My dad has a storage here! And he ask me to write a review for the nice managers in the storage, he said he likes Andres and Eric and he likes other managers he has seen in there! He said they are friendly and attentive! And he loves the fact that he now can use an App to open the gates, i had to set it up for him, but after doing that is easy enough for him and my mom to use it.

John at the Simi Valley location was super helpful friendly, and courteous. He took care of my bill payment quickly.The location was clean and well-maintained. Thanks for the hard work and great customer service!

I needed boxes, and while talking with manager he mention reviews... He said only a few people know that they sell boxes and every kind of moving supplies!So here i am, telling you that the service was great and that the variety of supplies they offer is great! They basically sell everything you need to move all your stuff safely!

I frequent this property 1-2x a month. For about the last 5 months.Main guy seems to be on point & seems to carry zero tolerance for abnormal activity. I have several tattoos & each time I see him, I have to speak to him, so he can get a better feel for me, or pay him, to show him what unit Im in and that I do pay each month... before he warms up to me. Take it easy guy, I am zero tolerance too, Im an artist not a drug dealer, a half smile & nod is enough for me. lol🌟I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE🌟SAFE QUIET CLEAN (unlocked bathroom🌟HUGE PLUS🌟)

Great facility! When I came to them I was in a jam and very frustrated. Their excellent customer service calmed my nerves and made a usually difficult situation pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

Ive been at this location for about a year and a half. No problems whatsoever. Today, I went through the process of downsizing my storage unit. Employee Andres helped me. He was thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient, and all-round generally helpful. It was a painless and easy experience. I knew I was in good hands with Andres. Also, Manager Jonathan is an excellent part of the team and obviously runs a great shop. This is the place in Simi Valley to rent a storage unit.

This Public Storage location is the best!! Very reasonable pricing, super friendly and helpful staff (Philipa helped me and made everything really simple. And she’s super nice). I highly recommend this location. I’ve used others in Simi Valley and they were WAY more money. I’m extremely happy with this place.

They need to have more secure walls inside, they just use drywall between the locked doors. Anyone who isnt honest can punch through the thin inner drywall walls and take your stuff. But hopefully they are caught on security cameras. Also each person is required to punch in a code to enter gate or exit so if youre caught stealing they know who you are, and then you have Prison time.

Exceptional customer service. Very nice and caring employees work here. Young woman was happy to help me with a minor issue I had. But overall great experience and that made me feel good when there is minor problems/ repairs the staff is quick to address the issue and get it fixed with a positive attitude doing so. Will recommend this facility

Thoroughly impressed with Leia who was working in the office when I came to rent a storage space. She was under stress and had to help me and a couple other people. She was nice and professional without coming across fake like some do when they’re overwhelmed. She was down to earth and made the process easy and quick. There was a cheaper storage a little further from home than this place. But the quality of customer service I was provided by Leia is what made me choose Public Storage over the cheaper place. I feel confident my belonging will be safe and accessible now.

Updating my review to mention they also have boxes and supplies, the manager andres help us a lot with what we needed and offered some good ideas on how to pack it all for our move!

This place has ample storage and security but is high in pricing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We left without locking our unit once and they were prompt in putting a replacement lock on it. If you want good surveilance and security, this place is for you!

When I first dropped in to rent a storage space, I showed up without calling in advance with a large moving truck. I remember being so tired that day. The gals in the office were very helpful in determining the appropriate size rental space. That process went smoothly and they signed me up quickly. Philippa is exactly as described in the other reviews and a very sweet lady. She is knowledgeable and the kind of person who will go out of herway to make sure that everything is to the customers satisfaction. The entire facility is well maintained and very clean.

The ladys thats run the location were great. Public store corporate was horrible. They screwed me out of 2 units. I moved out early and normally they would prorate the amount. This time they wouldnt do it. So I decided to hold them till the end of the month, well since I didnt leave them locked even though I said I wasnt turning it in, they turned around and rented them to someone else right away. So I paid for a full month and who ever rented also paid for a full month. Public storage are crooks. I called corporate and they would look into it, The never called me, I left multiple messages and not even a response. I wonder home many others they have screwed out of money. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE, THEY ARE NOT A HONEST COMPANY.

Im moving back to California and I reallllyyyy needed a storage unit so I popped in and Im so glad I did! Lexie helped me out and she was so incredibly helpful and sweet. She was insanely patient when I asked to see four different units (sorry Lexie) and she kept a sweet smile on her face the entire time. Always ask for Lexie, shes awesome :)

After receiving the WORST customer experience EVER from GREG i came to this public storage. They helped me but I’m leaving this review to let you guys know HE WORKS HERE TOO!!! Manager told me Greg works at a couple, fire him or say goodbye to your customers!!! Worse person to have in customer service. I am looking for a small storage unit and would like to recognize Cynthia and Philippa for excellent customer service. They were nth very helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions. I havent decided whether or not I will move my belongings out of my garage to storage, but if I do, I will likely choose this location.
