We couldnt be happier with our experience at American Furniture II. The showroom was clean, easy to navigate, and stocked with an amazing selection. On top of the large selection they have available in store, they have a HUGE monitor set up in-store which you can use to browse hundreds of other items they have available. Our salesman, Tim, went above and beyond our expectations. From the first step inside the showroom, to the moment the deliverymen left our house, our entire experience was amazing. Everyone we dealt with (from sales to cashier to delivery) went above and beyond. We went in to purchase a bedroom set. We found the perfect one. We also found our geaux to place for all of our future furniture purchases! (living room is next) I am so happy to be able to support this LOCALLY OWNED business.

After receiving the 2 new Ashley recliners, one had an area missing padding under the leather, and within 3 weeks it started to make a stretched out flaw in the leather. I contacted Tim and sent a photo. He put the service department right on it and within a couple of days, they replaced the new recliner with another new recliner! They delivered to Gulfport, MS from Slidell. That is service! Bravo Zulu to the amazing crew at American Furniture! I shall definitely be purchasing more from them!

Our Ashley sectional is absolutely beautiful and I was shocked that we were able to get the couch and the ottoman at such a good price. OUTSTANDING professionalism and common courtesy, and exceptional care taken by the delivery team. From being flexible with scheduling a delivery date to good communication on the day before and day of delivery, they made us feel important and like we were their only customer, although they have many more deliveries to make the same day. Valicia is an outstanding delivery manager, and very courteous and accommodating. The 2 guys who made the delivery did an excellent job, were very careful, and made the flight of stairs seem like an everyday occurrence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a great experience buying furniture here. Tim was incredibly professional and friendly. My husband and I were buying a sectional and coffee table and he made some great suggestions as far as what would look good together, going so far as to move the showroom furniture around so that we could visualize things. I had planned on buying a particular coffee table I found online, but after discussing with Tim I realized it would have been much too large to go with the sectional. He saved us a lot of money and headache and helped us find the perfect matching piece. The next time we need furniture we are definitely going to be back!

This place is awesome! I had such a wonderful experience buying my new furniture. The sales lady was great, and went out of her way to get me the best deal she could. I couldn’t be more excited about the look and the quality my new furniture has.

Mr Tim was awesome. He helped me pick out the most perfect bed. It didn’t take long to have my bed delivered. The delivery guys were great as well it didn’t take as much time as I thought it would to assemble the entire bed. They were extremely professional.

Tim was VERY helpful and polite as were all of the staff there. My furniture came a little earlier than it was expected, which made me happy! The delivery guys were also very polite and professional using the tools they were given to make sure the door jamb didnt get damaged on the way in. I WILL go back when I need furniture again!

This experience was absolutely amazing. I had recently visited the original store by Carroll Rd where I selected a sofa I had just chosen at another store on sale. The gentleman was not very helpful and rushed in our conversation. When we went back to pay on Monday informed us that it had to be ordered. This was ok but he was very rude and not helpful at all. we visited the store two more times to consider paying for it and was not even greeted or approached. I was very unhappy and thought that i would just go buy it at the competitor store and the pay the extra price since the customer service was fabulous. I became kind of upset with this treatment and attempted to reach Eric (the Owner), Upon calling Velicia Buras answered the phone stating that he was not available but wanted to know if she could help me in any way. (At this point I was informed that there was another location) I explained her the situation and she immediately went to work on trying to win me back as a customer. Well low and behold on Saturday we went in to the store met with Mrs. Porchia and between her and Velicia we had a sofa at our home that afternoon. These two ladies are amazing and the reason i will continue my business with the store. Thanks ladies for going that extra mile and making us happy.
