So I came into West Simi Lock up about a week ago, the staff was fantastic. The guys were able to assist me in getting into a storage unit that fit my needs perfectly. They were friendly, explained all aspects of the contract and were willing to assist me in anyway possible. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean secure storage facility in Simi Valley.

The Best storage place ever! Ive been storing with West Simi Lock up for almost 2 years. I looked at 3 other places, but after speaking with the manager Dean, I signed up that day. I set up the storage under my business name so they gave me 24 hours access and a business discount of 10% off my rent each month. I am in the office a few times each week, and always impressed with the quality of care and professionalism they give all their customers! Wish I could give10 stars!!

I have rented a storage unit at West Simi Lockup for well over a year, and could not be more pleased with the friendly service and perfectly maintained, clean facility! I chose an interior unit because i was concerned about heat drying things out, and it has always been comfortably cool inside even in summer. I highly recommend them.

West Simi Lock Up is EXCELLENT! I have used them several times over the last 14 years. Great staff, very clean and I dont even think about using any other storage facility. My experiences have always been awesome.

Website says “Sizes and Prices” and yet there’s the Sizes...with NO Prices. So moving right along to the next facility. If you can’t be upfront and straightforward about costs, I’m not interested in doing business with you.

I stored my belongings here for over a year, great experience! Dean provided 5 star service, I would most definitely refer family and friends here!
