After several recommendations, via a social media Tesla owners group, I had my windshield replaced on my Tesla Model 3. I was guided through the process, and how to navigate the particular way my insurance company handles it. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and extremely competent. They are eager to please, and seem willing to go the extra mile. Deserving of their good reputation. Will be handling my future Tesla work, if needed.

Wonderful customer service! My vehicle ended up being a total loss, but they still answered any questions/concerns that I had. When i dropped it off they made sure the process was understood and also took the time to do a preliminary inspection with me there and discussed the damages directly with me even before getting the insurance company involved. I definitely had a feeling of care and making sure that I was taken care of with a legitimate personal touch and didnt just seem another customer/number to them.

Frank, along with the 5+ people in the shop I interacted with were amazing! I cant appreciate enough their professionalism, politeness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude. They were willing to take the time to talk me through what they were going to do, what I could be aware of, and answered any questions I had. The vehicle service they provide is represented by their clean, organized, and kept up shop, along with their customer service. When something is wrong with your vehicle and you have to visit a shop like this, they absolutely set the bar. Even though I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there, they made it worth it! Hoping I dont have to return for a long time, but I can promise you, I wont be upset if I have to. And Ill know Im being taken care of as if it was their own vehicle.

Someone Keyed my truck, and I wanted the paint fixed professionally and perfectly without a bunch of up charges. I did my research and found Franks with nothing but 5 star reviews. I did their online estimate tool and then was immediately contacted by Frank the owner asking for additional information. My insurance company tried to push me to one of their preferred body shops with a lower rating, instead I told them to work with Franks. I brought my Truck in a few days later, and was met by their new super friendly receptionist. We went over some additional areas I was concerned with and I was quoted about a 5 day turnaround due to the weekend. I was kept updated as the work progressed and was contacted after 3 days that the work was done and the truck was ready to be picked up. The paint was flawless, and the interior and exterior had been fully detailed. They went over their lifetime warranty and answered all of my questions about the work they had done. This place is great!! I brought my car in to get my bumper replaced and If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They did an awesome job without waiting weeks! Best Tesla Repair shop in the region.I had 3 possible options for Tesla approved body shop repair on my area. The 2 service king locations in Jackson were clueless about Tesla and lacked professionalism. Franks Accurate Body Shop in Slidel, Louisiana did my repair. They were amazingly professional and bent over backwards to help me. They used modern web tools to communicate with me before, during, and after service keeping me in the loop at all times. Tesla caused the 2 month delay in my repair due to the lack of parts availability. Fortunately I’m too much of a Tesla fan to have complained. Franks did an awesome job with my car and I understand they do a lot of Tesla body work.

Awesome body shop, had someone back into me in a car wash tunnel. They had the car in and out within a week. Car was finished ahead of schedule. I like how they send you pictures of the work so you can see what’s going on. All in all a great experience would highly recommended them to anyone who needs some body work done.
