Surprisingly one of the less busy Bath and Body Works that I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, fully stocked items, and it’s in a convenient location. There is plentiful parking and retail stores nearby.

If you find a scent you like, stock up, chances are it wont be around long. They do have good deals, at times.

Love this store, you are greeted at the door Witt help on ßale items, they get.yiou a carry basket and tell you whats on d sale. They have sample sprays so you can try before you buy. Checkout is fast and convenient.

One of my favorite stores. Im always catching deals today was 5.95 on all body mists, plus buy three get one free.

My wife loves their sales on hand soaps for cheap Christmas gifts.

I visited the store today July 17, 2021. The ladies who worked at the register were very unfriendly!! I’m sure my skin had a lot to do with it. This was the second time I’ve had an unpleasant visit there I won’t ever be going back!!

Staff was very rude and left me standing there in the middle of the conversation to go and help another customer. The store was packed the day before Mothers day it still, that was uncalled for and very disrespectful. Just because someone is dripping with diamonds and doesnt carry a MK bag doesnt mean that they are unworthy of good and polite customer service. I spent $50 in there that day, maybe that wasnt as much as some but I still felt it warranted friendly service.

To anyone who cares about their health and the chemicals in their products, this place is a toxic zone. Theres not 1 product thats not poisonous. I asked if they had a natural section or an organic line they offered, but all they have is aroma therapy with horrid ingredients as well. Sad to say, most dont care whats in it as long as it smells good and its name brand. Id buy gifts for my enemies here. Maybe theyd get cancer?

As soon as my family walked in we were greeted with an eye-roll by the employee working the front room. I came here knowing exactly what I was looking for but had trouble finding it. All the employees were busy tasking and offered no help. When I reached out to one of them I was given a vague description of where I might find it, only to go to the general area with no luck. As much as I love B&BW, this trip was not only disappointing but left me feeling discouraged & rejected.

I cant say enough good things about the team at this BNBW!!! They are amazing and beyond, today was one of the busiest craziest days to be at BNBW with the all body care $4.95 but they handled the crowd of people perfectly 🌸 Koodos to that team and their store manager because I can honestly say I have never had the pleasure of shopping during this kind of sale until today. They were so busy I reached to scratch my back and was scratching someone elses, u had to wait to move from one spot to the next but as far as line time, I waited five mins which I might add is unbelievable with over a hundred (it seemed) or more in a 12×12 space. Thank you so very much ❤️
