I came by and chose a washer on my lunch break, Matt said he would hold it. I called to make arrangements and understood he closes up at 4pm no later. I took time off work to pick up at 3:30pm and HE CLOSED UP EARLY!! Worst customer service. Can’t depend on their hours. If you get there and they are open buy now or beware!!

Amazing place, this morning I went to get a thermostat for my Frigidaire side by side, he did some references, came back with 2. He said take them both and see which one matches up, I didn’t have the model number. How much are these, he said no more than $10, when you fix it, come back when you can and pay. Will do my business with him, washer and dryers, ranges, refrigerators, prices are better than anyone.

Well I had to call for a part for my washing machine got it ..got home and replaced it later that day the heating element in my dryer went out called him up to see if he had the part and he did!!! So now my washer and dryer are working!!! Great guy he helped me alot Im not usually the fix it type but he walked me through a few things!!! Thanks Master Appliance. Will definitely be back for any appliance needs!!!
