Spent 600 hundred and car is not fixed. Not too happy right now. He does his best I guess. Taking it back to solve issues but we will have to talk..
My friend went there a week ago. I was there with her just not in the building and she told me everything. She said it was horrible what they said to her and being very unprofessional. We will never have business with them. We will tell everyone we know not to go to them. How do you supposedly fix the car and it breaks down 2 miles later and then they try to get more money out of her when it was their fought and should have fix it right the first time. it says SOS Auto Repair on the sign that i saw but it says Jons Auto Repair with the receipt
Was on a roadtrip when a warning light appeared on my dashboard. I didnt want to keep driving without finding out what the issue was. Stopped at Jons Auto Service and was given a learning lesson as well as a pleasant experience. Turns out the warning light was for something that wasnt going to cause to many issues, but Jon took care of it rather quickly at a very reasonable price.
Not professional at all. Very hard to speak with . Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Worst than fast food service. Broke parts on my car improperly did job causing 2 other parts to go bad. Told me to bring it back I said thank you but never again will you ever touch my car. Felt unsafe the guy had his gun showing. This guy is an explosion waiting to happen. I repent I ever trusted the guy . He took almost 3 months to work on my car I began calling him and he had the nerve to tell me not to rush him. I was fearious. To add insult to injury went their with my pastor and I got cussed out by asking why my car wasn’t finished. Horrible just horrible . No words can describe
My vehicle was towed to SOS in Smyrna from a transmission shop because it had quit running while at the trans shop and they could not find the cause. Jon and Phil at SOS diagnosed the problem (at no charge) and then spent much time and effort helping to resolve the problem. I had never been to SOS before, I am not related to them, knew nothing about them, period. I found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and men of integrity. I can only speak to my experience there, and if I need automobile repair service in the future, I will go back to them. I feel comfortable in recommending them to other folks who need auto repair.D. Jon was supposed to replace wheel bearings on my 2011 Camry. Charged way more than what was quoted. Car has driven right since I got my car back, its squealing so loud. Spoke to him & he blamed it on a guy who no longer works there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Total rip off. Now I have to pay someone else to fixed what this shop messed up. I paid to have both front wheel bearings replace so it was expensive.
Okay folks... Oil changes and Groupon aside... I brought this guy Greg a real mess of a hemi engine. By mess- I mean serious internal engine damage. Two highly rated shops in Smyrna refused to take a hemi apart. Not only did this guy go through my hemi, but it runs perfect! He justified all spending beforehand and had my damaged engine parts for me to see. This guy is a REAL and honest mechanic!
I bought a Groupon for a discounted oil change. When I showed up at SOS Auto to redeem it on Oct. 9, 2015 I was told they do not have any oil. I called back on that following monday and they still did not have any oil. This business and the people that work there were not professional. As I read all the comments in horror I was glad that Groupon was able to let me use the discounted oil change at another place. I ended up going to The Car People. They were so nice and professional. They vaule your business such that they took me in without an appointment. How great is that? If you want to take the risk go ahead, but if you want to be on the SAFE side and do not want your time wasted, THE CAR PEOPLE in Murfreesboro is the way to go. No risk for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend for ANYTHING.
