Can’t thank Lawless enough. They were pretty booked up with work and couldn’t do the actual work on my truck to fix it at the moment, which I completely understand. But the fact that two of their employees took the time to come out to my truck and help diagnose the unsafe dilemma I was in spoke volumes about this business. They didn’t make a dime off of helping me, but they helped me anyway. I never got the sense that they were in a hurry bc they were busy with other tasks. They stepped away from what they were doing and helped me out. Very thankful for that. I can tell you this, when I do need work done....this is where I’m going. First class!
Mr Robbie is a very nice and professional person and he and his crew do outstanding work I have a 1970 GTX doing body paint work and installed engine-transmission Robbie makes time to talk to u and explain what he and his shop did or will do to ur car-truck I will bring all my work to Lawless Automotive Customs
I brought my new truck in to get a $2,000 ceramic coating put on (7 days) and when I picked it up I could barely see through my front windshield and side window, all of the black and grey plastic was turning white, coating didn’t come with a certificate and worst of all water wasn’t beading off at all! Took my truck to a different ceramic place and they checked it out only to determine something was on it but it wasn’t a professional ceramic coating! I had to pay to have my truck coated and rent a car for another week but I now have a certificate to back up the service and it shows in deed fax and most importantly the coating actually performs the way it is intended to!
Extremely overpriced... Have insurance go to Pikes quality work without the price gouging
Highly recommend Lawless Automotive Customs for any paint and body work needs. They took on my project under super short notice and knocked out in a timely manner. Super happy with the quality of work and will definitely use them again...!
I contacted Lawless and asked if they could send someone to my house to take a look at my classic car that needed a lot of work. The owner, Robbie, personally came out, took a look, and took on the project. He told me to stop by the shop, ask questions, and be as involved with the work he was doing as much as I would like. I stopped by a plenty of times. Robbie and his staff took the time to explain what they were doing, or going to do to my car, and answer my questions. They were friendly and personable, and I was on a first name basis with a few of them. I recently got my car back, and lawless did exactly what I hired them to do. They exceeded my expectations. The paint job is so good, I could barely pull myself away from looking at it to continue my day. I look forward to doing business with lawless in the future.
I gave Robbie the daunting task of repairing some paint damage on my 68 mustang restomod. The body work was impeccable, and the paint matched perfectly. Although this was a major job, I received my car back in twenty-two days. Good service is so hard to find these days that its easy to forget what it looks like. I will always be willing to take the three hour trip to Lawless Automotive Customs for all of my work.
Excellent service.. Attention to detail! Great value for the cost.
I can only speak from one phone call experience but the gentleman I spoke with was an ornery fella. He agreed when I addressed him as such.
The best, they painted on and repaired my exterior as well as my interior on my 09 Tahoe I’m beyond happy.
Have brought my vehicle more than I like to admit and they make it like new every time! Quick turn around times and great customer service. They offered Ceramic coating and I have gotten it done on two of my vehicles. Definitely a great purchase!

First Class EVERYTHING FIRST CLASS!!
Ive been going to Lawless for 6 years, but this past year, the quality is non-existent and professionalism a joke. I brought in my challenger for repair after a hit and run. Car was returned January 14 with over $5,500 in work. By March 14, the paint on the bumper was peeling. I called Lawless to let him know, but wasnt able to make it to him until June because I live over an hour away and work during his work hours. By then, someone had tapped my bumper, though you could clearly see the bumper was peeling organically, in places not affected by the tap. Robbie made no offer to pay for the paint job, despite clear evidence that his previous work was flawed. Ok, not professional, but fine.He prints two estimates, one to repair the bumper and one to replace. Given the hack job he had done on the bumper previously, I selected the repair, valued at $750. As this is only $250 more than my deductible, I do not file. Upon having my car for a few days, he calls and says he cant repair, hell have to replace. he also claims he has neither of the two prior estimates, because I am very unhappy, as the replace will cost me $950 dollars. He says he doesnt recall even giving me an estimate for a repair, and that this isnt his fault (im not sure whose it is).A week later, I call for an update. The car is done (thanks for telling me) and its now $1380. Yes, the cost has effectively doubled. I am irate, and he now claims he has the estimate for a repair, but that it couldnt be done effectively. Wait, I thought you didnt have either estimate? Wheres the replace estimate for $950 then? Nope, still no sign of that estimate. Again, still not his fault.Never once did Robbie offer to comp me for the paint (since his previous job was clearly a hack), nor could he provide me any explanation for the magically appearing and disappearing estimates (thought he did accuse me of lying, first of ever getting a repair estimate and then of the price of the repair estimate). He also could not account for the nearly doubling of the price, not how he could off an estimate for a repair when a repair suddenly wasnt even possible (fyi...were talking a tap. not structural damage to the bumper)Robbie six years ago was a genius. today, his arrogance and lack of professionalism is appalling. go anywhere else. he doesnt care about the quality, and he clearly isnt trustworthy. when a repair shop wont stand behind its work, its estimates, or its prices, youve got problems.
Excellent work.
