I was a non-commercial customer with a hardware problem with my personal home computer. Id like to rate them 3 1/2 stars.They were pleasant and professional starting from my first phone call to them! The person that answers the phone did not act as if I was annoying them or wasting their time as I tried to explain my computer problem and when I had a few questions for clarity. That is a bit of a rarity these days and I appreciated it. When I went to the business location for service I received the same treatment from the receptionist and even from a worker that was outside, on a short break.I then met a technician. I am so sorry that I cant remember his name, maybe Robert or Billy. He was also nice and professional and took extra steps to try to help me, but was unable to. I would give them another try if I have any other problems because of the good customer service.

Always provides a effective solution to the many environments my business services. Have used this business for our main server and many of our customers systems as well. Havent had any trouble with their old business (DataMicro in nashville) or from this new location. Same guys and same great service. They always have the parts I need and/or can get them fast. I STRONGLY recommend them. You will be glad you used them.
