They make returns easy. Returned two machetes and some of the stuff stuff I bought as catastrophe adjuster but I opened one machete and discarded the cardboard. They allowed me to return it.There be Water Moccasins 😳

Just about everything a harbor freight has, store was pretty clean and orderly and the cashier I ask a question to was extremely helpful. Overall not a bad experience will probably be back

I cant get enough of this place. Like a kid in a candy store I could stay here all day. My only complaint would be the quality of the tools. Some of their tools are decent enough but more often than not the tools I get from here break.

Harbor Freight never fails. Their tools are inexpensive but they still work great. And most of the time if its broke or you break it theyll take it back no questions asked. And thats a good thing. You cant go wrong with a warranty like that.

Great location off of I-10, great selection, but staff loved saying on isle three it was and wasnt on isle three :/ nonetheless though great time while traveling.

My husband and I came to the store to purchase an animal trap. I called in advance to be sure there was one in stock and to check the price. The manager answered the phone quickly and was able to tell me that there was one in stock and gave me the cost of the product so fast - without putting me on hold... he must have prices memorized. We came to the store immediately. There was a long line, two registers going, but the line went down fast! I had to ask for the trap because it was up high on a shelf. The manager climbed up to the top of the shelf, took it down and walked us back to the register... then zip, zip... we were all done! Everyone was friendly and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be back when I think they might have something I need.

Every thing very easy to find and a great verity of almost eany thing you need.

I have found more often now that items advertised is not stocked. Whats the point of having a brick and mortar store if not stocked? If I have to resort to buying online it sure will not be HF merchandise as the quality is inferior on most items.

I went on 6-17-20. The men employees were very helpful, the manager that day it was 8 in the morning she was fantastic. The other lady on the register was very mean and unhelpful. Other than that my experience was good and I will t going back if I can get some coupons.

Its relatively pleasant to shop here, all employees wear masks as do most customers. Maintaining social distancing is easier than most stores. Except for popular coupon items and gloves, most items are in stock.

Worthless and unprofessional and mad at the world sales associates. This experience is a downgrade from service I received over the weekend. This tells me there is inconsistent employee supervision and training.

Harbor Freight is what Im sure everyone knows it is, tools to get you by. The one by me is pretty well stocked. But, you better get there quick for whatever is on sale. Whenever its gone. Its gone. But, to be fair, Im not there when they restock their shelves. It just happens its wiped out when I look ;)

This store is closed. Shock to see a sign that says open Friday and Saturday . Today is Friday and no courtesy mentioning what time. I drove 30 mins to get here even called the 800 number and they didnt even know it was closed. Customer service lady hung up on me. I got something when you guys reopen I will be taking all my ICON tools Ive bought back Im no longer doing doing business with with these fools

Harbor Freight gives me all the free tools that I can use wood lathes saws you name it these guys are the best every time they have a parking lot sale they load me up thank you so much

I gave the star rating based on the following: 1 Star for having so many tools and things under one roof, 1 Star for the prices that 9 times out of 10 beat most if not all of the other big box stores, and 1 Star for customer service which is always on point. However, 1 Star was deducted for the strong odor of machine oil in the entire store (understandable considering what they sell but is very off putting none the less) and 1 Star was deducted for the way employees will yell across the store at eachother rather than using a radio or head sets. Rather annoying when youre trying to talk your wife into an expensive tool purchase and a manager of all things come up right next to you calling out to someone clear across the store like hes the only one trying to speak in there. Overall none of the bad is enough to steer me away from the good but they could definitely use some improvements.

Consistently amazing selection of low priced consumables endurables. While the tools may not last forever you can easily afford to replace them at the price point. My favorite place for things that are consumable like heat shrink tubing solder and safety wire.

A store that usually has fairly short checkout lines. Advertised items are almost always in stock in sufficient quantity. Pricing for basic items such as paint brushes are as low as one will find anywhere.

Cool place, staff was friendly, helped me locate tools for a future purchase. Store was clean and organised and i got a helpful flyer with coupons. It was a straight forward in-and-out experience one of the better harbor frieght stores.

This is my local HF. Everything Im looking for is usually in stock. Always good inventory on hand and staff are helpful. Most of the times get in and out with minimal wait.

Its like a toy store for guys but prices are really good. Sure you may not get the quality of a craftsman but you can buy a whole bunch of them! With their 20% coupon and freebies, you can save a lot of money! One last thing, prepare your sense of smell prior to entering the store. The smell of a plastic/rubber type smell can be overpowering.

If I could I would give this place 0 Stars, not even 1. Me and my business partner walked in at 7:43, 17 minutes before closing. I walked straight to the back to use the restroom after passing the elderly, woman, cashier who looked like she was miserable and loathed life. I asked her where the restroom was and moved on. When I got to the back I stepped in the bathroom to be met by a white haired old man who quickly told me restrooms are closed for cleaning, because were closed. In a few minutes. That really got under my skin, but I continued back into the store to pick up 4 generators. I walked back up to the cashier and told her what we needed. She called her manager, a tall skinny African American fellow that talked in a dialect I could not understand. When it was time to collect my payment their card reader had trouble reading my card. I was nonetheless refused service. No back up system, no manual entry, no authorization over the phone. Just blatantly refused by some mumbling manager and employees that have changed Harbor Freights hours to 7:45pm. We do alot of business with Harbor Freight, if I run into one more store like this one. Ill take my business elsewhere and they can shove theyre little inside track club down their throats.

Its like a bad habit when I walk in the Harbor freight store. I have to exercise great restraint not to come out with piles of stuff. They have some hard to find items and plenty of them.

Great prices, warranties, frequent sales, discount club, helpful people, clean store, and not big box huge, so its not a workout to get one thing. I love the solar products.
