First time and I was impressed. The store is clean, organized and nice! The aisles are wide with shelves neatly stocked. Came in for chicken wings, which were unfortunately sold out, but I understood seeing that many people go because of the meat dept.

This one of my favorite places to shop. Always clean, well stocked even at the height of the pandemic they still had more on their shelves than most of not all of the other stores I went to. The employees are ALWAYS polite and helpful. Their prices are always the lowest with the highest quality. I feel like my money and my time is not wasted when I shop with Stater Bros. Thank you for your quality and dedication of you and your team to meeting your neighborhood needs!

First time in a Stater Bros. And I was impressed. Very clean & well stocked. They also had the cash registers well staffed with polite employees. Well except for the kid bagging my groceries who said “No problem” when I said thank you. Sure glad it wasn’t a problem. Could have bagged them myself if I would have images the problems. Kids.

This is one of the best grocery stores I’ve ever shopped at. Their customer service is top-notch, from the cashiers to the folks in the meat dept. to the staff you meet in the aisles. Everyone is not just friendly, but competent. They’re willing to help and know how to do so.By comparison, we used to shop at a closer, larger grocery chain. I don’t want to mention names, but it rhymes with “Vons”. Our experience there, while positive at first, declined rapidly and for some time, prompting our move the wonderful Stater Bros. on Los Angeles Ave.I think the real evaluation came when the pandemic hit (this is being written in 2020, before the asteroid hits). This Stater Bros. really stayed on top of things, from quickly limiting the quantities purchased (I’m looking at you, toilet paper!) to restocking as quickly as possible. Maintaining the proper flow of commerce does not happen by accident, and not only did this store ensure that happening, but did it in a way that met the needs of their community.Great Job!

I am an Instacart shopper. And some of the items isnt located where the app suggest s but . The store manager she knew everything and she help me. I can recommend. And give her 5

I only give this place five stars because of the wonderful staff here! Specifically this young person that was outside pushing carts. I was having trouble with my car and it was deathly hot outside but she stayed and kept me company. If i remember correctly her name is Isabella. She was very kind and earned a forever customer.

I had birthday cakes made, 3 different ones and they were the finishing crown at the party!!

Stater Brothers in Simi Valley California. Is a fine 5 Star Grocery Store. It is a well managed . Its always clean and well stocked . Very friendly employees and very helpful. Its pretty much a one stop store. They have a awesome restaurant . Full service deli . A full on bakery. Shelves dont go to the ceiling . Nice produce. And what they are famous for is there Meat Department and it is just spectacular .they also have a isle dedicated to pets. They carry much more than I can type . Stater Bros has become part of my usual stores shopping orbit along with Smart&Final, Valley Marketplace, and CostCo. The reason is their beef and full-service butcher. Staters beef is both better and less expensive than CostCo. Their massive cowboy steak is essentially a three-inch slab of ribeye/rib roast. Terrific! Youll need to share with three others or be very, Very hungry to eat it.

The first stop, the Sushi counter to get lunch. Cindy asked if she could make me something, l told her l like the salmon combo. Since there were none in the cooler, she made me a fresh one. Cindy was very helpful and made me a wonderful combo!While waiting for my lunch, l stopped by the meat counter to talk about fresh turkeys. We are a small family and we like our fresh raw turkey cut into 8 pieces. The butchers were so nice and accommodating to my needs! Everyone in the meat department are so nice and helpful! This store is the best!

Asked for help finding item and employee was very nice and helpful. Cashier on the other had was not, had trouble putting phone number in machine and I felt uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me.

I had visited this place several times and always is the same cashiers are rud it seems like they dont like other costumers then withe. The cashier was staring at us with out saying anything I had to ask her if she liked to say something to us and she just said well Im open and I dont know if you want to make a purchase..Well was obvious that we wanted to make purchase because we were in line waiting..That was a dumb question anyways I had to remember that this people dont like my moneyWell I dont care I will go some place alse.They lost.

They always have the items that are on sale. Unlike other stores. Ralphs.

This store is a bit out of my way but I love it! Their meat department is second to no other grocery chain. Its the best you can get without going to an actual meat market. Theyre well stocked and their produce is also good.

The old bait and switch.This was the first and last time I walked into a Stater Bros. The only reason I went there is because they advertised USDA Choice T-bone steaks for $5.99 per pound. I walk around the store and make my way to the meat section, look around, and cannot find any T-bones for $5.99. So I ask the employee who was putting out meat packages Where are your T-bones?. He responds We are sold out, and we didnt get any today. Wouldnt you know it. They did, however, have plenty of USDA Choice T-bone steaks for more than twice that price.

Lines at the register go fast. Their pastries and pre-made sandwiches are pretty good and are reasonably priced. Their little breakfast pastries are very good. Love the meat selection there.

Clean store, love coming in here on the weekends all the way from the Fillmore to grab a fresh cowboy steak. Great costumer service as well, couldn’t find the sauerkraut and Sierra showed me right where it was, very upbeat and welcoming young lady!

Employees were very kind and helpful. Fruits, vegetables and meats looked very fresh and higher quality than other large chain markets. Purchased steaks that I bbqd and were delicious.

I want to thank the manager Matt at the Simi Valley Stater Brothers. We had bought some meat on Friday, the 29th. We were promised that the meat and chicken would stay good for five days. By Monday my wife said the fridge smelled funny. I took the meat back today, Tuesday. Matt did not fight or argue with me. He was a perfect gentleman. He gave me my cash back and I purchased some more meat. We will continue to be loyal customers of this store!

$4.99 lb. for there ribeye roast and $3.99 for tri-tip you know thats where Im going. BBQ this weekend for sure...

Always well-stocked and very clean. Good selection and nice people. If theyre out of stock on the shelf for some reason, theyll usually check for back stock unless they know for sure theyre out. My go-to store when Im in Simi Valley taking care of the in-laws.

We purchased each of our girls’ 1st birthday cakes (5” circle cake) from Stater Bro’s and they were absolutely amazing! The cakes were so beautiful and perfectly fit our theme each time. So thrilled with how they turned out, thank you!

I was impressed with this store. Everything was very clean, neat and in order. My only criticism was lack of items on the shelves. Not a big variety. Just finish some nice juicy pork chops we got from the meat department and they were excellent.

As always, no complants, low prices, fresh fruit and veggies. Outstanding store.

Large parking lot with two store entrances. Large selection of quality goods at competitive prices. The meat counter has a wide assortment of meat and the quality is pretty good.

I usually love this place, they have great food and decent prices. I just dont think they have been doing the best at keeping the store safe during the pandemic. They could definitely put a little more of an effort to protect their workers and customers.

Very friendly went to meat department to pick up some steaks, the butcher was very patient with me as I choose several different steaks.

Thanks for the shopping experience. Visually the food in the Butcher section is very appealing. I only ordered fried chicken up front this visit and the fryers were not working, sö I had to buy what was there in the heaters. The chicken was good, but I am sure if it were fresh would have been great. I have no doubt this location works very hard to satisfy the customers. After all, there is sö much competition of other grocery stores in Simi Valley. Anyway, thanks for keeping it open during this C-19 Pandemic and always having an interesting selection.

Beautiful meat counter. Friendliest butchers can prepare whatever you need or will order. Dairy very well stocked and fresh. Love how you can find items other markets dont have. Produce outstanding and fresh. Deli counter offers Columbus brand meat as well as butterball,foster farms and a lot others all tasty. Fresh deli salads and more. To check out is no wait time, seems staff is always watching out for you. Really like this grocery store, plus you can find your favorite beer .

The butcher at this location always cleans up the chicken thighs to the fullest.. I dont have to do anything when I get home but fry it up!

This is one of my favorite store in Simi. Staffs are very helpful and over all is Cleanliness.

Went to pick up a couple of things and check for boxes. The crew is always helpful and will direct me to items if I dont locate it. Helpful, friendly and meat department always there for providing the cuts the way I desire.

This Statwr Bros Market is alright. Id give this Stater Btos. Market an A for Effort. The store is usually clean and organized, which makes finding the items you want to purchase quick and easy. However I dont feel like Stater Bros carries a wide variety of products overall. I always leave the market feeling like they should offer a better selection of higher quality products.

Amazing customer service! The employees are very helpful and friendly. Best grocery store Ive ever been to where the employees actually go out of their way to help you find something. The guy behind the meat counter even stepped out and walked me to the aisle to find what I was looking for. Every time I turn around, I see them helping somebody. The cashier was friendly as well. I really enjoyed shopping here. Vons is just down the street from my house, but this will be my go to store from now on even if its a few miles further.

I enjoy shopping at this local Stater Bros. Market so much, I am there practically every day and I would consider myself a regular. Their bakery is phenomenal and tastes delicious, especially the big french bread loafs and chocolate frosted donuts they bake fresh everyday. The employees are helpful and friendly and the store always looks clean and organized. They have normal prices for most everything and great selections on everyday items from cat food to enhanced water. I never leave that store unsatisfied and that is why I gave them my best rating.

Very good place for the neighborhood good prices, friendly people and friendly ATMs, which is contradictory to the person in charge today Saturday, I lost my cell phone I went back to the store and asked the boy in the carts the very kind helped me leave my number in case anyone found it and great 20min. then they called me to go for the device they had found and the person who gave it to me annoying, rude with bad faces left me thinking that the rest of the team is great because pay attention is this if you are the leader show yourself so they should receive a course or follow the example of the young boy of the friendly carts and doing his excellent work !!
