I ordered online and picked up in store. All staff had on a mask and were very friendly. Its nice too that you can change to curbside at the store if you dont want to go inside or get out of the car.

Andy, the guy that works over at the computer section was very helpful in getting my laptop. I arrived to get my blue 11.6 inch Chromebook that is on sale for 159 dollars. Andy told me they didnt have any in the Best Buy stores of Georgia, but he helped me order it online to get it shipped to my house. He does have excellent customer service skills. Keep him around please.😊
Do not buy your appliances at Best Buy!! You have been warned! Purchase your appliances from anywhere but Best Buy.The only thing that went well was when they took my money for over $10,000.00 in GE Cafe appliances from the South Cumberland location. From lazy delivery guys dropping off my refrigerator in the garage and leaving it there instead of installing it and removing the old one. From 6hr. appointment windows and then a no show. The manager promised me a call regarding the service. I never received a call.There are always problems and issues and that is just normal and expected. Best Buy appears to run from any problems. They haven’t taken responsibility. They seem to ignore me because they have my money in their pockets. I hope that I can save just one person the headache.
This store looks like a barren wasteland. Half of the aisles are nearly empty. You may think its a supply chain issue, but it turns out they just keep most of the stock in the back.Went in for a specific SD card that the website said was in stock. The end cap with the cards only had a few cards left on it. I went and asked someone and they said yeah its probably just in the back. It was in the back so they get three stars for actually having the item and having helpful associates (though why associates arent stocking too is beyond me).If you keep most of your stock in the back and dont have any on the floor, how do you expect customers to buy that stock unless they happened to know exactly what they were looking for.I suppose it could be a good thing. Most retailers love making extra money by customers seeing something they hadnt thought about and buying it too. With Best Buys new model no one has to worry about spending more than they were planning.
I havent had a bad experience at any Best buy before. It gets busy on the weekend, but thats to be expected. I bought a phone here and had some problems with activating it through my phone service provider. I returned it to the store and the lead customer service agent allowed me to exchange the product without charging the restock fee. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
I am Georgia !! Momma said if you cant say something nice dont say nothing at all. That was the original plan when I walked out yesterday. The place kinda looked like a bomb had gone off and stuff was everywhere. Nothing really seemed like it belonged in any particular spot and they was no prices on nothing. All the employees seemed to be really really busy trin to put it all back together. I was thinking 🤔 What the heck is happening or,, what has happened? They were moving about at a rapid pace and kinda hard to flag down. Then it happened... From across the way I see this young lady wearing the Blue & Gold.. She was making a valiant effort to rebuild a display but she was sitting on the ground. I said Oh Yeah..I got you now. But as I posed my question I almost felt stupid. I am after all a veteran of the retail wars. She quickly informed me that she was damage control and I would have to see mobile. Now I had somewhere I needed to be. It was fairly important that I be in and out of there. What should have taken 10 minutes had now taken an hour. All I was doing was trin to pick up some sd cards. And as I was walking out the door with my brand new Pixelbook Go and Speck Transfer Pro Pocket..$730.00 lighter...I thought to myself... Marketing genius

They have really stepped it up on the customer service at this location, in which Im so happy to see, Valerie the new Home theater Supervisor was awesome, I came to buy a 75 Sony XBR 900H that was supposed to be at this perimeter location that wasnt, I left with another 75 Sony XBR 900H, even though it was missing the stand and remote, I was happy with my purchase. The guys who wrapped my TV with bubble wrap did an excellent job as well, they loaded me up quickly, Im a happy customer😊

Just went to touch and feel a few things Ive seen online but they were not carried in the store I guess. No one, not one person asked if I needed help the entire 30 plus mintues I was in the store. I stood and tested the ipone 13 for a minimum of 5 mintues. I did have a few questions but not serious enough for me to go find someone. No biggie for ME this time, but I was a EASY potenial sale because I do not like waiting on stuff to be delivered.

Thank GOD for Best Buy when the Apple store cannot get it together.I walked in, walked straight to the Apple area at front of store, was greeted by a rep who walked me through phones, I bought a new Max pro, Apple Watch, Case, Screen Protector and was ready to buy more but needed to leave.Thank you goes to Justin H. who was PHENOMENAL!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the experience much better than the Apple Store experience I had an hour earlier.
The store could be better with more indoor signage but the staff is helpful. At any best buy the only folks helping are in the TV and computer departments. Everyone else always seems to be stocking shelves. I came for one thing. I could not find it. A team member from tvs went to retrieve it. I was in the store 10min longer than I wanted to be. But it worked out.
Actually 4.5..best buy has evolved seems they now embrace customer service and values its customers..those in the appliance depth I interacted with were outstanding. The young gentleman that handled my quote was outstanding..patient..great listener..the service and my quote exceeded my expectations. Very poor customer service. Only 1 person on the customer service spot. One employee stuck with a customer for 20 min. And despite there was 4 people in the lone for a customer service there were 2 available employees at check in stations while there was no customers at check in. Normally, in other Best Buy locations that employees simply take customer service duties in such cases. But no, here they were just staying there, checking there phones, doing nothing.And even when there are customers they walk so slowly. Such a lazy personnel. I hope they get a bare minimum allowed hourly wage for such a poor performance
Few items are good in price but there are many which you wanna buy online.
I received good sales service in appliances; however I have been waiting weeks upon weeks for a refund for an item. I purchased a fridge and realized it was too large prior to the delivery team unloading the fridge from the truck. I can not get anyone to answer the phones at this store. I have spoken to several Best Buy customer service representatives over the last month and no one can seem to solve the problem! Its infuriating!
I went into the Best Buy on Cobb Parkway in Smyrna on Friday around 5:00 after discovering that my current television in my family room has been zapped. Not having purchased a TV in 7 years- I really needed guidance. I walked around the television section for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Then I walked around the store again looking for someone to help me. I finally came across a store employee who I begged to help me. He then told me to go stand under the blue balloon. So I did. Then another gentleman who worked there asked me how he could help me. I told him that I needed to buy a TV. He apologized and said that he would try to find someone to help me but unfortunately no one was available. I told him that I was ready to buy a TV tonight. He apologized and I left the store and drove to Costco. At Costco a very nice gentlemen helped me and took his time explaining about the differences in the different brands and the clarity of the picture. I purchased a new TV, a swivel wall mount and paid to have the TV installed. They gave me a 5 year warranty on my new purchase for free. While I paid $50.00 more at Costco- the information and service was worth the extra $50.00. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience at this Best Buy in Smyrna. I would have gone to the Buckhead store but with all of the crime going on it that area- I thought that it would be safer to shop at the Cobb store. I guess that Best Buy is not the store for me.
I went to best buy and got an appointment made for a TV Mount. They made the appointment with their 3rd party vendor. The appointment time was a 8 hour window and they NEVER showed up. I called the customer service line and finally spoke with a manager, they offered me compensation (unknown amount) only after the order was completed. I had to reschedule the order for 2 days later. The next appointment with a 8 hour window, came and went and no one called or showed up again!!! I even called one hour before the end of the window to confirm, and Sergio told me that they were confirmed to still come and my appointment was locked in. AT 9pm...still nobody!! There was no call or email stating there was going to be a change in my appointment time. Their 3rd party vendor is the most unprofessional service I had dealt with in a long time. Now, I have to go into the store to try to get this straightened out.After speaking with Corey, he was very helpful refunded me the entire cost and got set up the next day with their Geek Squad. The installation was quick and smooth. Best Buy please change vendors as they are damaging your reputation in service.
Had the item I was there for that was listed as in stock online. Walked in and passed two different stations of CSRs without anyone asking if I needed help. Found my item after a little bit. Went to the checkout area and the cashier never greeted me except to ask if I was a member. Asked if I wanted a bag, which why wouldnt I, and then have security hassle me? Left my wallet open for the receipt and he just put the receipt in the bag without asking and handed me the bag. Just a really unfriendly experience.
Horrible! Was next in line, but the Geek Squad person walked away without saying anything to us, and went on his break. Waited 20 more minutes, just to find out nothing was done to my computer that I waited 5 days to be fixed. They wanted me to recheck it in to have it serviced, because they didnt fix it the first time. I will never ever go to this location ever again. There was no one I could complain to about the service. I should have never paid for the total tech care service.
I was in to compare fitbit and samsung watches. The customer service workers were more involved with their own conversation than seeing if I needed any help as I walked from section to section. I finally went up to were the 3 were conversating and stood there for another minute or 2 while they continued to talk. I was finally helped by Alan who was new and in orientation but he was great. I was in and out pretty quickly after that.
In desperate need of technical assistance,, I decided to visit.. I scheduled an appointment online with Geek Squad to address my computer issues.. The technician was friendly & knowledgeable.. All of my issues were addressed.. I was most pleased at the level of detail in my technicians explanations as well as his ability to properly address his audience (Me: as person with very little IT knowledge)..

I love BB. They have been operating very well during this pandemic. The stock is picked through and light (Im betting this is due to the ongoing pandemic and the logistical nightmare its been for everyone), but the order pick up is done better here than any other major retailer. Super quick, you can drive up or curb pickup or you can go inside and pick up. Incredibly fast service.
Top notch until the check out. As with most places, 10 registers, only one open. So stood in line with a lot of possibly covid infested consumers which would have been the easiest to avoid if they even had TWO registers open. I know.. crazy idea.
I love walking into an establishment and being greeted like a long lost family member. Everyone was so genuinely kind and helpful. I needed to purchase a new laptop for work and I was guided to one I fell in love with. Unfortunately I do not remember the specific gentlemans name that helped me but Im a techy and I appreciated the fact that he knew what he was talking about but his in person customer service was exceptional. 👍🏾👏🏾
Very very disappointed With Best Buy. Came to the store to get several things 32” Tv, Radio and amp to install in my Van for my hit Tv Show “Riding Private With Vic”. No one helped me, they kept saying this not my department I will be back Etc.. so I walked around the store and waited still nobody, but saw people playing around and chilling. So I walked to another young lady and was told they didn’t even have radios for like 4 months but got it on display “Unbelievable”. Due to shortage of workers here I will go somewhere else and get what I need.

Last anchor for this center built in the 70s. Shelves were bare and looked like a fire sale. Lots of products that were open box with no prices. Would have purchased some bigger items, but there were no prices on them.

Surprisingly pleasant experience in a big box store. Not super crowded and ample staff available to assist and working registers. Good social distancing protocols in place and an easy return/exchange process. Very friendly crew.

Curbside delivery is very convenient but whats the point of a timer for delivery if its never followed.
This store is always busy but they brought my online order out to my van quickly and efficiently. They are always willing to help and are always prompt.

Definitely a great location for customer service and helping you out with full transparency. Gone in here multiple times and the cash register when checking out is my favorite part! Wonderful conversations. I would say Definitely need to work on helping people or making associates available when customers are looking. I can never seem to find anyone to help for at least 10 minutes everytime I walk in, but when I do track them down they are always super helpful.
If I could, I would give Yasharah 10 stars! We couldn’t find anyone in the store to help us and she came over and helped out my wife and I purchase a few Apple and Beats products. Best service we ever had at any Best Buy location. We’ve been to Best Buy throughout Atlanta and in New York City. She went above and beyond in providing A1 service. We went in to purchase one thing and we left with multiple things due to how great she was. We will be back and hopefully we get her to help us again.
First time shopping in store since pandemic. I think maybe some of the employees forgot how good the customer service used to be! It didnt measure up this time.
Last year I purchase printter. It didnt work properly I had to return it and buy another printer.🖨 I brought my computer in to be fixed . They told me my computer needed a battery .After I brought my computer back with the with the battery a purchase for $50 they could not fix my computer. I also had spent $199 for insurance on my computer what Best Buy . They told me it was not the battery it was the motherboard and it could not be fixed .I was allowed to use the $199 on a new computer. I conuld cannot get my money back so I brought a new computer. Im not happy with this computer it does not compare to the one I had. This year I took my old computer to someone else he said it was not the motherboard that was plug in receiver. I have continued to deal with you all because I live right next store and it is easy for me to get there.ImSatisfied Customer 😌

Beware...if you have any issues you cannot contact the store. If you call the store number, you will be sent to theyre call center. The call center has no power to help you. They just tell you how sorry they are and transfer you to someone else that will also be sorry.They are obviously aware of how bad their service is because theyre the only big chain that doesnt do at least one survey.Amazon is just as cheap, they have delivery, and if you get the wrong thing you can easily return it. You BB is bad when Amazon has better customer service.
I went in with intentions of purchasing a new tv. Not one person, including the young man at the front, greeted me or asked me if I needed help. However, I did realize that men were being tended to left and right. Firefighters who walked in with me had walked out with a tv right before I decided to leave. Associates literally walked past me as if I didn’t exist. For that alone, I am taking my business elsewhere.
We experienced an error with our online order and 2 other local Best Buy’s were unable/unwilling to successfully help us. We visited them and they provided exceptional customer service and helped sort out the errors. They went above and beyond to help solve our issues.
This store would benefit greatly from having more than one associate at the registers per shift, especially during the holiday season. The store is constantly busy, but there is a lot of standing around by employees. You’d think it would be understandable to have some of those standing around to assist customers needing to checkout. Every time I go, there is only one cashier. These times were all between 3-8 PM. I enjoy the store though and would like to see some improvements!
This best buy is not all bad reviews.They have decent costumer service but they dont always have what you want. Its been twice I came to this best buy and have been told we can order it for you or its at the best buy 25 plus miles away. Some items are over priced I hate to say it but sometimes online shopping is best for the good wanted items.
Helpful employees. Found what we needed. Store busy but not terrible. The hours are terrible now during COVID. Cant believe they dont stay open later during the holiday season. In past years I remember shopping at Best Buy at 11pm. Now, some close at 6pm. Wonder if they are trying to go online mostly and stop doing brick and mortar.

Ive been here twice now, the employees are friendly and check on everyone. This last time Ryan helped me find a good gaming laptop with better graphics than the one I came to check out.

The social distancing is ok I purchased a air fryer that was in the wrong place I was under the impression is was $29.99 when it was almost $79.00 didnt want to make a fuss but that sucked a little but the store is very clean and inviting the store associates were super nice and helpful. Overall I cant wait to visit again

I went to look for a new gopro but they didnt have any.
I brought another Kitchen Aid refrigerator to replace the high end model KRMF706ESS. The units ice maker never worked, and the Led lights went off out. The geek quad just give up on it. Not to mention parts were just hard to acquire. Under the Geek Quad maintenance plan the units was swapped. Since I brought the original refrigerator open box I was out of pocket for the original savings, ouch!!! Swapped does not mean free.
The prices arent always the best but the selection is adequate. Great place to demo a TV before purchasing. Plus theyve filled the role of stores like h.h. gregg with their catalog of home appliances.

Went in to refund an item and the Geek Squad Manager, I forgot his name, assisted me. He was so rude and nasty. No greeting, no hello, not a thing. Once he finished processing the return he dropped my receipt on the counter and just stood there looking at me. I didn’t know he was finished until I asked. I’d rather drive to the location near Moreland than to return here. At least there they’re friendly.

I like being able to go in and see product, and the store is bright, clean. For at least a few years now, I find the personnel to be very helpful, and the check out process as reasonable. I generally find the prices competitive, even more as time has progressed, and often Best Buy has the best prices (check slickdeals)

UPDATE: 3rd time, person did not even call to say they arrived. Someone revook my appt without notification. Promised 04/29. Now 05/01. Canceled order!! Never will I ever again purchase at home applicance from Best Buy.Will never order an appliance for delivery and install again. Poor service. First time, cant get up stairs (fridge never saw home to try) Ok, this is fine but frustrating. Order proper ppl and tools a week later and they reschedule. Second delivery, didnt show up with proper ppl and tools. Ridiculous service. Am so tired of eating out wasting money. Stairs are common in homes in this area, so whatsthe issue here. And the kicker, for my inconvenience, they can give a gift card (which I dont have) to shop at best buy. Best Buy gift card doesnt pay for all the takeout and fat on body I am accumulating without a fridge. The 3rd time better be a charm...

Website shiwed item was in stock and available for pickup today. It was not. The guy at the door was very rude and basically called me a liar daying they didnt carry the product i needed. Even after showing him the item on best buys Website. His advice was to order from Amazon,That he couldnt help me.
