Best Buy is a great place for electronics. I do love that you can order online and pick up either in store or curbside.

I went there at 6:45 pm today because I needed a USB headset for my new job. I eventually found them but couldnt find prices for any of the ones I was interested in because most were in the wrong places. I was never approached by a staff member so after about 15 minutes I returned to the front to ask for help. I was told all associates were busy, but someone would be sent over shortly. After waiting another HALF HOUR I left. I have visited other Best Buy locations and had good experiences but will not visit this location again unless I am truly desperate.
Today, I went to the Geek Center because my Samsung watch wasnt turning on. A very kind man named David assisted me and was very patient and knowledgeable about his job. He was very kind. I appreciate David for helping me.
I love having this Best Buy here. It is convenient and they have always adhered to Covid precautions responsibly and consistent my which I appreciate. I appreciate the open box deals and the selection of what they carry.
Brad was the sales clerk that helped us. He informed us, completed the transaction and even loaded the TV on our truck! Very friendly and made shopping experience very pleasant.
Cashier was impatient with me and lied about calling the manager when I asked to speak with him/her. Still not sure if she was just horrible at communicating or didnt care. She just let me stand there waiting on a manager that she never called.
We were looking for something specific. Had previously done our research and had a few questions. We did wait for an extended time for someone to come to the department where we were waiting however the young lady was helpful. She was also pleasant and gave us her honest opinion based on what she had purchased and experienced. There were more than enough sales clerks for the volume of shoppers. No wait to check out. Everything in the store was neat and organized. There were a few items we considered that were out of stock but overall decent shopping experience.

Its a decent store, very helpful staff but I guess due to covid the store was pretty empty not many electronics to chose from, hopefully after this passes everything will return to normal

Tldr: Came in to buy a refrigerator. Waited for someone, anyone to help. Person I got didnt know what they were doing.My existing fridge had spoiled food from losing power to hurricane Ida. Anyone who has come back to their fridge after 9 days with no power knows that you can never get that smell out. I need a new refrigerator. I researched online and found a model that I wanted at this particular store. I could buy online, but I wanted to see if I could get better service in-person.After I got there, I waited for a total of 40 mins. I asked a stock person 4 times to get someone to help. (Once for each time he passed by me.) He got on his radio and called it in, but no one ever came. I went to the front podium to ask for help again and they also got on the radio but didnt get off until someone came. (Thank you podium person!)The sales person that came brought me to the sales desk and I was treated like I was buying a $10 trinket instead of a $2500+ major appliance. Maybe Im a bit jaded, but I feel that when Im dropping a couple thousand on one item, the sales experience should be a bit more personable.Or maybe I should not have come in today. They were pretty slammed, but I need a refrigerator now. You dont know how much you use your fridge until its gone. So I had no choice but to come in on a busy weekend.After waiting for 45 minutes to then be rushed and treated like Im shopping at Walmart made for a very bad experience for me.
Not only is this store very clean and organized, but they have open-box specials all the time, and the employees are extremely attentive and helpful in every department. My favorite Best Buy ever!

This is the best of the best buys in the dry state area. Very informed and informative staff. Clean store, and They have very little turnover of important staff so I feel like Im going to my neighbourhood electronic store. Even if Im buying online I discuss with their experts 1st

Went there to help my friend pick out a nice smart watch for his girlfriend. Ran into one of the representatives, dont remember his name he was possibly asian or maybe from the the Philippines, but he was wonderful. I didnt think I can learn that much in 20 minutes about smart watches. Superb attitude & customer service from that gentleman. If we wasnt pushed for time I probably wouldve purchased something I didnt need based of his charisma & great energy.
What can I say I formerly worked for best buy always professional and had what I needed in stock which is always a plus.
This store needs to improve Customer Service. The cashier refused to help on a credit. The door greater made me believe was the manager and just gave me a number to call. All wasted my time!
I cant understand the logic of letting customers walk around and never approached by mgr. or staff, not hearing a welcome, when first walking in or may I help you.Customers do not work here and do not know where the products are located or have things explained. I have walked out 3 times in 3 days. . Strike 3, youre out.How long would Ronnie LaMarque, Bill Watson, or Benson, or any car dealership, etc. would be in business by training salesman to just walk by a customer ?I will do without before returning to Best Buy.RIDICULOUS !!!!!
Went in looking for a specific product (Sirius XM docking station) and the sales girl took me right to it. I bought it and am very satisfied.
I try to make purchases at local stores when possible but it seems like Best buy does everything they can to turn away business. Tried to buy an Oculus they dont have it said to buy it online tried to buy a computer monitor they dont have it have to buy it online. Best buy wont even let you browse the store even though every other store doesnt mind people shopping. The only thing you can really get from Best buy is a TV everything else is out of stock. I see why Amazon has so much business.
Needs better Customer service bc when you are shopping no one ask for your help they pretty much ignore you. Everytime you walk by someone you greet them so you know you have been seen.
The backup camera install was smooth on Feb03.. The tech was awesome. He knew exactly what was required to install a backup camera in my Nissan 2017 Forester. I went into Best Buy 2wks prior.The tech had made sure all wires needed for the hook up to my in dash screen were oreded and available for install. I really appreciated his knowledge and forethought he showed to care for your customers . I am so glad I was one today. My backup camera works great. Thanks

Purchased an air fryer Jan 2020 with 2 year geek protection. Brought it back a little over a year later and was swapped with no issue. It was bought on sale but refunded the full amount over three times the price that was paid. No complaints here
Staff was great. Store was small, packed not very organized. For a best buy I thought a huge building and everything neat in its place but everything was cramped and everywhere. Other than than space being too, small the staff was extremely helpful!

I ordered my product online. And picked it up. I will say that I forgot to bring a mask, and found it very nice (and smart) that this best buy gave me a mask at the door. Which allowed me to continue my business there. Thank you Best Buy.

We had an unsatisfactory experience on Sunday evening, but went back tonight and Stephanie, who is one of the managers at this location, gave us excellent service and remedied the situation. We were very happy with the product and the service.
I went here to shop for a new home reciever. No recievers in stock besides lower priced sony models (5 channel and below). No assistance or even offer of assistance from store staff for over 10 to 15 minutes that I was standing on the isle. Three day wait time for according to their website and signs on the isle to recieve the product. No Denon, Yamaha, or Onkyo models on display, just empty locations where the recievers should be. The whole purpose behind going to a store is to be able to take the product home that day. Online competitors are a cheaper and ship faster. Best Buy seems to be going the way of Circuit City.
There are certain male people in the return area, very rud and in a bad mood, he did not want to attend us because he had many people arguing that we had to make an appointment, and certain female people, gave up a she took care of us very kindly.
Manager was nice, went to see about an open box item but price was still too much.

Received a pressure cooker for Christmas. I already had one so I tried to return it unopened a month later WITH THE RECEIPT, and was told it was too late to return it. That’s some poor customer service !!! Will rethink buying from Best Buy in the future!

Quick, excellent, and rapid curbside pickup service and everyone was very helpful and cordial. It was a super easy process and Ill be shopping more there in the future due to my experience. Plus, my kids got nice Sony headphones that were specially priced just perfectly for then the spend their allowance on them.
Try calling the store to find out if yall sold fire sticks and nobody answered the phone I stayed on it for 15 minutes sorry sorry sorry I had to go to Amazon
The repair I had was plagued with issues but the staff were so nice especially mike, bob, Nate, and Eastwood. All were so helpful in resolving the issues I had. They shoot it straight with you. That is one thing I look for in a business and they knew the answers and were not afraid to tell me them even though it wasn’t the most pleasant to hear. Great customer service!

We love Best Buy and how they price match. We can always find the electronics that we need and the deals that we want. They have anything from refrigerators video games and Google products. They are always extremely nice and willing to help find the products that you need. I also love Geek Squad and theyre amazing service!

The store is a little bit of a mess right now, and employees were limited. We did get help eventually by a supervisor while the other employees just passed us by without asking if we were okay. Which we ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy3⌚ smart watch, that wasnt on the shef but they had somewhere in the back.

I ordered a watch on the website that said I would have it the next day if I ordered it within the hour, I ordered it. The next day come it says the order is delayed due to covid I come to the store here in Slidell she said it was because of the “storm” which isn’t even below freezing and the “bad weather” isn’t suppose to be happening until later on. Then she said “it was a storm up north”, then told me it was coming from Harvey (not north). I asked to cancel my order she said it is already processed to ship. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience just stopped talking all together and stared at me until I decided to walk off. Not pleased with this customer service at all.

Cant get any help at all here!!! Called the repair number and no one will even answer the phone! Went to the store and still no help ! Purchased a 50 inch TV from them 5 years ago and it just stopped working! Dont recommend buying a TV here at all!

Was going to install a dashcam for my car. Thing came out perfectly. The technician there was very helpful. Recommended for anyone who want to install something on your car.
Your typical Best Buy. The associates were helpful. The one that helped us did not know the answer to a question we asked. he quickly sought out someone who did and they both helped. Unfortunately with todays technology and staff turnover it is difficult to find people that really know their product. They did their best so have to give them that. In the end they resorted to using their smartphone and got an a for effort, didnt find all of the information I needed, but tried.

Great Staff. Sadly short on inventory for a lot of things, but that seems to be the norm right now anywhere. Best Buy in general has been pretty bad about keeping the variety of Philips Hue products on the sales floor.

Lots of help. I received quick assistance and checkout time. I got to try out and handle the item before purchasing, unlike the gray van that comes to my house. Price was the same as the gray van too, but without the package being left in the rain. Recommend this Bestbuy, very friendly.
Went to get an HDMI to RCA adapter and they had it! Kinda hard to find as RCA is nearly gone. Outfitted a Playstation in my van and the radio couldnt take HDMI but RCA only. 2K21, its on!

Very efficient store with up to date products. Not very budget friendly but they will help you find something that may suit the price range your looking for. Personally I like that the sales people genuinely want to help and do not push items on you that they know is not in your price range. This was the first time Ive been there in a while and enjoy the up to date store and items they carry. Associates are very nice and always ask if you need help or information on anything you may be shopping for. Wish there prices were in my current budget but I do believe the quality is great if you were to buy an item.
Well right now you cant just walk in. You walk in. They want to know what you are there for. (Huh, to shop). If you need help you get on a list for help because they dont have enough employees working and you wait until someone is available.
Is doing a great job with social distancing. Had to go get a laptop because old one died. They check you in at front at let someone know in the department you are coming and need help. Seem a little understaffed but totally understandable. With everything taken into consideration, they still did a great job and I was walking out with a new laptop in less than 45 minutes.
