One of the cleanest Walmart Ive ever seen management needs to tell maintenance theyre doing a very good job and to keep it up

First time to this location. It was pretty good. They had some things I havent seen at other locations and they had more registers open compared to what I have seen at others lately. A couple areas could use some straightening but nothing that would make me not go back.

This particular Walmart isnt as nice as the others in Rutherford County. It was difficult to find help locating an item. I managed to find it without assistance. The store is clean but the people seem as if they hate life.

I walked into the store and was greeted with a smile from the start. The employees were helpful and nice. The overall store was clean. The only issue I have is this particular Walmart only had 2 check-outs open with at least 5 people in line for each one. Took way longer than normal to get out of there.

Typical Walmart store, good deals, low prices, not enough open registers. Find myself being my own cashier 9 times out of 10. No major complaints.

Very clean store and the workers are more helpful here then others I have been to. Nice bakery in the grocery section.

Walmart is great about exchanges. Stainless steel water bottle was returned. Same brand not in stock, got a different brand.

Shop here if you dont mind being run over by in store shoppers. And I noticed last 2 times I was in there for 4 of the checkout aisles the Coca-Cola coolers were either unplugged or not working. whats happening to Smyrna???

1st let me say that the employees are nice and helpful. It is a shame how this store has gone down recently. Bare shelves, trash in the isles and an overall junkie look. Just down the street in Laverne things are the best. Plenty of stock and a pleasant shopping experience. Fix the Smyrna store or close it!

I pay the monthly fee for shopping online and have it delivered since my husband is a truck driver and I can’t drive due to chemo treatments, so I placed an order and 12 items were unavailable ..ok fine. But then the rest of my order was delivered and I had 4 or the 10 items they did have in stock but was charged for everything I had no hamburger meat no gallon of milk none of the other six items that was to be delivered. This is getting so bad with the pickup / delivery service that I have to pay extra for on top of it . The last few orders they haven’t wanted to shop for you or they give you old stuff .. I plan out my dinners for 2 weeks since we get paid every 2 weeks and budget our money so now that they had to refund money I know have to wait for it to be refund and now have no food to make the dinners I planned out and have no extra money to go and buy it while waiting for refund to hit my bank account .. I don’t think it’s fair that I now have to wait to be able to repurchase food that I should have gotten when I placed my order in the first place . This is the only good store close to where I live . The employees just don’t seem to care anymore from a year ago there has been a big decline I have noticed . Seems I will have to take my business somewhere else .

Sells SD cards, but doesnt sell SD card readers. Guy who was standing around was maintenance and refused to help find something. Responsible person had 4 customers in line.Amazon it is... if its not in the store, I cant buy it. This is something very basic you need to work with a 3d printer, not something obscure.

This store has EV-ER-Y-THING. Spent too much on this trip, because their product placement specialists did a fine job of putting relevant items near each other.

Pharmacy tends to blame their computer problems on the customer. My doctor called on the 11th with a refill on an Rx. which had no more refills. It was sat upon it until today the 21st. The doctors office had to call again to get it processed. This is not a good thing!The pharmacist noted that the patient had to call in for a refill! It just so happens is that I work in a huge volume Community Care medical facility. I can recognize Barbara Streisand (BS) when we hear it! We do many more thousands of scripts per day than this Walmart.It is about putting “care” back into Healthcare!!!!

I absolutely hate having the checkout myself & bag everything myself..I might as well go to Aldi. Its ridiculous that they have 20 lanes & never have 1 open, but theres always 2 or 3 employees playing on their phones while Im having to scan my own items. I hate wal-mart so much, I really hate that I pretty much have to shop there because they have everything. I will give them that much, they almost always have what Im looking for...their stock is great, but their customer service & the customer experience is horrible.

I always enjoy my trips to Walmart. The sales are great. I got a lot of good buys this trip. Im a regular shopper. Even the waiting was enjoyable. Got everything i needed Thank you Walmart.

Just love this pick up Grocery app. So easy. No crowds. No long lines. No having to walk from one end to the other. Wish this was an option 20yrs ago when my kids were small. But love it now!

People that work there are very helpfull. Over all i am very satisfied

Really nice interior proper isle signs liked the staff the only concern was the firearms not being locked up I am unsure if they were air type or not didnt give much thought to it also they had literally zero ammo in stock even the BBs were out

We actually able to buy Pokemon cards in store.

I needed a headlight for my car but they are locked up. Apparently only 1 person has the keys for the locked up headlights. She was in lunch so I had to wait. They need to have the locked up stuff accessable if they want people to actually buy the stuff.

Every weekends buy my groseries here cause they have excellent prices good food I Love buy on this place

Shelves fully stocked, store nice and clean and prices are low. Only downfall is not enough cashiers.

Went in today to use a butterball check that was given to me by an assistance program I am in. I have used it here at this store for months now and never was told that i had to purchase a butterball product, According to the information provided with the Check it states and i quote Customer may purchase Butterball turkey products or any other grocery products in your store with this check. Team Lead Tasha proceeded to instruct the cashier that they couldnt accept the check based on its not a butterball turkey. Then proceeded to change her story for the 2nd time and state you have to buy a butterball product and then the rest can be used towards groceries even after she has seen the information on the check. I asked to speak with a member upper management/Coach. she told me he isnt here and Im in charge. she refused to get any member management. She went to an office and then came out told the cashier to accept the check and it needs to be $50 or more. This rude treatment over an assistance program Butterball check is uncalled for and embarrassing for the people who on assistance programs.

There were only two cashiers and the wait was long. I typically just use the self checkout if I am only purchasing a few things. Also, I noticed that Walmart continues to stock dangerous items within the reach of children. Years ago, my daughter was hurt by this and I reported it and never got a response and they never changed this practice.

Your normal Walmart but they do have helpful employees

There is only one wal mart here but in this small towne you see the same people each time .Unlike Texas and other states or cities .They know your name and everyone says Hello to everyone here in Smyrna Tennessee. I love that hometown feel.

Katherine was such a blessing for me today. I hadn’t received any stimulus for last year. She was able to find the solution and file for me and so now can receive my money. She is a wonderful beautiful lady willing to help and solve any problem that she can solve for her client. She was very informative for me, awesome lady. 💛

I usually love this store. But here lately they have stuff everywhere in the isle ways. Hard to walk through some places. Causing you to have to get uncomfortably close to others to pass through sometimes. Ill rate better once this is fixed.

The stock in store is fine some days.However, I just learned this locations auto service should NEVER be trusted with your car. They broke my Air Flow sensor when replacing my battery. The check engine light came on right after leaving the store (about 75% of my way home). This caused a $520 repair to be conducted on my vehicle after leaving it undriven for a week.When I filed a claim, like they said needed to be done, the claims service denied it because I had fixed my car before filing for reimbursement. Like what the actual heck is that? Poor Customer Service. Poorest Self-Responsibility I have EVER seen with Walmart techs. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. Go to another location. Itd be worth the drive.

Out of stock quite often on normal things....asprin for example. Dirty store, 1 or 2 registers open most of the time. Customer service is poor. Personal shoppers park their carts in the middle of the aisle,Watch the register, coke products seldom ring up the shelf price, canned vegetables are often wrong and little debbie cakes scan higher too.

We would appreciate you going back to your pre-pandemic hours and being open overnight. All the other stores have recovered and gone back to regular business hours such as Kroger. I work Nightshift and have to sleep during the day. I go shopping at night. I understood in the beginning when COVID was at its peak why your store hours would change. I am in healthcare and work at two local hospitals and I am here to say... COVID IS ON THE WAY OUT. the cases are so few that we are seeing that it makes no sense to stay closed overnight still.I was told by an employee that Walmart was not going to reopen overnight again. Why? What about families who’s family members come down sick overnight and need to rush to the store to get a fever reducer medication? And can’t now in emergencies that don’t warrant an ER visit, but a simple over the counter med would do. That was what Walmart prided themselves on for so long was being 24/7 and accessible for all. You aren’t anymore. These scenarios are happening because patients have told me who have come into our ER that they first tried to go to Walmart to get Tylenol for their child’s fever but that you were closed.Walmart is no longer customer driven. It’s corporately driven for revenue only.

Difficult to find someone to wait on us. But, once we did the service was fine.

Typical Walmart. Nobody wants to work. None of the associates know where to find anything. Youre better off just walking around until you find it. Dont forget 20 customers in one line while the other cashiers mill around pretending to be busy to avoid opening another register to assist.

They are never fully in stock. We go there once a week because of location and price, but nothing else. Associates are rude, except for one lady at customer service. Store is consistently dirty, running low on carts, or understocked and a mess. I feel that 3 stars is generous.

The managers at that Walmart in Smyrna are very rude II cannot stand this Marina Walmart they need to check their employees not all of them are bad but most late the managers thats why I give him a one star they never have nothing on the shelf anymore
