Tucker took great care of us. Explained everything well and help make sense of any confusing details. He was polite and worked as quickly as possible to get us set up and out the door!

I came in the store tonight and Jordan was so helpful. He helped me decide on a new phone/watch and set me up. He was knowledgeable and kind and helped me understand moving from an Android to an iPhone.10 plus in customer service.

They lie to sell you accessories that you dont need. Tried to sell my wife a $30 charger for her iPhone 13 and said that her old one would void the warranty and cause the battery to swell. Both blatant lies. Do yourself a favor and go to a legit Verizon store, not an authorized retailer.

My old s7 screen broke so I stopped in to add a new phone to a new plan with a new number. You might think it easy but none of it was. My boys Jordan W and Jordan T helped me compare phones to plans and were very patient with the difficulties. After a good couple tries we got my A51 activated and absolutely loving the upgrade. I was very frustrated to have to take in a broken phone and Jordan was cheerful and helpful every step of the way. He turned a day that I dreaded into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I finally decided to update my phone and made my to Victra, an Aurhorized Verizon Dealer in Shelbyville KY.After entering the store and being greeted by Jordan I was introduced to Tucker who took amazing care of me. His attentiveness, and taking the time to understand my needs was refreshing. I am a woman in my 70s and needed an upto date phone to stay in touch, text and minimal apps. Tucker immediately showed me a model that met my needs and did not try to upsell to a more expensive phone that would be difficult to use.It was obvious that Tucker not only knew his business but understood and took the time to cater to the specific needs of his customers. Went up there to purchase a couple phones the other day under the fathersday buy one get one free and found out while taking delivery to the second phone that it was buy one get one half off.... the staff just didnt seem too knowledgeable and when we went to return the phone the manager told us to come back and hed help us out/give a little discount or somethin so I asked what he meant and he told me he would sell me a phone at their promotional price! I can get that same help shopping online. All in all it took 5 trips (1 I was at fault) to purchase no phones at all. Big waste of time. I cant wait for the big store to open back up!
Tucker at Verizon in Shelbyville, KY was an absolute delight to work with. No high pressure slimey sales person. Listened to what we were looking for, and showed us a few options. We were never ever rushed, he was very thorough and took his time. I would hire him in a heartbeat for my business. Verizon has a real diamond in the rough with Tucker.

Tucker is who we worked w setting up our phones about a month ago. Then he seemed irritated and condescending and wanted to rush through it. We also knew more about promotions that where going on than he did. I just had to call the store regarding a different matter and he is who I spoke with, from the beginning of the call he was extremely rude and once again not helpful. I ended up just hanging up on him because the way he was speaking to me was so rude. Over a matter that shouldn’t of even been a big deal. Safe to say I will just take the extra time and go to Louisville stores from now on to avoid having to deal with him.
Absolutely the best experience I have had switching phones. Debbie is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me and my husband through choosing a phone, setting it up, and finding the best case and screen protector. We are both older and dont know much about the new cellphones but she made sure to take her time and teach us the basics. I will go to no one else but her. The only complaint I have is that every store doesnt have a Debbie
I had been tryin to receive service from Verizon using the online tools and order system since May the 2nd and it did not complete and went to the fraud department. I received an email on Sunday stating they needed pictures of my idea and it would be verified through a web tool. The web tool never accepted my ID pictures and I know how to take clear well lit pictures and tried multiple devices I own with no success. There was nobody to contact about my issue on Sunday, Monday I was on hold with Verizon for 2 hours before being told I had no option except to go to a corporate location and they scan my ID. I drove to 3 locations closest to me and non mentioned until the last that no corporate locations are open near me, the closest is 80 miles away. So then another 45 minutes hold phone call to Verizon to be transferred to another department and be on hold another 30 minutes to try and cancel the online order so I could go into a location and buy service negating my online specials. The rep said I was set and I left towards Victra of Shelbyville on May 5th and upon arrival service was top notch. I was greeted at the door in a highly professional manner, provided a mask from a box for everyone’s safety as they already had masks on as well. We went through the process as normal to have the fraud alert go back off because the online order was never cancelled as one of the reps said it was! We found this out after a lengthy phone call to Verizon support rep, we spoke to 8 different service reps from multiple departments telling us different things that didn’t line up. Problem was solved 4 hours later by a tier 2 rep that we waited an hour and 45 minutes to speak with because one of the couple reps let the phones die and we had to call back in. All through this ordeal Jordan Tucker at Victra of Shelbyville handles himself with the upmost professionalism and patience. I will forever be in debt to his service, lifelong customer!
The ONE salesman is very gracious, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. But he is the only one working on Sunday afternoon so we have waited in line for over an hour so far and still waiting not so patiently. The wait is not his fault but surely the fault of poor management at this store.
Went in yesterday to upgrade my sons phone and came out with him and myself new phones. Jeremy and Gerardo were awesome to work with. Laura the manager was there when I first got there so she was even getting me set up. Couldnt have asked for any better help. I will definitely be making this my home store.

Id put no stars if it would let me. Absolutely terrible service!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Mason and Erica are incredible rude and to be honest they are morons when it comes to technology. All Mason knows apparently is facts about coon dogs.1) We walked in and no one greeted us at all we sat for 45 minutes without anyone speaking to us.2) They tried to charge my boyfriend a restocking fee and a service fee for a defective iPhone 8 he bought 4 days ago! Its still under the 14 day warranty and because of that you do not have to pay a restocking/service fee in that 14 days! They told us to call a number and mail the phone to them. So I called another Verizon in Louisville, he told me these people are idiots and to bring it in and he will exchange it for free like they should have.Stay away they are scammers and they know absolutely nothing about technology or sales.

RUN....in the opposite direction from this authorized Retailer. Id absolutely give zero stars if permitted. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a corporate store. The rudeness that (Lauren or Laura IDK) displayed today was beyond unacceptable. Its so apparent that the owners and managers do not care, if they did she wouldnt be working there. Im dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism, education and courtesy I received. Remember Verizon, we have choices in service providers.

Worst experience ever. This place claims they are a franchise and dont work directly with verizon (so when they rip you off) verizon cant so much about it. They make up their on fees and they sell you stuff you dont want or need behind your back and then when you came home and see charges you didnt agree to and try to return devices or accesories back, they will charge you restock fees higher the verizon itself. The place is a joke and after the customers in front of me left, the sales reps sit around and brag about the sale (comission) they just did in front of me like o wasnt even there. Also their manager is just as bad as they are if not worse. Dont waste your time and energy at this verizon location and go to one thats not some bs franchise. Or get ripped off royally

I was very disappointed by my experience with this store, esp Mason Wells who told me I would be saving money by buying devices I dont need. He offered me a promotion for an upgrade of a new phone and when I returned home I would not be get the promotion as it had expired over a week ago.
