Surprisingly different selection than other Dirt Cheaps Ive visited, and not in a bad way. A lot of home improvement and tools, and it looks like most of it is well worth the price. I ended up walking out with some side view mirrors, a large assortment of fuses, and a portable Victrola record player (only needs a new needle) for just over 20 dollars.As with any Dirt Cheap you have to search for treasures, and this one didnt disappoint.

If I could put no stars I would. The only cashier that was working this afternoon was RUDE to say the least. I was there with my whole family, and she threatened to clock out on us for stepping past the X on the floor, which our buggy was right on top of. My husband was standing right in front of the buggy. I understand covid distancing but this was coming from a worker who wasnt even wearing a mask.

You really have to dig to find good stuff but you can get great deals! Store is a little disorganized but staff is friendly and you can find better deals here!

Products overpriced. The whole store is a complete mess. The women running the registers the day I went in were not helpful and acted like they didnt want to he bothered.

Overall they have had great deals! However within the last couple of months they have consistently made up their own prices and have refused to honor corporate signage and sales.

I love going to these stores. This location was clean and it was a pleasure to deal with an employee there named “Billy”. This store has great clothing brand options more than other DC locations.

I absolutely love this place. The manager is wonderful and he is always smiling and eager to assist with anything you may need. I have been coming to this dirt cheap since it opened. I find what Im looking for and of course alot I wasnt.

Soooo disorganized!! Gave me anxiety just looking around. Merchandise just shoved everywhere with no thought to organizing by type of product. Discount store gone mad.

This store is a huge mess. Pricing is way too much for the quality of product and its worse than when bargain hunt first opened. Greatly disappointed in the sores appearance.

Great place to find deals but you have to search. It’s not nice and neat but I think the hunt is one of the best parts. Items are 40-90% off depending on how long they had the item- check the numbers on the tag to the paper on the shelf for % off. So if you like something but it’s not what you want to pay, wait and it will get cheaper (unless it’s the only one like furniture). They have a NO RETURN policy so check EVERYTHING before buying. If it’s electrical they have a check station in the back to ensure it works before purchasing. Some stuff is junk but you can find some fantastic deals if you’re willing to search-most things won’t jump out at you. I save tons of $$$ each time I go.

The idea is great...but, the store is a disorganized mess. Its hard to even get your cart down the aisles. The items are not always marked with a price or an easy to recognized discount. Also I wanted to buy an item that was in a bin marked 60 percent off but rang up at only 40 percent off, a difference of $15. When a manager was asked about it he said it was a newer item thus only the 40 off. When I asked him why it was in the 60 bin all he did was delete the item from our intended purchase n walked away...I was not impressed with his attitude or customer service skills.

Its like a garage sale. You really have to look at what you are buying, but there are some great bargains to be found.

Used to be a great store to go to when I first started going there, but I think they changed management since then and now the prices are too high. No way am I going to buy a $900 sofa from a place called Dirt Cheap. Some of the furniture that is priced several hundred dollars are missing legs or are scratched up. Who comes up with the pricing needs to come off their high horse.

Just thought Id stop in to see what it was like. One lady greeted me she was very nice and polite thats why I give a rating of one star. The place is really huge rows of clothing, Bins full of miscellaneous items, they also sell some furniture but the place was a total mess. That all being said this place is nowhere near dirt cheap. Some prices on things were comparable to Walmart. I did not purchase anything.

The cashiers are so slow yes love the store great prices be aware cashiers are so slow no help either from the management. 😢

Some items priced higher then new. I went back today and picked up 4 pillows. According to the sign should have been discounted 95% but when I got to counter was told she was going to change the sign? There was more then one sign. So she refused to give me the discount. I didnt need them but was going to donate. They should change signs before putting out merchandise. Come in early if they need too. But this is not acceptable. If weights and measures was to visit they should be fined just like other retailers. I am updating due to received a call from customer service . They were great and took care of me .

Your store staff needs to know how to do sales tax exempt certificate. When your assistant manager doesnt know then you shouldnt be a manager.Also did not give me my frequent purchaser card.

This is one of the cleanest and most organized stores in the area. There are people who throw things around and don’t control their children but the workers try hard to keep it organized. They have the best inventory and the staff is always pleasant.

This dirt cheap is soooooooo a million times better than the one in murfreesboro!!! I love it i love it I love it! HOWEVER. Their cashiers differ so much and so often that they price things so differently often. When they dont have a tag and they make a best guess sometimes I feel a bit screwed. I do appreciate that they let us say no to items as we check out. But I literally came in twice the same day for an extra rug I wanted and the only thing different was the cashier and he priced me 3 times as much as the first one. Thats a real bummer for me.

Horrible! This place looks like a bomb went off in every isle. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired ASAP! Hands down the worst location Ive ever seen.

Staff is friendly, but has turnover (so theyre occasionally new and subsequently learning). Stuff is cheap, as advertised, and can be a great place to pick up a steal

I have been shopping at Dirt cheap since I was a teenager I love finding deals so I most definitely wont stop but Im not happy with the 40% I have never seen merchandise come in under 50% only electronics and you very rarely see 90% off merchandise I can honestly say I enjoyed good merchandise at 90% off once. You all need to do better that 40% is not cool

The place does have good sales. The problem is, that you have to really take time and find those deals. The store is disorganized. Once we were going to pay we had to wait a long time!!! Ask the cashier if she was the only was the only cashier and she answers rudely “yes” didn’t offer to pick up the phone so someone else could come and help. The line to pay was super long and the cashier didn’t care.So in other words, the place has deals, but the customer service terrible.

Tried it for the first time and well I kinda thought of what to expect, but wow! They really need to organize or clean up!! I started to check out the prices on the items and no way!! They charge as if it was nee in its original package and its not. Example I was looking for a vacuum, well I found several and all were over $80 and open boxes, damaged or even said salvage and they looked all used and dirty. So no, no no no. Lol. I went to Walmart and found a brand new one for $57

I did not know what is store was when I went in there but someone had suggested I check it out and Im really glad I did. It is overstock items from chain stores but at super affordable pricing. They also have housewares, shoes and all kinds of miscellaneous items. Dont go in thinking youre going to be able to go through the entire store in 5 minutes. Its a little disorganized and will take you time to go through it

Its a hit or miss. You can find some really good things here and sometime you can find nothing. It all depends on what they have. Its not organized as Walmart or Target, so you have to take your time and look around. Also they have an app for you to look at the prices .

Bought the best pair of sneakers ever! I did have to go to 2 stores to find a pair but worth it. The first store only had two left shoes. Im glad i went to the smyrna location they have the clothing sorted into sizes. The murfreesboro location needs to take note. Murfreesboro you might as well pile all the clothes on the floor in one giant pile.

Asked 3 people for a price on an item. 1st spoke boo English and just pointed. 2nd blew me off 3rd said just ask the manager. Why are y’all employed if you aren’t going to help the customer. This store was nasty. Rude associates.

The price listed on their rack was not honored. The manager reduced the discount from 80% off to 40% off without updating the discount on the rack. When getting to the register after spending an hour shopping everything I found was deceivably increased in price!!!!

Was disappointed they would not warranty a ceiling fan I was interested in. Said I would have to test it myself in the back. Aint no electrician. And today aint no buyer.

First time customer. I got some great deals. I got a Christmas tree that was originally 200.00 got it for 79.00 it hadn’t even been put up or used. Got a lamp post that is Christmas original price 100.00 got it for 36.00 it’s flimsy been used was broke but a little glue and tying it to not be flimsy with wind was well worth the price. Downfall was found a toy for 15.00 sign said all toys 90% off so it would have been 1.50 got to register and rang up 7. Told the man he said its 7.00 I tried to explain the sign he kept sending me to the 50% off sign which was wrong he wasn’t to friendly and didn’t seem to care. Other than that loved the store and will be back.
