This is a very nice Target and its also quiet to depending when you go I guess but its Simi Valley so you shouldnt expect a lot of people. I went to this Target during my lunch to get some fruits. Find parking was easy and I wore my mask inside but I saw most people not wearing mask so its probably not require. There a Starbucks inside this Target location too. I was able to find my fruits right away and I used the self checkout to pay for my item. A worker or security guard thanks me for shopping at Target on my way out so that was nice to see. I also think this Target have some power station for EV cars since I saw a couple of EV parked there.

Target is one of my go to places for everyday needs. From aspirin to paper plates. I would say Im in there from 2-4 times a month. I go for casual clothes, to shoes and groceries. If I genuinely cant come up with what I need I can always do a gift card and often give those as gifts just because I go they for so many things.

The employees there all seem to take their jobs seriously, especially the younger ones. Great to see!

This target location in simi valley is definitely better than the other store. It has an easy access to a variety of stores.The parking lot is easy to access and maneuver in and out of as well. Much cleaner,neat and very well stocked.

One oof your staff found me looking at tech stuff and came over asked if he could help. Told him I was looking for extenders and he took me right to them and had a couple of excellent suggestions! Well done!

I was in target today and this young man dropped a bottle of tequila I think it was, right onto the ground and just walked away then this target employee I think this fellas name was Blake but he made sure we were careful because I was walking around barefoot and I could’ve been badly injured if it weren’t for Blake. This is what I love about America!!!

Employees always help us and are very knowledgable and friendly. They were very patient and helped us find everything in the mens clothing section. Will deffinatley come back because of them!

Love my cashier shes AMAZING! Always Extremely happy and her Customer Service is 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!! Thats why I only shop Mon thru Friday first thing in the morning because she is always kn Register with her Bright Smile and is always so pleasant to talk too.

People here are the only problem I have. Very rude customers. The staff is great and the stock within the store usually always has what I need. If absolutely necessary I’ll shop here but I prefer Moorpark way more.

I ordered a clothing item online and when I entered the store to pick it up, I was vertebrae immediately. The gentleman asked if I had a pickup and I replied that u did as well as a return. He ran and got my item and then took me to an open register to process my return. It was all complete in literally 3 minutes. I was very impressed

Bryan helped me with my order. He was so efficient collecting my order and helping me load it in the car-it was a heavy shelving unit. I was at Target for less than 5 minutes! It was also over 100 degree outside, and Bryan was kind and fast. He didnt complain, he wanted my order handled and me on my way. He took great pride in doing his job, as if his whole purpose for his day was to make sure I had a good experience. I did.

Today I went to Target On Tierra Rejada and I had a young employee by the name of Federico go out of his way to bring me an item I was looking for. He had initially stated this item was not in the store. A couple minutes later I was half through to the other side of the store and he found me and handed me the item I was looking for! WOW!!!! He realized it was on a different aisle. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! Give that kid a raise!!!!

Its target, get rid of greeters please, please stop copying walmart, get some more invetory of important items that collectors are looking for.

App didnt notify me that my previous order was cancelled and when I ordered again an item said it was fully in stock and now is cancelled for being out of stock. Was a gift I needed now I have to go to another store to find something because I dont trust this app anymore. Waste of time

I shared with her the book title and she looked it up to see if it was available in the store. In less than a minute she was able to give me an answer. Wow, thats service! Target is one of the best place to shop and to buy great stuffs at this place. Clothing section was really great and has a good quality and selection as well. Staff who works here was nice and friendly and made me back again and again.

This store has an easy open layout and the isles are very tiddy (not a lot of misplaced products hanging around). COVID-19 has wiped out certain necessary shelves of products we all need. This is true at all retail stores. Wish the price-labels on the shelves were bigger to read so when I pick-up an item I can veryify the price actually belongs to the product in my hand. Gallons of water in the back are too high and deep for 53 to reach on my own. No one around to help. One Friday night there was an unattended rolling ladder there but I was smart enough to not use it but other shoppers might be tempted and then becomes a liability for the store. Thank you for being open so late when other stores are closed so early.

This is an excellent Target. Very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and always ready to show you where your items on your list are located in the store. This one is bigger than a standard Target and has a HUGE variety of merchandise. With the Target in Moorpark close enough that if you do not find what you want at one, the other is sure to have it!

This is an awesome target awesome and it has a lot of great options of everything. You can really enjoy shopping here at great deals.

I have been to many Targets over the years and all over the country. I never thought I’d have to write a bad review for one...but this one deserves it!My wife and I moved to the area recently and we have stopped at this Target many times. They NEVER have what we are looking for, they are always understaffed with cashiers and the store is always a mess and with pallets of merchandise sitting around all day waiting to be stocked. Then, just today, I found an item I was hoping to purchase for a while and when I tried they told me they couldn’t sell it to me! I understood that it was a manufacturer’s mandate, but then why was it out on the shelf in the first place???Basically, don’t waste your time or effort at this store. We’re happy to go over the hill and shop at the Target in Moorpark instead even though it’s a bit of a drive for us!

When I asked a team member for assistance with an item that was out of stock he was super helpful. He even placed an order so that my item would arrive prior to New Year’s Eve.

One of the cashiers, Alex in lane 4, did a remarkable job in helping me attain the most for all of the gift cards that I purchased today. He found the same gift card to replace ones that did not work correctly. He had a wonderful personality and a great smile.

Shelves are always empty. Never enough cashiers. In fact, Sunday at 9:30am there were NO cashiers! Only self-check and even that attendant was not around. Self check wouldnt accept my cartwheel coupon. It was the worst experience ever! Ill be taking my business to Walmart from now on.

So I went here to pick up a few non-food items, as well as a bottle of wine. When checking out, the cashier asked me for ID... despite the fact that Im well north of 50 (and look older than that!). I joked about it as I handed him my ID, which he scanned into his terminal. He then went into a long diatribe about how they were required by law to check IDs, and how he could lose his job for failing to do so.Well, Im calling B.S. No other store has carded me in over 20 years, from liquor stores to the nearby Walmart. This smacks of surreptitious data collection, and given Targets track record of data breaches (and subsequent risk of identity theft of their customers), this policy is particularly galling.

Employees should be instructed that wearing masks below their noses is not acceptable.

This Target location has great guest service and staff. Theyre always willing to help. The place is clean and updated. I worked there last year during the season and got to know the staff. They were all very friendly and helped me many times when I didnt know certain items or needed help with guests.

I went to this store to register for my baby shower, the initial experience was less that satisfactory. She was amazing, honestly, every person that works the customer service desk should take some lessons from her. Thank you Amber for all your help, I truly appreciate it! Because of her, I will continue to shop at this store when I am in town.

Super Target! As some of us from Simi call it. It is the bigger of the two Targets in Simi. This one has some items that the other one in Simi doesnt have. I still prefer the original Target on Cochran since that one feels more like home. This one though is still a very nice Target and there is a Starbucks inside.

Went to return something, had the receipt, product (a nightstand) was still int he box. Employee at return desk didnt want to honor due to covid - still within return policy. Approved by manager to return. Just took too long, hassle

I spoke to someone over the phone at this location, specifically called to ask them if they have heaters so i dont drive out their for no reason. When i arrived there were no more heaters left, and i had to drive all the way to target for no reason. Not professional and a waste of my time.

It may be because I am 9 month pregnant and hormonal.. but every other target I have been to is able to return items from your baby registry. Thats half the point of having it! Not everyone give you the gift receipt! They seem so annoyed by my request and insistent Target isnt able to do such a thing. That the only way to return it without a receipt was with my ID at the lowest sale price. I know for a fact that returns can be done through your registry because I did it two weeks ago in Northridge. Either they are just being lazy or lack of training.. I dont know. But pretty frustrated with the whole situation.

Target has pretty much anything and everything you may need or maybe just want.

I spent 112.90 today and when I got home I realized I was missing a bag of items worth about 30.00. When I went back they said nothing was logged. And I would have to wait till closing and they looked at the cameras. So I was being told I was a list in front if other customers. I spent over a 1000.00 in the look last three months at this store. Never had a problem till today. So Im out 30.00 worth of items because of a log book! Im returning the rest of the stuff I bought along with my red card. And will pay balance due minus the 30.00. Wont return to this store again.

This Target is a great one stop shopping run great deals on every thing from what to have for dinner, to a great selection of products catering to our four legged fury friends and EVERYTHING in between. My personal favorite is the 1$-3$ seasonal deals located as soon as you enter the store.

Great store however the rubber flooring in the entrance emits a horrible smell. I understand it has been like that since they opened. They need to replace it ASAP. It is very off putting.

Some sections, like shoes, are always in utter disarray and the selection is poor. Other areas of the store are nice but it seems like they never have what I need. Its very hit or miss.

Their stock management system is a mess.

Who leaves a review for somewhere as common as Target? Well most dont but I had to after my exceptional service received here. I almost thought I was back in the South it was so sincere and friendly!We were looking for the new Bendy toys. All we saw was the one my sone had, enter Wes. His positive energy and sincere personality was great to see at a big box store. He took the time to look up the sku and hunt down more options of the toy in back. This is the customer service that made Target.Then we went up to self checkout. Evidently the register system didnt have the sku yet as the toy was so new. Again another very helpful employee came to our rescue and quickly got us sorted. I will definitely make the trip from T.O. to the Simi store after the phenomenal customer service!

2 days before Christmas stock has been picked through its my own fault.Cashier was tired but she is doing a good job.

Store is convenient to my home and has lots of parking. The store is large, has wide isles and a good selection.

I was at Target to pay my charged bill and Im very unhappy with the fact they wont accept their own Kroger gift card nor the e-gift card I have to pay my bill. The only excuse they could give me is that is the store policy to not accept the gift cards to pay a charged Kohl bill. I seem to forget that I have the Kohls gift cards with $150 on them when I check out at the cash register because I am so used to using my Kohls charge card . I dont understand what is the difference between the Kohls charge card or their gift cards and only accept a check or cash for payment on a Kohls charge bill.
