Kenzie was very helpful and professional. She made the decision to switch from my previous cell provider to at&t super easy and even helped get me a better phone. My only regret is I didnt stop in and see her sooner.

Very nice people in the Shelbyville, TN AT&T that are excellent at getting you set up for a new phone. They actually had the Cingular Flip IV in stock to replace my old worn out Cingular 2 flip phone. They were so nice and transferred most of my numbers and pictures to my new phone.Kenzie was awesome! That girl deserves a raise for taking care of setting up my new phone! This store is by far the friendliest and most helpful of the three places I have tried in the past. The manager was very nice too. Lewisburg and Columbia could take a lesson from them! I came because my aunt suggested them and she was right.The location is convenient to get in and out because they have a red light there also. There is also handicap parking which I need also.They deserve a five star rating! They take care of their customers. I think my aunt said that Kenzie also helped her there also and raved about her too. Great job Shelbyville employees!
When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Kierra who welcomed us in and answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and we could not help but be impressed by her professionalism. I also must say that she was training two other very personable ATT consultants and my wife and I agreed that ATT could not have been better represented!!

Ashon and Kierra went above and beyond to to help us adjust to and learn to use new iPhones. They are a huge asset to AT&T . We really enjoyed being with them.

The manager and employees at this store were very kind and helpful. I, unknowingly, had signed up for AT&T service through a third party dealer, who refused to answer all my questions once my account was set up. I had some concerns with my bill and new plan, which the employees at this store explained; and then they took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Thanks, Robert & Kenneth for all your help! You helped make my transition being an AT&T customer 100% better!

I had visited the store for phone replacement from att insurance the clerk shairica or sherica did a great job helping me, as I needed new pass word and all. The store was very busy and she did an outstanding job with all, there was a customer she could not help at absolutely no fault of hers customer became loud and abusive yelling and cursing, it was all I could do to keep from stepping in I am x milary with my own issues that I had to keep in check. She handled the situation with great calm and control, and should not go in appriciated. Great job and a great pleasure to do buisiness there.
I went in to pay off one of my phones, and left with another one. The store manager was very helpful, and we breezed through without any problems. He even offered me a new plan which is saving me money each month. I will always recommend this to everyone I know, and if you’re considering starting a plan with anybody, it should be them. They are very knowledgeable, and will do whatever they can to help you out! He even changed the tv to a kids movie so that my son could be occupied while we were in there.

I stopped in @ the Shelbyville AT&T, met Kenneth. I had just purchased from Apple the new SE iPhone. Kenneth transferred all my data from my iPhone 6 to my new phone. He was very helpful, I will be going back whenever I need any new services or accessories, I was totally satisfied

I had been having some challenging times with AT&T corporate service department, so I went into this retail store. Even though it’s not their area of business, the district manager named Magic, stepped on my behalf and resolved the issue. I also watched how he managed his employees and other customers. It is obvious that Magic places a premium on customer service. Definitely a 5 star store.
Kenneth new what was exactly wrong with my phone and saved me money. My phone would not charge I was thinking charging port but was my charging cable.
I am a victim of a hacking scheme and identity theft. I have tried everything g including reporting this to police as well as the FCC. On July 27th I went into my local AT&T store in Shelbyville TN to show my 2 IDs as. AT&T had informed me I needed to do for the 2nd time in two weeks. As I entered the store they took a while to wait on me and when the young lady did wait on me we were approached by the manager of the store who took her place with speaking me about my situation.i explained what was happening and as I was explain he cut me off say that there is absolutely NO WAY that my phone was being hacked. I said Im sorry to dispute you. But it is and has been happening for a year and half and this is what is happening my phone has been rooted and someone has complete access to my phone and my settings. I pretty much do not have any control over my settings. Apparently he did not take that well and he explained to me reasons it couldnt be hacked. So I kept explaining things that the hacker was (is) doing to my phone and online accounts so that maybe he would take a more in-depth look at my phone situation. My hacker has cloned a phone to be the same kind make and model of my phone so that it appears to be me doing all these things to my account which include but not limited to my hacker f applying for credit cards, unemployment benefits and getting my credit ratings as well as trying to attempt to get assistants on housing. I have reported this and reported this to AT&T numerous occasions begging for help.this manager got mad at me for whatever reason as I was telling him my phone had been rooted and he then told me from now on I would have to scan my ID to access my accounts I thought ok great...unuasual but great idea security wise. Then I started to tell him, the manager, some of the things the hacker whom I know who it is. some more things and he never offered to connect it to any device to run a diagnostic test on it . Which I felt was not at all correct way to handle this type of situation but as we went on I was telling about how my hacker has audio taped conversations Ive had on phone as well as eavesdropped on my phone calls with AT&T and the hacker has taken pictures of me in lets say vulnerable times. And gets my emails along with all my info and recovery codes to my online accounts instead of them coming to my phone they go to hackers phone because he is phishing and piggybacking my account making it look as if Im doing all these things to myself. Well apparently he did not like me for disputing his word because he stopped working with me and told me my home DSL internet I have through AT&T would be in collections by the time I returned home. Now with as much as this has put me through all I could do was leave in tears.i had not gained anything but another dead end and a hateful RUDE insulting manager that should not be representing the AT&T network from Shelbyville TN. Im a half of a mind to discontinue my services as I am a good paying customer of 4years or better with AT&T and I dont feel like I deserved to be bullied by the same people who are supposed to secure me online. Next time I will discontinue services because if not for these services this would not be happening to me to begin with !.....from Kim Oneal and yes I put my name on this because Im not the one who should be ashamed of my behavior...however yo.our manager of your Shelbyville, TN location should be.
Kenneth and Robert are awesome! So glad they were open. They helped me with my phone issues and even got some help for my mothers home phone. I couldnt be more hapoy to have such a good group to go to for my at&t needs!

Store manager should wear a cape. Dealt with several customers simultaneously and resolved all of my issues. Wait wasn’t long but beware Masks are required... regardless of the county not requiring them.

This is the only place I will buy a phone from.Ken & his staff know how to take care of customers.
So I had this problem with att since August of last year, dang door to door salesman got me into a big mess, told me I was going to get 2 new phones if I swapped carriers. Well I proceeded to tell him I didnt need new phones because I already had a great phone. Well....... I ended up getting those two phones anywayand I returned one of them back to att . Well here is the fun part, for almost 7 months they continued to charge me for the phone I returned, kept telling me that they were working on getting it removed from my bill and were constantly sending me to different departments. Finally I just went up to the store here in shelbyville and sat with an employee named Robbie for a total of maybe 8-9 hours total. He really worked hard for me as a customer. He went above and beyond what any other att employee has ever done within the past 7 months. He was able to get the phone and the installments taken off of my bill AND got me a refund for what I was charged!!!!! Robbie is amazing and now I am a satisfied customer!!!

Ordered service set up install for next day. Left store thought all was well got an email that i would have to come back tp store because order did not go through and would have to come back so that they could still install the next day. Go bacj to store spend an HOUR there then was told i could not get install as planned. Then was treated poorly because i was upset. no such thing as customer service anymore its sad.
