Nice place. Had a good selection of a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Had everything I needed and I wasnt even going for myself.

Could be a lot better was not stocked well.

I was told there was a recliner at the D Iberville store.But when speaking with the store there wasnt any available 🤔....So if an item is on hold with a particular payment then it should state this on the computer....

Jennifer was so kind and patient! In addition to helping me, I observed her going out of her way for other customers also. During the holidays, during a pandemic, I’m sure working retail is stressful. Cheers to Jennifer for maintaining such a great attitude.

Bought a boxspring online and when I went to pick it up after I was told they were getting my order ready I was told they wouldnt have one until probably next week. Because they syat doesnt update till the end of the day and the email saying your order is being worked on is a lie. Terrible customer service.

Just an update. do not use the 12 months no interest credit card that they offer through comenity Bank. I originally purchased $997 with a furniture for their no interest I have now paid over $1,200 and have just been told that only $400 of that has gone toward the actual no interest loan and that as of March theyre going to be charging me all of the interest now I have always paid early and paid extra it is a fraud that they are putting on the people for that 12 months no interest they will get their interest from you because theyre not going to put all your payments toward your loan. Friendly service. Store seems to be loosing variety of items available to purchase though

Some good prices on certain items. Was shopping for dish towels and I did indeed purchase some from here. They had a good selection although the less expensive ones were sold out. I was also shopping for pool towels however they didnt have any it appeared that they didn’t carry these. They had a big selection of outdoor furniture that seemed to be good quality and good prices. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

I went in to redeem my free cereal coupon and my phone, which had the digital coupon on it, died at the register. An employee found a charge cable for me to use so I could pull up my coupon. Lol, she also found a box of Fruit Loops, the cereal I really wanted but couldnt find, that qualified for the coupon while I waited for my phone to charge. These employees are the best!!!

Can get things cheaper there, usually. Love to look around when there too.

It had been a while since I have been to Big Lots. It looks so clean and organized! Great job!

It has many good things. But I couldnt find what I was looking for. Some things were over priced.

Their Survey is Way Too intrusive!They want to know Everything about you including the make model of your vehicles, health info, taste in food, music & travel and all for the CHANCE to win a gift card.They LIE on the receipt says you can call a number to enter the contest without doing the survey. Thats a LIE! It goes straight into survey mode.Dont Fall for it they are trolling you!

I wanted to buy a recliner that I saw there yesterday and no one was available to help me. Today, I called the store and asked to speak to someone in the furniture department. No one ever came on the line. I decided to just drive over there. I guess I am a glutton for punishment... No one wanted to help me. I asked the cashier if there was a manager and she called someone who came out with an attitude. As the disgruntled employee walked up and I asked about the recliner. She said, We dont sell that here. The only reason we have it at all is because someone returned it. So I was confused and asked, This is not for sale? Oh that one is, because it was returned. It was so obvious that she didnt want to help me and I left without the chair. How do they stay in business? I know this is not a high end store, but really, I will never go back due to the lazy and ill-mannered people who work there. The worst customer service ever!

I loved my experience at Big Lots. A year in the US and visited even twice a month.It is everything from art supplies to cheese and tortillas.Its almost 1.99 Brazilian but with useful and quality products.Part of decoration and household utensils hooks you. Items to Scrapbook are infinite, the stationary paper has funny things and buy snacks is a journey .... huge packages and millions of options.But so .... do not go looking for specific items, thats not how it works. You have to go see what they have and, every day has new things.

I love this place. This store is always spotless.

The hiring manager and/or owner woman is unprofessional. If you put effort (going in person and calling) asking for a job and explain your experience from your resume to her, she will laugh at you and tell you they arent hiring. I told her there was a sign that said they were hiring. Apparently that was only for holiday season hiring, so why is the sign still up? Too lazy and unprofessional to have it taken down? How incredibly rude and disrespectful. Not everybody has the same job experience as others do. Ive had only 5 jobs so far and a couple of them were at a highly respectable place of which is out of her league I can say with certainty. Obviously shes the kind that thinks way too highly of herself so she treats people however she wishes. Im just here to spread the word.

Worked here for about 3 weeks.Store manager refused to fill out an incident report after I was hurt on the job. Then I my employment was threatened after my shift if I didn’t come and do one. Also, another manager released personal classified info such as my pay rate and social security number to my previous employers personal phone number without my consent (which is a felony). After that, the district manager told me to stop being so judge mmental and the HR consultant told me to stop over exaggerating. After all of this, I resigned without notice. Reached out to every regional manager or corporate entity I could find and nothing was done. Horrible atmosphere to work in.

Most times I go here everything is all well, but this visit was not at all good. Couldnt redeem any bonus points or receive any points & was cash only! There was one plus 2 the whole visit. The cashier.....😃
