers for my aunt
Just left there. Went to self checkout and after I’ve rang up everything your self checkout man mr.anthony decides to be rude and roll his eyes and say it doesn’t take cash (your signs need to be bigger or actually shown on the screen) so I unbagged everything and was turning around to go to a normal line he said he would transfer me to his counter. He then proceeds to not give me bags to put my stuff in so I walked to the car with everything out as if I was leaving Costco. He definitely needs a attitude adjustment.
Went here with my two teens today bought grocery I decided to go through self checkout we had a cart mid full but not enough for the little security lady to be alert. I noticed as we were checking out she appears out of nowhere to watch us... it’s a shame you can’t buy in your neighborhood without being profiled when we first walked up she was nowhere in sight then I turn around and she’s right there staring us down! The old me wanted to pay for it all then make them return it all and go somewhere else but I just won’t ever shop there again! If you’re going to watch people don’t make it so obvious! All black people don’t steal !

As of this review it appears they havent scrubbed the urinals in the last 6 years which reminds me this is the same kroger my friend found pubes in the bathroom- this store is dirtier than the rest! #sadbuttrue
It’s 930 at night and the store closes at midnight- yet only one line of 6 is open. We have over 10 people with full carts waiting. Why is this the best decision for customers right now?
People here dont know how to do their jobs. Go to publix. Its way better and way better customer service. Plain and simple. Staff needs work. Rude and they do not give help.
I really like this particular Kroger. Every time I walk in, I smell something delicious from the deli. The store is clean, and is well put together. The staff is friendly as well. Mostly I like that its a calm, not hectic shopping experience. I dont mind driving out of my way to shop there.
Worse Kroger ever to shop or work there 🤢🤢.very rude
Lots of vegan options and they even have a good amount of items sold in bulk. I can bring my own jar in and just take the weight beforehand, fill it up, pay. The organic fruits and veggies are not as much as I would like, but its a good start!
This is my Kroger and i actually like it. Its always clean and the staff is nice. Mike and Miles are amazing and always ready and willing to help customers and they actually smile while doing it. Excellent examples of customer service which is extremely rare.
The store manager is so helpful and he seems to be liked by all his employees. I love going to this store. They remember you and make you feel like youre visiting friends. The store prices and availability is wonderful. I even wanted a sushi bowl and they stopped what they were doing to fix exactly what I wanted.
The employees here suck. So mean. Every time I come in they look at me like “why the f are you even here”. This place is a joke, the store owner must be humiliated.
Imagine showing up at the grocery store and waiting by the door for them to open, only for someone to tell you they WILL NOT be opening on time and they dont know when. I knew I shouldve just went to a different location
Of all the Kroger stores I have been to this is the worst. Every time I use self check out, the customer service person disappears leaving me to look around and ask other cashiers for help. Their checkout system has so many glasses that, upon most recent visit, I had to wait around 3 times for one transaction! What should have taken 10 minutes at Target ( my preferred store) took 25. In addition, the cashiers, with few exceptions, seem regularly rude and inconvenienced by request for help. I try to avoid this store as much as possible.
I loooooovee this place. I sometimes take my girls here to pick out there own little snacks for school. It’s always clean and neat and the workers are really nice and helpful. Our #1 place🥰💕🌺
When you have a 15 item OR LESS LINE, TEACH your employees that 60 items DOES NOT belong in the 15 items or less line. And REMIND your employee when they are working the 15 ITEMS OR LESS LINE, If there is 16 items or more, refer the customer politely to another line. Basis 101 stuff Kroger!
Excellent staff! Great selection! You can get everything you need here. Organic, fresh vegetables and fruit section is well maintained. 5 stars
Outstanding supermarket! From food and wine to flowers and even medicine...a great place to meet all your needs. They even share a lot with a dry cleaners...so you can get that done, too!
Laws have mercy!!! Couldnt focus on the looks or cleanest of the store because of all the beautiful women that was in the store. GOD THANK YOU FOR BEAUTIFUL WOMEN Made my day
Always have my vegan options!! ThankYou!!
Good Kroger location. Has a nice layout. Produce seems to always be a little rotten side no matter what time of day you come into this location. Fruit flies are everywhere at the entrance when you walk in. This location does have a mostly nice staff and they do a good job keeping excessive shopping carts out of the parking lot.
Always friendly staff! Mary is one of the ladies there. Such an awesome person. Store is always well stocked.
Able to get in and out with fair prices
Clean store easy to find products, Customer service representative Ms Gail excellent manners at service desk, and great in bagging groceries. Wonderful job. My merchandise was bagged perfect.
A busy Kroger, but you can usually park very close to the front door. Theyd benefit from some extra space in there, as you do have to get creative getting your cart through traffic sometimes. Normally pleasant staff.
Always love Kroger, great sales & fuel points equals winning! This location ia close to my job so its convenient! Very clean and organized! Staff was very friendly!
Excellent product range and the prices cant be beat. Their pharmacy is one of the best. Excellent service!
I like this Kroger. The flow is very nice. Wine is in own section. Clean and orderly. Nice people work here.
Very neat well organized store, good selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood. Staff friendly helpful and helpful. Building and grounds seem to be well maintained
I can not possibly say nice enough things about this Kroger. Very well kept and amazing staff!Especially the manager I can not rave enough about. I am in this Kroger all the time and she is always smiling, says hello and sees if she can help me with anything.I want to express my great admiration for her as I watched her very politely and professionally deal with a completely irrational and rude customer. Absolutely will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the area and recommend this Kroger to anyone and everyone I can
Reasonably priced and quality products. Great for running in for quick items.
Good size store. Kinda crowded with displays and kinda messy/disorganized but decent location and easy to get in and out. I like the upper level parking because if you go at night you get a nice view of the downtown buildings.
The remodeled store is nice. The have a decent wine selection. And the lines are relatively fast even during peak hours.
Nice, little Kroger tucked away off South Atlanta Rd. I was happy because they still had the free Friday download items as well as sale specials available on Saturday morning. My cashier was very nice and friendly!
I went here to purchase dinner from the seafood department. It was 6:48pm and the fresh seafood display was already being shut down. I asked the two employees are you guys closing already they replied yes. It was not even 7pm yet. He ask what I was looking for I stated two lobster tails and shrimp and that I wanted them steamed with the California Garlic seasoning. He stated we our out of lobster tails. Kroger and everyone else has a big push on quick already prepared meals and this market is growing fast but this is not how you grow this side of your business with poor execution. I will continue to shop at my local Kroger and I will avoid this location at all cost. Hopefully this gets to someone who cares!
I rather like some of Krogers store brand products. Their saltine crackers and ice creams are pretty good for the price. They also generally carry all of the products I can find at Publix for slightly lower prices, which is nice. Their produce section is pretty good as well.
Good for a quick stop/shop. Decent (and fairly priced) vegitarian, vegan, health food section. Sea food & meat is of good quality and so is their produce.
Terrible customer service. No smiling faces,no greetings, I said good morning to an associate to ask a question and no response back, looked at me as if I was bothering her. The store opens at 6am but the other departments in the back like deli meat, even though someone was back there, you cant get help until 8am....
Mr Adam in the meat department totes helped me find the right cut of beef and elaborated beautifully on the difference between them.
Fair produce selection, but good when in stock. Blood pressure machine is great. Convenient location to I-285.
Love living so close to a Kroger. Just have to deal with the design of the parking lot and delivery trucks. However, you can ignore that by parking on the top of the stores parking deck.
Went to the seafood department and ask a simple question, can I steam Kroger brand seafood thats in the aisle coolers. The guy behind the counter was clueless and a manger took his sweet time walking over. The question could have been answered over the walkie talkie or phone.
Very cute, compact store that has everything in stock! Very neat! Loved the staff!
Shelves minimally stocked in the natural foods department, bulk nuts area is often empty. Management is friendly and accommodating, but staff is often rude and unknowledgeable. Best department is flowers, Ms. Ruth is awesome and keeps top notch bouquets in stock!
The employees are nice but the store is never stocked. It is 11 AM and they were still stocking in every department, fruit, deli. This is every day. If the store is open at 6am why are they still stocking at noon every day? This holds the consumer up. Why not have stockers come in early or be more efficient so that stocking doesnt take all day
I never go to Kroger, and this is why. I’m walking along my jolly way down the main aisle looking for candy and bam. A roach runs out in front of me. The man with the broom just stops and looks at me. I’m like “you gonna get that” he keeps sweeping the other way. GROSS
Easy to find what youre looking for. But not pick selection on red meat steaks ground beef or lamb
This morning must have been an off day for Jean and Lakija....poor service. Barely spoke to me or helped me in an efficient way
Parking is great. Im always in and out. The layout of the store makes everything easier. Always people at the registers. Always self-checkout.
One of the worst Krogers I have been to. Customer service is terrible (accept for Pharmacy). Cashiers take the cake most are very rude or just not friendly at all...no hello...do not even ask for Kroger card anymore...granted some of the baggers are nice but tend to do things wrong like not isolating the raw chicken etc. The Kroger is walking distance from my house, but I will drive 10 minutes further to go to Publix.
Krogers is the best place to shop wish I could get more coupons Thanks
I love this grocery store! The owner, employees and managers their are so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure the customers is greatly appreciated and satisfied.
My experience at Kroger was good. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank u
Its not bad no one is in your business most people are kind. Its not dirty.
Recently remodeled, not as gourmet as the one in Buckhead. Ample parking. Best time to go is around 9am.
Rude staff on Thanksgiving day. Came to the store last night at 9pm. Staff was on the phone and had to call 3times before he got off his phone to come and help. Male staff should not be in front to help people with no customer service. Unacceptable
My checkout cashier, Nina, was very friendly and polite. My customer service was extremely great today.
Great people. :Prices are right. Great selection & well run store
They are very helpful. Sways there for your needs. Never a bad day.
Decent Kroger but now there are much better options nearby. Sprouts is a few miles up the road and there is a new Publix at Moores Mill and Marietta
Sooo the beer nnwine should be somewhere around one another. And the chParty plates should be found in the deli/ bakery. Other than that great experience here.
Very nice place to shop variety of merchandise very clean the people was very pleasant.
Great deals and prices! However the employees do not go out of there way to help you find things. I asked 2 employees where the pimento were, 1 told me he didnt know what that was and walked away. The other one said she didnt know and walked away :(
I go to this location every month, this location has more stores inside, and this location is always clean when I visit. I love my favorite cashier Shawn.
I love Kroger but they need to shutter this one. Evey time I break down and go here (its near my place) it reminds me why I travel much further for better options. In brief:1) the design: the only entrance is at the end, so you have to walk all the way to the back of you want just milk (as an example).2) employees: rarely offer assistance, appear to dislike thier job and often time unfriendly.3) disorganized: often out of carts in the cart area and aisles appear cluttered4) Parking is awful. They have rooftop parking but it seems a bit unsafe.I love Kroger but this is by far the worst location Ive been to in atlanta
Very good place to shop since the makeover still transforming
This Kroger is a joke! Clearly these are made up reviews! What is the purpose of closing and locking the front doors, blocking off isles and trying to control how your customers move about the store?? If you feel that unsafe just close the whole store . Also no one in there is knowledgeable about the use of the Kroger app to download digital coupons. One guy told me “oh that’s because it takes a while to download to your phone “ lol and we haven’t even reviewed the store on it’s selection of meat and produce . Rating on that = ZERO
Wonderful grocery store. Very clean and many options to chose from. Employees where helpful.
Found some great deals, and it was surprisingly not anxiety-inducingly crowded at around 5 p.m. on a weeknight.
Love my atl road kroger - great prices, selection and outstanding checkout!
Definitely lower prices than Publix but the staff is really bad. They clearly have no training on how to package groceries and they arent always friendly or very polite. I hate shopping here because of the experience but I continue to because of the value and organic food selection compared to Publix. Id rather drive 20 min to trader Joes.
I seem to know where everything is when I go here, layout is great. Could clean up the outside a little bit tho.
A lot of parking. Theres an upper level for parking if needed. It was very busy, but all six self-checkout lanes were open along with three registers.
Solid location. Parking is super tight up front but usually the store is clean and the lines move fairly well.
Very clean and well stocked on my visit.
They usually geep their shelves well stocked. I remember asking one of their managers about Halo Top ice cream when it first came out because I did not see it in the store . That manager made it his business to order it and make sure they had it well stocked from that point on. I like this location because of the overall experience even though sone things need work. I wanted to give this one 3 stars but theyre a oitlle better than average so... yeah. Their produce needs a lot of help. Not sure why they close early now but a little disappointed about that.
Happy to have store near home. Great customer service.
This was a great Kroger when it opened a few years ago. Now its getting pretty bad. Went there today and shelves were literally 1/2 full, at best. Bread isle virtually empty, milk case virtually empty, no bottled water at all, similar view on most isles. items laying in the floor like nobody was tidying up at all. Must have a new manager in the last several months that doesnt care. Im going to Publix for the near term, not wasting time here when the shelves are bare.
Great value and selection. The staff is super nice and the clientele is good people watching!
Easy store to get in and out of. Self checkout usually does not have a line
