At Home. You guys absolutely need to have more than 1 person at the checkout section. You have 5 registers that are just chillin with only 1 person ringing sales with a humongous line. People have things to do in the day. You lost a customer due to no consideration of other peoples time.

I could spend hours in this store. Always check on the clearance section, lots of great prices. Was looking for a patio table set and could not find one I liked under $800. Bought the below pieces from At Home to create the perfect set. Chairs $34 each, table $124, rug $120 plus 40% off with my birthday coupon.

I want to like this store, but not a single employee can be found while youre shopping and when you do see one, it feels like theyre avoiding you. Then theres one poor employee at the register with a really long line that you cant help but feel bad for. Overall just a pretty bad experience.

There were 2 cashiers working. The first cashier was checking a sizable order. The second cashier was handling a refund. She then proceeded to reshop the refund. She passed me a couple of times and Im sure, could see I had 2 items in my basket. She then decided to go to lunch. The other cashier was still checking the sizeable order and there was no one in line behind me! Not happy- I left my 2 items.

At Home is a decorative DREAM, you can find such great decor items from your PORCH to your PATIO and in between🤗 Make sure you bring a lot of💰💰💳💲you will see sooo much you want!!!👀

I needed replacement cushions for my wayfair-sourced patio furniture. Looked everywhere but found nothing until I visited At Home. Got what I needed on a budget in an emergency when death in family necessitated having all my husbands family over for a memorial.Only downside is most of the merchandise is sourced from overseas, so not sustainable like buying local!

Large store, has just about anything you need for your home. Recommend.

Went to this place to just see what they offered. Never been before. My bf parked long ways, because he doesnt have reverse. Absolutely no one else was in the parking lot, but as soon as I stepped out of the vehicle, a girl with blue hair came out and informed me we cant park like that. I was kind of taken aback considering the parking lot was empty, and even said so. She just walked back inside. I get it if there were alot of people, or were going to be a lot of people. But this was early am with no one around.

Young cashier left the register to schedule classes in the middle of my transaction. The older lady who took over for her was super apologetic, but I was still shocked at the young ladys rudeness.

I like their product selection and prices. The customer service over the phone is not good. I can’t ever get someone to answer the phone.

Plenty of interesting home and patio decor. Prices are decent but be careful. Many things are of a lower quality than you may be looking for. But, if you need a quick place to find what you need, this place will have it.To be honest, I liked the place.

I love looking at the At Home store. Unless you have a coupon I wouldnt bother getting any sort of furniture item way over priced. The holiday stuff is really good and the rugs and some of the paintings and mirrors and dishware. I really love there kitchen area lots of really good items!

Its a big giant warehouse of almost everything you could use in your house. You may have to do some searching for what you want but thats part of the fun.

This place is a dream come true

Can find some great end of season bargains. Regular pricing can give sticker shock... When it first opened it was well organized and you could find a staff member. ..now the floral sections are a mess and disorganized...product strode all in the floor...same for the decor pillow and bed amd bath aisles. When I asked an associate about it.. he acted as if the aisle were fine and didnt ask anyone to go check the aisles.

Like going there, they have soooo much useful stuff to look at. I have to go looking for what I just need, or I will buy more stuff. 😊😊😊😊😊

I usually enjoy shopping here but found the store to be a total mess yesterday. Apparently it had not been stocked and organized after the Christmas rush. Seemed to be understaffed as well. Get your act back together!

This place is the only saving grace for an otherwise dying mall. I can not believe they built another mall because it absolutely wrecked this mall. The At Home store here does carry quite a bit of product. Home depot and Lowes has more of course but most of that is like wood. This place is more targeted towards home stuff and has way better service that knows where everything is.

I would say they have a great selection to get ideas for your home. They also have lots of unique things that are hard to find. But, if you are on a budget, a lot of the same things of a better quality for a lot less money in the area.

What can I say? I could literally spend a couple hours in this place. It has everything you need. Rugs, furniture, indoor & outdoor, decor, bathroom and every other room, DIY stuff, accents such as pillows & drapes, the great quality faux florals & succulents you see at Hobby Lobby too. Plus, they always have great sales as well as change things out for the holidays and seasons.

Theres a lot of interesting things here. Some things are priced pretty well, other things are just WAY more expensive than youd think they should be. And Im not sure what the deal with the Slidell location is, but every time Ive ever been there theres always tons of junk in the isles. Dont believe me? Go around the pillow and bedding isles. This is more the fault of some sloppy trashy customer that has acted a fool and didnt put stuff back where they found it. At least on that isle. But theres a lot of places around the store that regularly have a bunch of junk all in the isles. And oddly, I never ever see any employees except at the front register. You just walk in, look around and see if theres anything you want, and check out. Ive never run accross an employee to ask for help locating something now that I think about it. Still, overall not a bad store aside from the prices (sometimes) and junk in the isles at times.
