Love this place. Every time we have a birthday for a family member, we always come here to get some birthday cakes. The workers at the bakery are amazing as well, when we ask, they always write the name of the person on our cakes with Happy Birthday (name). Quick and easy place to get birthday cakes; especially when I forget and get a last minute notice!

I went into Ralphs today and was immediately drawn to the meat department because there was this guy and he was smashingly good looking. He is so good at selling raw produce. Im not even joking. He sold me 6 pounds of shrimp so I could feed my struggling children. Thank u so much u r amazing give this man a raise!!!

This Ralphs store in simi valley is great. Its very clean & well kept. Ralphs is definitely your one stop for savings. They have a great selections of quality meats, fresh produce & fresh seafood to diary products at an affordable prices.

Usually a good place to shop...On latest trip, requested some Provolone, and specifically requested the regular - not the foul, spicy - brand. Got the nasty tasting picante. Can I get my money back? Or, a store credit?

Theyre Krogers macaroni salad, 1 & 3 lb tubs are the missile... I mean the bomb.

I kindly asked the lady at self-checkout if she could scan my 24-pack bottled water, and her answer was: you lift, I have not scanner. After finish my checkout, I saw the scanner next to the register machine...Very disappointed!!!

Usually great experience here but with Covid19, Im shopping elsewhere. While They have the plastic partitions to check out, there is nobody sanitizing the carts like Ive seen at other nearby stores, and they are not sanitizing the conveyor belts or the keypads for credit cards in between each shopper like I have seen other stores in the area doing. However I am giving them three stars because they do have some great vegan and plant-based options. The store is clean and the employees are usually pretty nice. I feel like theyre organic produce section isnt as fresh as other nearby stores though. So I shop elsewhere for produce.

Im glad this location has a 12 pack of Vans gluten-free waffles. I usually end up buying the six pack everywhere I go and I eat them so fast. I also found Simple Truth organic gluten-free cornbread baking mix, andgluten free all-purpose flour made byKristeaz,

I didnt want to believe the hype, but this place deserves all the amazing reviews. This is hands down the best ice cream I have had in the area. We also got the ooey gooey cookies that help up until we ate it the next day. Go here - you wont regret it. The line moves quick and its easy to get in and out of here.

An employee with usually pink hair, (currently green) has a horrible attitude issue. Dont expect any form of customer service from him

This Ralphs in particular would deserve 5 stars, if it werent for Teresa in the deli. She has been consistently rude to both my wife and I every time i have stopped by the deli section. Normally I would blow it off, but this last time I was there I watched her give an old man a hard time, simply because he was trying to figure out when he should come back to pick up his order. She repeatedly ignored his questions and just looked at him, and when she would answer, was extremely rude and confrontational. The man seemed confused by it all and said hell just come back to check later. She then felt it necessary to complain about the exchange, that no one but herself made difficult, to her coworker.I used to work for Ralphs years ago, and understand that the job can be difficult at times. But to be so blatantly rude to the type of customer you should be going out of your way to help is surprising at best. I can ignore the attitude she gives my wife and I weekly, but when it seemingly extends to every customer, I have to say something. I guess I just dont understand why someone would be seem so bothered to do the job theyre paid for.

Worst experience ever. I live close by and I do shop here quiet a lot like 200-300$ per month. The store manager Nick was so rude when I went back to return the spoiled coconuts because I didnt have the receipt but I scanned my rewards card. He said he wouldnt know if I bought them there or not without receipt even with the rewards account. I had to show him the proof of purchase by logging into my account and then he was not even apologetic about selling spoiled stuff which could have made my whole family sick. I dont want the fing refund for the overpriced decayed coconuts they are selling, all I need was a sorry for selling me the bad stuff.I will not go back to this place again. If you are reading this, try other safer places in Simi valley whith fresh produce, not rotten stuff.

Just purchased a few items and when I gave the cashier a $100 bill. The cashier told me Do to the Covid-19 the supermarket has no coin Change. Then suggested me to donate the coins to charity. What on Earth is going on? Really!

Good, if older, Ralphs location. VERY good produce, dairy and general grocery array. Meats leave something to be desired- always fresh.but somewhat limited. VERY good staff and Ralphs usual sharp prices. And the customer-specific coupon program is the best.

Just your normal Ralphs. Has pretty much everything you want but little is spectacular or worth raving about. Cashiers are all pretty seasoned and quick but lines can still mysteriously back up. I miss Smiley, the longtime meat department manager. He was always very accommodating. The new butchers arent always helpful.

Feel like they are always understaffed and not enough cashiers

2 weeks ago my husband went to RALPHS. And spent over a hundred dollars, well his cashier was so rude that he was a little upset and hed didnt count his change (his fault) ).but,she short changed by 20 bucks.today same thing happened she was rude, checked his change shot again,he told here and she was really rude..he went to the manager, (very nice) to complain.she did make good on the money.but check your change at that store..never going back..they are just rude unhappy cashiers..thank you for letting me vent

Wow. 25 people on line and one register open. So rude of Ralphs. Here at 7pm and peak times. I wont come here anymore.

No social distancing, no cleaning of carts, employees don’t seem to care to clean anything.

Its a treat to go to this grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bakery and produce. Speedy check outs and no squashing the groceries.

Really like this store. Wish they had a fresh fish & meat counter. But they have good prices, great variety, nice produce. 5☆s if they had a butcher & fish monger.

Aisles too narrow & too high. Feel like Im being closed in on. Nice produce section, open and airy. Hoping that with some of the remodeling that they fix the issues. Staff is always helpful and friendly

This store has good, reasonably priced food including organics. They have just done some remodeling too. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Marissa in the bakery!

Ralphs is great! They have great meats, great produce, great selection and great prices. It is also very clean and makes you want to shop there for your groceries.

It is not the best place to shop however the prices are more reasonable. Kind of dark lighting and items are hard to find. Staff did not know the location if items I needed. On a positive note you will get fuel rewards at Shell with your purchases.

The store have everything you need. Store clerks were nice and helpful. You can find Kroger products for cheap.

This is a pretty nice Ralphs grocery store. They have a pretty good selection of produce, and a great selection of candy. The staff are a step above for a large-chain grocery store. I wish they had chocolate chip bagels.

Good selection of organic, free range, and cage free options at usually decent prices. Great bakery items- stick to the items made there and you wont be disappointed

Not too pleased with this Ralph’s, it seems like they need some more help in the deli and meat dept... every time I comeI have to wait about 15 mins to get someHelp.

Its a nice store with friendly clerks. The managers often goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The store however seems to always be in a state of remodel. The aisles are a bit tight for a wheel chair so be prepared if you use an electric cart or wheelchair.

Everyone there is,super friendly. After shopping there for the last three years its like going into your own pantry then going to the store.

Bakery is amazing. Lines are quick. Everyone is polite. They treat you like family.

They have food. They let you take some if you give them American currency. Pretty standard operation.

I love their selection. You can find just about everything from healthy to organic to gluten free.

Very cool park with long walking paths, a frisbee golf course, and the main event being elephant rock, a huge rock formation which is fun to climb on and hang out near. Also has some basketball courts and a small rock climbing wall for kids. No bathrooms though.

This deli Girls Associate are veryLazy today at 6.15 PM I went over thier buy to buy 4 lbs of fry Patato wedges she told me that she not supposed to Cook after 6 pm Also she said to we out for last one weeks

Its almost always a friendly experience but the chicken was greasier than usual lady night but once I grabbed the attendants attention she was very accommodating.

Selection is Ok, prices are Ok but it seems like nobody there likes working there. Employees are borderline rude. I understand theyre required to ask how you are / hows your day but at least pretend to listen to the customers. Instead theyll just turn around and start talking to other employees in the middle of your response.And have somebody with working knowledge of a broom sweep the floors. I was surprised to see the guy with the push broom purposely avoiding sweeping up trash. Now I understand why it looks like a mess.

The Ralphs was clean, cool and well stocked with a wide variety of products .It is my go to store for packages of individually wrapped slices of pepper jack cheese and 2% Swiss cheese.

I’ve been shopping this Ralph’s since I was a kid with my mom... at least 50 years .. even when I lived at the opposite ends of the valley... I’d come in to Ralph’s... wish they would bring back double coupons!!😂

Worst Ralphs in the world. Usually 1 person at the service deli (like today) while a customer is getting a 1/4 pound of every lunch meat in the deli counter. The baked chicken breast Im eating is as dry as a shoe. No coffee bar, bottom of the barrel Ralphs.
