My experience with Steve Johns appliances was a very positive one. I went to the store, selected the refrigerator that would meet my needs, paid for it and they almost beat me to my house to deliver it and install it.Everyone was professional, courteous, and in general friendly which made me feel very welcomed. I believe the staff truly wanted to meet my needs in the appliance that they sold me rather than trying to sell me what they wanted to.Not only was the staff very nice and friendly but the little cat that I met was also very nice and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed this added touch of being very welcomed at this store.The delivery of the appliance also went very well with the personnel who delivered and installed the refrigerator being very professional, very courteous and someone that you would like to see in your home.I will certainly do business with this store in the future for all of my appliance needs!

My oven went out and I had a nice, used one installed at my house less than 3 hours later! They also hauled off the old one. I can’t recommend them enough. Great prices and service. This is the 3rd time I have bought something from Steve John’s in the last few years. They are the best!

Called their business to ask about Amana dryer parts, they told me to bring the parts in and they would test them. Handed him 4 different electrical parts and in less than a minute he found the defected part and had it in stock. Their technician gave me tips on things to do to help this from happening again. Great group of guys there, great customer service, the part worked great, dryer back in working order, save hundred of dollars !

When everyone else was closed, Steve John’s was open for business during the worst snowstorm in years. The fella working the parts counter, presumably Steve, is an expert on any appliance question I’ve had in my couple visits. Super helpful and informative in helping me in my diy repairs. This is my go to resource for all my appliance solutions.

Today I decided to stop by (in need of a washer/dryer). I get in and was immediately turned off by the presence of a black cat sitting on top of the washer! I was shocked, I asked the man “is that a cat”, he preceded to state “no it’s a dog” in a sarcastic manner! Not only am I allergic to cats but I’m also TERRIFIED! I immediately left with no plans of returning. That’s unacceptable and VERY unprofessional.

I have purchased many appliances from Steve Johns. The service has always been top notch and, he has always stood behind his products. After reading many reviews I select a speed queen washer got tired of replacing one every five years.. this has a seven warranty.

I went there for parts and had a great experience. Was desperate for a washing machine part on Saturday and they were open and had it in stock. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner has been in the business for like 40 years.

This small store is run by its owner, Steve Johns. He is very friendly and went out of his way to assist me. The store specializes in used or repaired appliances as well as low to middle-end new appliances. I was looking for a high-end washer and dryer set and he tried very hard to find it, but was unsuccessful. Still, his efforts were appreciated. If youre in the market for a new appliance of any sort, he is definitely worth looking into.
