After we found a few dents on one of the company trucks, I decided to look up a company Id previously had a positive experience with. I quickly found this company and while it was fresh on my mind decided to call and leave this business a message so I could be contacted in the morning and bring my vehicle in. You can imagine my surprise when a man answers the phone and says hello. I quickly apologize and said I was sorry, that I had a wrong number. In an ugly voice he quickly responded with ugly words and hung up on me. If this is their professionalism, I can promise you no one should ever have to experience a talk with this man, EVER!

I never give reviews but felt compelled b/c of the negative review Ms Heroy gave Dent Works. Jason, with Dent Works is a complete professional and did a great job removing difficult dents from my daughters car. After going to a few other paintless dent removal shops, a professional detailer told me to call Dent Works b/c that is the only dent removal company he recommends. Wow, I was glad I did b/c not only was it convenient (they come to you), but also considerable less expensive than other quotes I received.
