They helped me find a good face wash and moisturizer for dry skin. Also showed me how to apply eyeshadow by drawing a diagram on a piece of paper. I am very happy with my skin care line and eyeshadow purchases. I had to return some products I bought online and the return was fast and easy.

Sophie/Sophia helped me yesterday when I was looking for a foundation that would best suite my skin type! She listened to my wants and concerns and spent quality time making sure I found the best shade for my skin tone. I was beyond impressed. Came in this afternoon with 2 of my good friends. 2 went in first as they were at capacity. As I was waiting and overheard the front talk her headset “3 coming I together, one has a giftcard, looks like they won’t spend more than $70” OKAY ACTUALLY my friend alone was about to spend $300 and within us both we would have done $1,000 but due to your comment we just wanted to get in and get OUT! I got too close to some sprays and I was told if I do they need to do extra work sanitizing. Okay you could have just told me politely and not followed me thru the store. So rude

Went in today 4/12/21 to look for shampoo at the empire mall sioux falls sd location and Heidi was AMAZING she helped me find a shampoo Im excited to try it she has had the best customer service Ive had there she should defenately get some recognition or a raise she was wonderful and so so sweet

One sales lady in particular was very helpful and informative, its too bad i forgot her name. I will be back to shop and am more comfortable with how she explained things to me.

Staff was very friendly to everyone that entered. They checked up every few minutes to make sure we were finding everything that we needed. Definitely much better than the Sephora and ulta beauty from Sioux City, Iowa.

I have went here since they opened and have gone to them as recent as a month ago. I can say they used to only ask once if you needed help they now ask constantly, they also follow me around like I am stealing something! The thing that bothers me is that the people who work here hardly any of them no anything about makeup or skin tone! I am a darker skin tone not that dark but mixed so if that gives you an idea. And not once has any girl/guy who works there been able to match me, I can walk in look at a bottle and match my friends and my self who all have different skin tone if it be alabaster or a dark hone/beige. What pisses me off the most is having a friend go into the store alone and them being busy and her not getting any help and she spent over 300 dollars in that visit! And seeing workers with caked on makeup when they should be tasteful and a nice contour/highlight, pretty eyeshadow! Not clumpy eyelashes, over drawn eyebrows, mega amounts of eyeshadow, and lipstick that could last days of wear. This store is horrible and they dont carry some brands even though the store is on the larger scale. One thing I will tell you is know what you want and walk in and buy it! I walk past the beauty counter and see them put makeup on customers and it is worse than what I could do at 8 years old...... The people just do not know what they are selling and can never give an accurate description of products. Thanks!

Went into Sephora not wearing makeup because I don’t wear it everyday. Nobody once asked if I needed help or even greeted me when I came and left. After I got my things I checked out. The same girl that checked me out said something on her microphone to the rest of the employees about me. Ask I walked out a different worker just looked me up and down and didn’t say anything to me. Very uncomfortable to be in that store and would not recommend.

I was in there for about 30 minutes. Never once greeted or asked if I need help. When I made eye contact with an employee since I had to find help instead of being greeted and asked if I needed help, everyone I made eye contact with gave me a nasty look and walked away. Never had this issue when I came in wearing makeup. Didn’t today because I was looking for a foundation. Thanks for showing how terrible the people working here really are. Highly disappointed

One lady with an attitude yelled at me to put a perfume sample back before she had me kicked out of the store. I put them back as I was told to do so, got angry and left the store. Do not go to this Sephora. The one inside JCPENNEY is a lot better.
