They apparently forgot my delivery that I paid for. Then they call me an hour later saying they can deliver it. Great, despite me already making sure someone would be there for them originally and having to go back at least I’ll get it today. During the delivery I don’t know what’s worst,1 the late arrival,2 them slamming the washer down off the dolly,3 them ripping the dryer they weren’t supposed to touch from the wall and tearing the dryer vent,4 them leaving the washer they were supposed to take,5 or them peeling out as they took off because they were mad because I told them they were late and then fed up the dryer vent.Now I don’t only have to waste more of my day because they forgot the appointment but also to replace this dryer vent. I’ve done business here before this but I’ll never be back.

My Maytag washer needed to be repaired. Justin was great diagnosing the problem over the phone from the details I provided. He kept me informed as he searched for the part to see if it was available or not. He was even able to provide same-day service for my repair. He was very professional and I will definitely keep him in mind for any future appliance repair.

After Hurricane Ida my refrigerator would not cool! Thought for sure it was a goner but the owner at A+ sold me the part and told me how to install it and it works!!!! Thanks A+ !!!

I was a returning customer with a prior purchase of a washing machine and dryer. I was given one price of $200.00 for a washing machine by phone, and charged $250.00 in the store. Called after I set the washing machine up and was told rudely to give it a chance to work. This company should work on their ethics and customer service. Idk... maybe be more appreciative of returning customers?

Great prices with great service. The owner and his crew (probably family) is very honest and greets you when you come in. Any and all questions you ask they answer truthfully. My appliances work great.

They helped identify and sold a replacement part and walked me through the repair. I fixed my broken load size knob in 20 minutes. Works at the moment.

I didnt buy anything and the place seems shady and reeks of cigarettes smoke, but the people were kind and friendly and didnt bs me. I just think they need to work on their delivery and presentation a bit more to be more professional.Update: since the owner asked me to remove my review because they didnt like it. It was my experience and my opinion and I have every right to share how I feel. Being asked to silence myself because they dont agree feels disrespectful and Ive reduced my review from 3 to 1 stars. This company needs to learn how to represent itself.

I would like to thank A+ for hooking me up on 7/21/18. I just moved to Slidell from Michigan and was needing a washer and dryer on a budget. They were very helpful and got me out the door for what I was wanting to spend. Its locally owned business and they are more than willing to help.

Went for a part for my dryer down the road from this location to ideal appliances today and I drove from Picayune. When I got there they claimed they no longer had my part yet I just called 20min ago and told them I was on my way. Then needless to say I didnt get my part..they said they could order it for me and I could have it tomorrow or I could drive to the east and get one from there ..I left very unhappy from ideal appliances..I had stopped at A+appliances and thats what I received A+ service. Theses good guys were more than happy to help me today and I will be back..thanks for making my day easier

Justin and Mike stand behind their work. Hand issues within 30 days, and guys at the shop fixed it no questions asked...they wanted to know what the problem was, and fixed it in 1 day! Great work guys... now if only you did service calls again!

Would absolutely give 0 stars if possible. I bought a dryer and payed for home delivery (which they delivered at 9 p.m. two days later) when that dryer broke after a couple days they said they would take care of it. Their way of fixing it was to make me buy a new one at a discount (not to mention I had to bring them the old one and transport the new one which is pretty hard w/o a truck) when the new one broke almost immediately I had to argue for 20 mins. just to have them say I had to bring the new dryer to them to be fixed. They dont stand by their products and have HORRIBLE customer service.

.Update. After posting my review I received a call saying my machine was ready for pick up. They replaced it with a PRACTICALLY new machine. I still had to pay them another $150., but this machine is worth every penny. Thank you A t pre owned appliance for making things right and fair.They sold me a washer for 200dollars got it home and it broke in the first week. I brought it back to have it fixed. 2 weeks go by no one called me. I called them everyday for a week. Finally someone answered, they still didnt fix it. Then they want to charge me $150 to fix the machine they sold me that was broken to begin with. I would not send my worst enemy there. They shouldnt be allowed to be in business. Extremely disappointed

Great Service!!!! I was told by one appliance repair company that my Samsung washer machine was going to cost $550.00 to repair, and that information cost me a $100 trip charge. On my way to the dump with my broken washer, I walked in to A+ to get a 2nd opinion. Within 3 hours and a mere $75.00 charge, my washer was working perfectly and continues to do so 2 months later.A+ Pre-Owned Appliances & Electronics is A+ in my book!!!!
