I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation but asked for a break check since I would be driving the car out of town. Thank goodness I did. I needed rotator and back breaks. The man John working on my car was amazing he did an amazing job. The staff was very sweet and Jason is outstanding!!! They have my business and I will be back to have my car serviced again. Thank you to everyone there on a Saturday when it is backed up and lots of people taking their cars in y’all rock!!!

I discovered I had picked up a large bolt in the flat portion of my left rear tire. I aired it up and headed straight over to Tire Discounters. I explained the problem to them and they asked if I had purchased my tires from them, to which I replied “yes”. They got right on it, fixed it at no charge and sent me on my way. The whole process took about 35 minutes. I was very satisfied and went on my way.

I needed new tires for a car i just purchased. They had an offer for free alignment when you purchase four tires so i felt like it was worth it to use this location. They were done with everything within a few hours and it was a very easy process.

They welcomed me in even though they were about to close. The two girls at the front desk did a fantastic job resolving the issue and getting me in and out in no time. You guys are lifesavers! Very VERY poor customer service! Needed air in my tires, willing to pay for it. Dude told me to hold on, I did, he sits there and plays on his cell phone. I asked can you help me “you need to wait”Wouldn’t let my worst enemy go here. I’d rather drive around on bald tires then let these people try and help them.

Service is usually fairly friendly. Be prepared for at least an hour wait for oil changes. Prices not competitive from what I can tell. Shop around.

Had to go in to retrieve my wheel lock tool. Got that and looked and the same sticker was still on the windshield. Had to go back in and get them to make me one so I know when to change the oil. Had to remove the dirty floor protector they put down. Reset my radio and seat and steering wheel. Just not used to a tech getting this comfy in my car.

Not surprised to see the poor customer service comments! I literally just left and came next door! Bridget I believe his name was had me standing there for a while without even telling me he would assist me even tho I was th only one infront of the register! Instead just looked at me and walked off to speak with a lady that was in the waiting area! Sad because Ive taken my vehicles there previously and never had an issue. At the same time its my first time and hopefully last time seeing this guy there!

It’s not often that I leave reviews, but my remarkable experience today (Jan 5, 2021) warrants one. After reviewing several places, I chose this one because they had an LGBT friendly badge on their google profile; that was so cool to me!I thought It was time for new brakes and rotors, but they were honest and told me mine were still in good condition. I also wanted a tire alignment, so they hooked me up with that in no time.Isaiah was great help! He was informing and very attentive to everyone else up front.

Arrived at store just as they were closing. Asked if they carried Nitto tires, they advised yes. I said that I would return the next day to discuss my options. The sales person ushered me into the store and we ordered the four tires I wanted. I was told it would be a couple days and that they would e-mal and text me.To my surprise I got a text at 0815 the next morning advising that my tires were in and when I had time come by and they would install them.My time at the store the next day was less than an hour for the alignment and the new tires.

I had the most awesome experience with Tire Discounters today, they picked up my car put four tires on it, did an alignment, and then brought the car back to me all in a timely manner. I definitely recommend anyone needing tires to check them out. I didnt even have to take off work to get this done.

I had a set of tires put on my truck at a shop that were I bought the tires from told me to have them put them onTook over 3 hours with an appointment .Take the truck for a drive air pressure was wrong in all then.Took it to tire discounters had them balanced and filled with air they got it right the frist time great job guys

I was on my way to work this week and after high flood water my skid plate partially came off and was dragging. I was pretty stressed and didn’t know how I could drive it all the way back home, thankfully this location was able to give me a really good temporary fix and didn’t charge me anything. Got me in and out super fast, wish I could’ve caught everyone’s names. I did catch Isaiahs name, super friendly.

Walked someone helped me right away showed me my options for tires. Only had to wait 5 minutes or so and they came a got my car from the parking lot while me and my childern walked to taco bell next door to get a bite to eat.. they were finished shortly after that.. i love that i get a free tire rotatation with the life of my tires and a free alighnment. Will go back for my other vehicles.

Last week bought tires at GMC Cadillac Murfreesboro Mistake !! Now bought tires from Tire Discounters . I wont be back to Cadillac!!! Tire Discunters did a very good job.

Super busy place but very nice people. They seem very honest and were polite. Ive used them a couple times for repairs and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They even dropped the truck off when we had no one to go get it. (It was only two miles away but we appreciated them doing it.) Highly recommend them.

Came into today service was great as usual until, I over heard some employees talking about another employee who had tested positive for covid they seemed scared and concerned..legally I thought that there were guide lines for something like this.. As much as I love the service, I will not be back if the company doesn’t care to protect the employees and make them aware of the potential health risk or do something about it then they obviously don’t care about the customers shame on management, I will be warning people about this!!

The place was clean and the staff was friendly they even do price match the only reason i give them a 4 is because the time i waited dont get me wrong they also saved me about a 100 dollars but 3 hours was a little long for one tire but while i was there i did see them disinfect surfaces so i felt comfortable while i was there also the free coffee tv and bottle water thats a plus and its next to dd and taco bell so u can get a doughnut or taco while u wait i will try them again.

They have great up front staff. Tire prices are competitive. Oilchange is thorough. Dont get an alignment. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram. I have purchased tires from them twice. Both times the alignment tech apparently start with the tires and doesnt care the position of the steering wheel. Took my truck back a third time and the tech still cant get my steering wheel straight I dont do extreme mudding and they do my oil changes every 5000 miles. The steering wheel was straight before I bought my tires. Now the electronics think I am in a constant drift and cruise will not work.

Have been dealing with this company for a couple of years now and I have to say that every experience has been great. Great deals, great product and great staff.

Ive used this location a few times for tires and most recently for an oil change. The employees are helpful and nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.

My experience was very easy. I went in, got a quote on some tires, went back the next day and ordered them, they came in, and were put on that night. I only sat there for an hour, which wasnt bad at all considering all that they do. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Easiest tire purchase ever. I will be bringing the wifes car over when its time.

They did good work and was pet friendly for my dog. My only complaint is my truck was kinda forgot about for a little while until I asked how much longer it would take before they were done changing it. As soon as they started though it didnt take but a few minutes for them to complete it. If im ever in the area again and have tire problems I will use them again.

Had initial hesitation upon pulling up and seeing confederate flag on front of employees truck. Spent 573.00 but will not do business with them again. After long wait and seeing people serviced and leave before me that arrived after me I observed people being checked out and offered protection plan and offering their receipt in an envelope.Upon me paying no offer of protection plan and I realized they didnt give me my receipt, so I return to the store and asked did they give me a receipt. Lady said no he didnt and retrieved receipt out of the trash.Im guessing the guy who checked me out was the owner of the aforementioned confederate flag decorated truck. Tall slim caucasian guyI was going to bring my other car in to get another set of tires, but after this treatment Ill never do business with them again.

Going on a road trip and needed our tires rotated and balanced. We made two appointments. They lost our first appointment, so I made a second appointment. My husband sat for over an hour waiting for our car to be brought back, only for them to tell him that they couldnt locate the wheel lock and were unable to service the tires (we purchased the tires from this store almost a year ago, so were unsure if we ever got the wheel lock back). Either way, were now headed out of town without having our tires serviced and have wasted several hours out of two different days.

I arrived to this location, the attendant didnt greet the customers. So I waited for him to greet me when the time came for me in line and he still did not. Then he took my keys and didnt tell me how long the wait was. In addition, the other mechanics used protective covering for the seat but he didnt use it for my car🤨. I was told that my tires were not covered under my warranty because it was up to me to rotate them. It is under warranty who cares what you feel, BUT they gave me a quote for more tires😤. I havent had these for less than a year. Nonetheless the tire was still low and they did not even fill the low tire with air. Go to Discount tires better service, and it is right beside it basically.

Definitely a good place for tires

My wife had to bring in our 2016 Nissan Maxima in to have the tires changed while I was out of town and everyone went beyond to make sure she was taken care of. They also asked if we needed an oil change and so when they checked it was still good and did not replace it to just make extra money like some repair shops do! I love Tire Discounters and I will keep bringing my cars back in the future because they have always taken care of me and my vehicles

I have delt with TD for the past few years. Smyrna location. Three vehicles. There is nothing I can say that needs improvement. If theyre busy wait time can be frustrating but thats to be expected with any service shop. The thing Im most impressed with is their eagerness to find solutions for my past couple minor issues. You know those issues? The ones where neither party could be considered at fault. Well, they took a common sense customer service approach toward those issues. There was no effort on my end to agree with their offers. It was easy. At the end of the day I was happy to spend more money for what I felt was a fair solution giving the circumstances. In hindsight, I dont believe my purchase history played a part in those decisions. It would seem to me its just their philosophy. Repeat business. At this time I dont have any plans to look elsewhere for tire service despite another tire shop being right next door.

I keep trying to give this place a chance. Had them do tires and an alignment on a Pathfinder 4 years ago. They never could get it aligned so I gave up. Tried to get tires another time but got the run around. Today I called to get my A/C charged. When I called I told them I was taking my son out to eat for lunch. I asked if they could get the A/C done quickly. They said they could get me right in and taken care of. When I got there 15min later they said it would be 1.5 hours to get me in and 45min to get the service done. So disappointing, just not worth the effort anymore.

Staff was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. My vehicle was ready way before the time I was quoted. Im very pleased with the service I received & will go again.

This review is only for the Sam Ridley Store. Sam Ridley Team was very professional and efficient. Best deal in town. The Tire Discounters in Brentwood, Concord Hills area was completely the opposite experience. I order 4 new tires for my truck. The day of the service, I called to verify that the tires had arrived and was told that someone sold one of my tires and they only had 3. I immediately cancelled the appointment and called the Sam Ridley, Smyrna Tire Discounters and they took excellent care of my needs. Thank you to the Sam Ridley team!

Stopped by the shop to get a new tire, and another repaired. I found out that the work could not be completed at this shop, as I had 24 inch rims. Too big for their machine.Those rims are so troublesome to have fixed, and I had be having a rough time with em... so I decided to get an all new set of 20s & asked for a quote. The rep let me use the computer myself to select a set of wheels and tires that I liked, and that gave the price. They were very busy but took the time to walk me through every step, and make recommendations based on my preference.I requested this same quote at the new Tire World location in Smyrna a couple of weeks earlier, twice, and was suggested to go to a pull-a-part lot... Didn’t honor appointment time, I had to drive extra 20-30 min to get to this location for oil change and was asked to wait another 1.5 hrs as they had only one PC working to process customers request and check ins. It would be best if they had called and mentioned about systems being down, It would have saved me extra 1 hour I had to spend in traffic and travel to get to this location and go back home with no work done.

I have just moved down here from Toledo Ohio and do not know a handful of people. On my way to work, my tire was so flat and did not know where to go but seen Tire Discounters and pulled in there and I was out of there in 25 minutes and Tom the man at the counter could not have been nicer.I was so impressed with him and the company that it brought tears to my eyes. AMAZING, FAST AND 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very disappointed. I scheduled for the valet service to get two new tires and an oil change. The first day I never received a call. On the way home I contacted them they apologized and said they would get me in first thing the next day.Day two still no call. I was looking forward to using the valet service because I could get my truck maintained without having to move my schedule around.

Went to this store because it showed that my one tire kept losing air. Was not sure if it was the actual tire or the sensor. Was told that it would be awhile and I asked to make an appt. Was told it would be two days later. I also asked if I could have someone at least look at my tire pressure. The clerk said pull around the front. I waited and no one came to look at my tire. Also the clerk told me if I made an appt. That I should leave my car because it would take awhile. I left there and went to Discount Tire. Went in. Someone came right out and looked at my tire and said thought it was a slow leak. Within an hour my tire was fixed and I was on my way. Will recommend Discount Tire. No help at all from Tire Discounters.

I went to Tire Discounters for a patch because my car kept alerting me about my psi being low on just one tire, even after putting air in several times during the week. I went on my lunch break and I’m more than happy to say I made it back on time! The price was great too! I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t told what was in my tire or whatever was the matter. (In their defense, they were pretty busy around the time I was paying.)

I had my brakes worked on. I think it was a bit overpriced. They did do it quickly.

Not to be confused with Discount Tire directly down the road.This location is more friendly and will compete with nearby prices. Free tire patch jobs if the hole is small enough like a simple nail in the road. They even do tire mounting for mower tires. Very impressed with their service.

Got a great set of tires

They try to give you the best deal just for the sale but if you buy the set of tires hopefully you wont have to come back for tire repair they make you wait 2 to 3 hours while they continue to take people with bigger issues because thier paying and your not because yours was included in the purchase of the tires definitely will go somewhere else next time.

Came here after a long drive going from Indiana to Florida after leaving for Hurricane Dorian. Our brake caliper had locked up mid compression, Needless to say we were stuck with a disabled Vet, My 12 year old son, 2 dogs, a bird and myself. They openly allowed all of us and the bird to wait inside out of the heat while they fixed our vehicle.What started out as a stressful situation ended up as a nice comfortable, Welcoming experience.Thank you so much to John and Tom for taking such good care of us.

Visited last Saturday to buy a tire, the salesman tried to oversell a full set of premium tires when I just told him that I needed 1 tire. Had the new tire mounted on the wrong rim and lied to my face assuring me the tire was mounted on the rim I specified. Took down all tires trying to push a full set and when I said no mounted the tires again, one rim/tire from a different car. Had to come back today 11/15/19 to get it sorted out and end up having to make an appointment for tomorrow. Older guy with white hair, beware of him.

We were visiting family from off of town and had noticed an issue with the brakes so we brought the car up to be inspected. We dropped the car off at 11:15am and got a phone call around 12:00pm indicating that it appeared it just needed the rotators turned. We went back to the shop at 2:30pm to find that they hadn’t even looked at the car other than an inspection. In order to do the inspection, we assumed they had to take the tires off so we thought they would actually do the service needed. However, upon picking up the car, we were told the tech was actually in the middle of something else and was told he had all day to fix the car. We specifically told them we had an appointment elsewhere at 3pm and needed the car done before then in order to make the appointment. What a waste of time and very poor customer service! Very disappointing. If you want timely service and good communication, I suggest you take your car and your money elsewhere.

Tom was very expeditious. He helped me right away and was extremely courteous. The technician that helped was also very professional and I am thankful that he had the proper knowledge to ensure the job was completed correctly.

Went in to make an appointment for a single flat repair, two male employees at the desk were heads down or on the phone without even a hello or ill be with you in a minute for 5-10 minutes. The customer behind me in line even made the joke that we should call the store from inside the lobby, maybe that would at least have us noticed. Eventually I was able to make an appointment for 10am the next day. I arrive at 950 and settle in. 1015 rolls past and no one has touched my car yet. Not unheard of, but at this point an explanation is probably becoming necessary. 1030. Nothing. At 1045 I went and asked for my keys back so I could leave. The reason for delay was an earlier appointment went over. If an earlier appointment is going to push yours back by over 45 minutes, maybe that should be brought up at check-in instead of wasting 45 minutes of my time. Headed immediately nextdoor to the other tire shop, I was in and out in 35 minutes. The only thing saving it from 1 star is the female working the counter on my appointment day. She was busting her butt to get people checked in and acknowledged as soon as she could.

I brought my car in on 9/20/16 at approximately 11 a.m. for an alignment. I was greeted by Jason, he seemed like a decent person at first. I had requested for Brett to do my alignment from a mutual friend because he had told me that Brett did a really good job (especially for lowered vehicles).Another sales technician told Jason that he could take care of my order and Jason seemed like he had a bad attitude and ignored the technician. I had called around 1-1:30 to let them know that if they hadnt already finished that I could always pick it up tomorrow morning. Jason told me that they had been busy (which I expected) and that there was a Corvette on the alignment rack. I didnt say anything but there wasnt a Corvette there when I dropped off my car. He told me that it should be done by the end of the day. I once again received a call around 5 p.m., by this time I am already at work. So, I called back at 5:30 and he said that he was sorry that they didnt have time to get to my car today. So here I am, thinking how and the heck is it going to take someone 8 hours to do an alignment that takes an hour at the max??? I usually work on my own car, but I dont have an alignment rack so that is why I take my car to places to get it done. 8 hours for an alignment? It baffles me, I can jack my own car up with a floor jack, put it on jack stands and take off my front upper control arms in that amount of time...maybe even enough time to change my oil as well.

Took my Lexus in for an alignment and to have the tires rotated. Was informed I needed all four rotors replaced as well as all the brake pads. According to themaster technician the rotors were worn completely out. The car has 23,000 miles on it. Lexus recommends pads at 30k. Thats where Ill be going in the future. Especially after the air pressure monitor wouldnt work after the master technician finished with it. Allignment was fine but the rest seemed a bit suspect.............Update.......As much as I dont want to admit it, after taking the Lexus to the dealership for a 30,000 mile maintenance I was informed that the rotors and pads do in fact, need to be replaced. Im not afraid to admit when Im wrong and apparently I was. So, 2K later the maintenance is complete. My apologies......

I bought full set of tires here a few years back. But.....I have nasty ability to attract every nail or sharp piece of debris on the road and that means I have twice gotten flat tires. Each time I came here and they repaired them for me. Made them like new. Refused to take a penny from me. And did it super fast too. Im such a fan of this place.

They charged me 96.00 for just the tow on my alignment. Did not do camber or caster. Will never go there again

THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!! They took amazing care of my family and vehicle and worked with our budget. We were moving when the brake calipers went out. They cared enough to get us in at closing time and had our vehicle ready EARLY so we could make it to school and work. WE WILL DEFINITELY BRING ALL OF OUR BUSINESS TO THIS CREW.
