What a great place to shop for guy. I went in to buy a gift for my wife and had no clue what to get. A young lady came over to me when she realized I was out of my element. She helped me choose something that my wife loved. She was a great help. Great store.

Received an email about the hand soap being on sale. Two cashiers no one to help you in the store. Wait 20 minutes to get to the register. Only 3 people before me 2 were at the cashier. Extremely SLOW!! You have to show the email to get the discount. Which is just sad they do it that way. None of the ones I picked were allowed for the discount. If they had someone working the floor we would of known that. So it was a total waste to go there. This is not the first time I have been here. With this kind of non service.

The people are super helpful! I wanted a scent that was no longer in season but the clerk found something that was still close! She went through several scents until we finally found one that works for me!

Love this location! Very clean, nice selection, very well decorated with Christmas decor (my favorite season), and very helpful employees. Was asked a few times if I need help and I like that they are there if I have any questions.

😍I just Love The B&B Candles and body sprays the most. The candles really do smell as they are burning you can actually smell them unlike most other cacandles and I love my home to smell Amazing when company or family is coming over or even when Im sitting alone. If you havent tried the candles Out yet then you must try them the next time you go.👍💚👃😍😋

This location is very different from others. They did not allow me to use my coupon that I had a picture on my phone. Each code is unique and wont allow you to use it more than once. With technology these days this is ridiculous. I have previously done this at many other stores. Sabrina the manager was no help although I spent over $200 and my friends did also. I was very disappointed in my experience today.

GLAD WE HAVE ONE IN SMYRNA! Went to buy a couple of candles yesterday on the candle sale. I saw how busy the store was and was debating on checking out because the line wrapped around the store. I decided to wait and by my surprise the line went by fast! The cashiers were very polite and checking people out at a fast pace. Great customer service, I will be coming back!

Twice I have visited the store at 4:56pm. I was greeted by some at the door telling me they were closed. I watch several people exit the store until 5:15. If the intent of opening they should be more accommodating for the patrons. I will continue to order on line.

We went in for the promo and was immediately greeted. Everyone was nice and answered our questions. My friend inquired of a particular wall flower fill. When the employee answered she responded with her eyes 1st looking my friend from head to toe, and 1st told her those are not a part of the $3 promo but instead part of the 5 for $23 promo. She may not have meant any harm, but in customer service you definitely have to control your facial expressions! After my friend told her that was fine, she did walk us over to the product in which my friend took advantage of the 5 for $23 offer as well as other items. Other than that, it was an okay experience.

Need to make sure they dont cover the scents on their testers. My mother-in-law almost had to go to the hospital because a sales worker gave her some hand sanitizer that was eucalyptus. Luckily we had benadryl and an inhaler on us.

My sister and I stopped by for the semi-anual sale. Nobody asked if we need help, or said hello. That’s okay. I guess not all Bath and Body Works stores are the same. We got what we wanted and waited in line, ready to check out. When I thought it was our turn, the cashier lady turned away, applied lotion on her hand, saw us standing there and avoid eye contact with us. No one cared to give us a smile or bothered to give us a brief explanation, if she couldn’t check us out at the time. I’m posting this review to offer a suggestion that this B&BW need to re-examinating their customers service. I personally will never return here.
