The store was a MESS!!! The area where the books were, were just thrown on the shelves. They really need to focus more on the recovery and clean up. But, I understand that when the customer turn their children loose in the store and allow them to make a mess doesnt help.

Usually, I can come in and quickly find what I need. In this last visit I found the store to be disheveled and unorganized. What I needed was not in stock and items just seemed to be all over the place. I quickly left. They defenetly have alot of things you need here. It can be a mess and somewhat empty at times. But they will have the basic essentials that you need

The store was busy. I dont get it, the store was trashed and still people were flying in. I love a dollar store as much as the next person but this was ridiculous I made a quick sweep could not find anything I needed and left empty handed. Not sure if they were short handed but it was bad.

Crowed and dirty. No social distancing and some ppl not wearing mask. The workers arent wearing mask correctly.

This Dollar Tree is always in disarray. There also some kind of mold building on several of the ceiling vents.

Dollar Tree always has a good deal with everything still a dollar. Does not take long to find something worth while.

They have what I need. Store is sometimes a little messy but cant complain.

Cashier was very courteous. Store was clean.

Needed some balloons in a hurry, they were great. Took about 5 minutes

There thousands of items in this store. Today the store looked in better shape. In the past it has been a train wreak. At least i saw one young man stocking today. Usually most of the new stock is still in the box and not on the shelves. It needs help.

Its Dollar Tree... keep expectations low and you wont be disappointed. Store had stock in the aisles, understaffed but the bathroom was fairly clean. Eventually found the items I was looking for. Cashier was harried but very pleasant to me. Its ok.

Cashiers are pleasant and patient

They change staff regularly...but they still have the best customer service regardless of the rotation swap.......

Best selection at this store and is always very clean. Sometimes the employees have attitudes about the lines but the lines and customers keep your job a possibility....please dont be rude. Be proud of your job.

I found exactly what I was looking for

Worst Dollar Tree. They always operate like theyre going out of business with so many empty shelves. Cashier made me remove all items from my basket before she would ring me up, then proceeded to ring up the customer behind mes items on my ticket. Then raised her voice at the lady asking why she didnt say anything. Didnt know how to void the items off, so I paid $5 extra and didnt even get the items! I was in a hurry, so I just let it go. 2 stars because theyre so close to my house and do always have gift bags and tissue paper.

They dont do returns, only exchanges. Thats annoying. Customer service isnt bad but there is nothing special about it. Store is ho-hum at best.

Ok it gets 3 stars cause everythings a buck. Only 1 register was open and the line was 10 people deep. Oh well to much to ask for = speed, convience & a buck.

So I just went to Dollar tree at 8:44 pm and they had their doors locked. Online it says they close at 10. There were no posting saying they would close early. This is highly unprofessional.

Horrible.Leaving this store now! Disappointed!The store looks like a mess, boxes everywhere, shelf empty, customer service sucked. After being in one line the Manager Walked away Im assuming to clock an emplyee in. I was left in line nothing was said After about 5min of waiting I just went to another line. The girl at the register didnt speak and I guess I was taking too long to get my money from her so she laid it on the counter and still didnt speak. Then moved on to the next customer as I didnt exist or was still standing there.Ugh.. These stores are hiring horrible non customer service mamanagement and kids at registers. Guess Ill be going to another location.

The friendly staff at this store is what makes me love going there

I always try to steer away from this particular Dollar Tree because it is such a mess. The line is always long and the place is always understaffed. I actually went in there today, but since the store was in such disarray & the line was backed way up, I walked right back out the door. The story is always the same with this store. Stores like this one give Dollar Tree a bad name.

Although this location isnt the cleanest store on Earth, I wouldnt say it isnt worth going to if youre looking for something cheap. However, remember that you get what you pay for.

Sometimes the lines can get a little long but you usually find what you need and at times even more. The store has definitely improved since the past GM.
