Just purchased a run capacitor from this establishment. The gentleman answering the phone was polite and helpful. They had the part I needed in stock (I was having a great deal of difficulty in locating it), and their price was surprisingly reasonable for a brick and mortar store as compared to online pricing. I was able to buy the part for about $22, plus sales tax. Online best pricing was $22 no tax and free shipping, arriving in 2 days. I found this establishment through a comment someone left regarding a competing nearby appliance parts store that receives lower ratings than Ideal. They had recommended Ideal instead of the competing establishment and I couldnt agree more with that recommendation. They will get ALL of my future business.

Of course its great to find the part youre looking for. But when the counter-person is as nice as Stanley, well, why would you go anywhere else? Sure you might find what youre looking for online, but Id suggest you give Ideal a shot at your business first.

I have a 1987 Vulcan dual commercial stove in my home and it goes out right before Thanksgiving! Called - they knew what was wrong, what it was over the phone, knew they had it in stock and how much it was! DEFINITELY referring and going back!!

I sent my father to pick up an attic ventilator motor while I ran other errands. When we met up 20 minutes later and I looked at the motor, I realized I wasnt able to use it. So he immediately took it back to the store to return it (hadnt even been taken out of the box) and they refused - said they did not allow returns on electrical items. To add insult to injury, I was at Lowes an hour later and saw the same part for about half the price ($56 vs $90). Congrats, Ideal. I wont be shopping at your store ever again.

Super friendly and helpful. I didn’t even have the model number for the part I needed. Just brought in the broken part and the text gentleman helped me lickety split !!
