I wanted an upgrade my phone but changed carriers after the rude treatment I received. I then called and asked about a refund and was told too bad I lost the money. I asked for the persons name and the number I could call to talk to someone else and she said if I wanted her name I could get my butt down to her store. Then laughed at me. This was the worst I have been treated by anyone since I moved to Shelbyville. Everyone else has been wonderful. If you want bad customer service or just bad phone service then this is the place to go.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is the 3rd time this store has been zero help and screwed our plan up. They have no clue what they are doing and dont hold responsibility for their mistakes. I went in there today because my spouse phone was messing up zero help on fixing it and she took prime and everything else off our plan. Needless to say I will continue to drive an HR away to Lebanon where they are way better at taking care of their customers.
