Love this particular Dollar General! The employees are friendly and they tend to stay employed at this store for long periods of time. Staff is helpful, but still mind their own business when appropriate.

A certain item was on sale 3 for 3. It rang up at 1.80 a piece. I pointed out and so the assistant manager went to go look. He came back saying there was no sign. So I said lets go look together. When he got caught in his lie he the proceeded to say it was only the one product even though it clearly said variety. He was rude and would not honor the sale all because I called him out on his lie cause he didnt want to over ride the price. Needless to say they need better employees there. And nobody was wearing a mask even though it clearly stated mask required or no entry! Follow your own rules yo!

Workers are dedicated and turnover is almost 0. Customer Service is awesome. Cleanliness could be a bit better. They have everything here! 1 stop shop!

Came to the store its 8:30 all the lights are on but the doors are locked not a soul inside

I got a nice little gift for my kids teachers for being great leaders and my kids are doing great cause of it we had conferences today and my kids are doing great makes mama happy

An item was left at the store and the employees kept it for themselves. Absolutely will never patronize an establishment who employs thieves.

TERRIBLE customer service. I always get a box of cliff bars, they scan it 6 times which goes fast, THIS time i went today, The lady at the front was scanning each separate one & SINCE many times in the past I’ve seen them go fast & scan the box 6 times instead, so i SIMPLY ask Melissa or Marissa, If she can just scan the box six times to go faster, she then replied with “ If you stop arguing with me it would go faster”. I was not arguing, i asked a question. I found that very Unprofessional & disrespectful of Melissa to say.

Molly Seeger, theyre only supposed to ring up one item at a time and place in bag. Get over it. If youre in that big of a hurry, leave a few minutes earlier. This is the best Dollar General in town with fast, friendly service, clean store with open aisles, and professional caring people working there!

Ok if need to grab something quick! Otherwise more expensive than a grocery store

I have mixed feeling about this location. Solely due to the management. Not sure if the one guy with the Mr. Droopy eye luggage still works there or not. But he is awful and reallyshouldnt be allowed to follow customers around as they shop, get in thier faces, yell at them from across the store, and most certainly shouldnt be threatening customers. I stopped shopping at this location because of him. But the younger gentleman who is member of LGBT and he works nights, ALWAYS ALWAYS makes me feel welcome. Always friendly, and personable. He always goes out his way to assist wit any question or need Ive had and is the only reason I even still shop here.

Way to cluttered its difficult to find what your looking for and it doesnt appear to get cleaned thoroughly very often. Good service up front but wont make a habit of stopping in.

Friendly staff.People should try to understand that retail is a stressful job and its nearly impossible for anyone to be friendly 100% of the time. The cashiers do their best to be good with the customers but anyone can have a bad day or say the wrong thing. Give people in Customer Service a break here and there.

Wish there store was more organized

Just like any other dollar general I wish they would have either wider isles or put their stuff or put the merchandise away faster bcz it makes it harder to find things and walk with canes, crutches ect so if your in a wheelchair you cant make it through or reach things you need and nobody to help you.

I went in for scotch tape and came out with much more. I love this store. The man who checked me out was so nice and happy. I could tell he enjoyed his job and cared about his customer. I love searching their reduced merchandise, great finds and deals.

The clerk was very rude even if i wasnt fully preprared to check out i dont think someone should have a job as a cashier if u do not know how to treat your customers.. do us a favor and get a night job so we dont have to deal with your ugliness your manager should be embarrassed...

This store is horrible. The staff are rude. I coupon and was told i was not allowed in the store by staff. I reported them to corporate to let them know. The district manager Andrew thanked me for letting him know. The manager treated me like i was a criminal. Your staff need to be trained properly in customer service and your coupon policy. I will never be back and have told many people to not go to this store. I hope corporate does a house cleaning.

Staff was very rude. Took two steps in the door with my 9 year old daughter. She was just finishing an ice cream cone. A lady ringing people up yelled “No Food!” I probably shouldn’t have let my child bring it in but she wasn’t going to touch anything. It was just embarrassing how the store clerk handled it. I won’t spend a dollar there 🤣

Ran my debit card 1st time with no problem. Ran it a 2nd time a d got told they couldnt run it.

Wide variety of items to choose from,always have a sale going on, get helped out a lot even though a person doesnt ask for it. Shouldve had a dollar general on the Eastside.

Dirty store. Pricing is good and selection is very good. Clerks can be only at times and I dont care much for the beggars hitting me up for change all the time. I took a help wanted sign off the door once and handed to a cou6of them and suggested that earning your own money much more gratifying and far irritating to others.

Liked how all sale items were in the same aisle

The guy who was checking you could tell he really didnt want to be there. He didnt bother to remove the anti theft tags, well I was busy dealing with little ones. Then he just waved me on when the alarm went off....had to go back after I got home. Different checker helped me, she was so nice.

As Dollar General’s ago, this one is really nice. Wide clean isles, easy to navigate store.

Friendly, helpful staff. They even have bed sheets. Although not everything is one dollar

They have a great selection of products despite the size of thier store. Asked to get a particular flavor of drink and the lady was very polite letting me know they cannot guarantee they could get it but that they will see if they could get it ordered.

I got my yoga mat from here for only 7.50. Love it. Thank yuh Dollar General.

Had what I wanted friendly check outs

The blonde man ringing us up snapped at me when I didn’t get the bags off the carousel and back into the cart quickly enough. My boyfriend was about to snap back but I started laughing and confused them both. The poor guy was clearly frazzled and it struck me as funny/sad that ringing up my five bags full of items was enough to make him lose civility. Poor buddy. I hope he gets better at his job. :-)
