Well If i am being honest i would give this store 0 stars out if 5. I came in with my fiancé who has a medical condition not allowing him to wear a mask. I on the other hand had mine on. When the worker asked if he would put one on he politely said he could not because of his medical condition. When he said that the MANAGER stormed out of the back room yelling and pointing at him that he needs to “get out right now” It was the worst we have ever been treated in our entire lives and very discriminating. They had no respect for his condition and were very rude. When he asked the managers name who screamed at him (very politely i might add) she refused and continued to scream at him to get out. Very sad by the way he was treated.

I had shopped here with poor results a year prior - I took my sister in for help to get color matched. My sister has poor skin and when the person asked which of us needed the matching, seeing it was my sister, she excused herself and went to the back and sent a new girl up front to help us. This girl was upset she had to help us. It has been a few years since Ive been back. But I thought Id try again. I had a Birthday email to receive an eyeshadow this month. She was very short with me and not happy I just needed the eyeshadow. She tossed the bag at me when she was done and huffed and walked away quickly. I love the products and Ive been using them for years but wont shop here in the Sioux Falls mall again. It made me sad - it was supposed to be fun to get a birthday treat. If I could give zero stars, I would.

These gals are very knowledgeable about the product they sell, make suggestions but are not pushy. Ive been using Bare Minerals for years but had a make over done because as I age my skin is changing. They were able to find a better foundation for me that didnt sink into my lines.

Amy was very helpful in knowing the product and what would work best with my skin. I mainly went in for cleanser and then as I expressed concern for a couple things, she knew what products to recommend.

The ladies were very helpful and anxious to show how to use their products. Also did not try to push unnecessary products on me. Loved the ladies customer service and the products.

My wife and daughter shop here, I can say the make up seems to be a favorite qith my wife, she like light feeling make up. Staff engagement is normally good. But great on weekend mornings and afternoons. I think a manager or supervisor insures the level is higher.

Very rude sales manager on duty. I have spent thousands of dollars with the bare minerals franchise over the years. Its the first time Ive ever gotten a birthday coupon. (See picture of coupon) the coupon said I could go in to a bare minerals and pick out ANY matte lipstick. That would mean any color. The sales girl would only let me pick from neon red or neon orange, gross. She was obviously trying to unload the colors no one wanted. I showed her the coupon and she told me to just go shop online. I could see she had plenty of stock in the other colors too. I was going to be purchasing several other things while I was there so they totally lost out on that business...Im going to look for another brand and wont be giving that store any more business. If it was the first time Id been treated rudely at that store that would be one thing, but its not, they have terrible attitudes there. It must be coming from the management down, because Ive been in many other stores across the country and the girls are super nice and helpful, but at the Sioux Falls location they act like you are inconveniencing them. It also doesnt matter if you are purchasing 10 other things while you are there, if you ask for one sample of a new eye color they act like you are robbing them blind. I work in retail too and I cant believe they get away with treating people like this. 0 stars.

Walked in to get foundation for color match. Walked out with an orange face and being teased by my family the whole 10 hours drive back home.

Staff is always helpful.
