We have gone to this automotive shop for years and years, and LOVE Mr Kwan! He is an excellent, adept mechanic who always seems to know what is wrong with your automotive. He is conscientious about costs as well! Appreciate this auto shop tremendously!

My Toyota RAV4 was running heavy and labored. I took it to the shop to ask for an estimate. He drove the car to check and then steeped on to the accelerator while pressing the brake. Whatever was causing that labored running got solved. The car is running good now. He said there is nothing wrong with the car and no repair is necessary. Never met such an honest car repair person. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Kwan is the best. Hes a man of few words, but hes just as efficient as his speech. Tells you what you only what you need to know, finds the problems and fixes them. Went in after getting an estimate elsewhere which was literally twice the price of what he charged me, even after he found and fixed more things than they found and he got it done fast.I almost selfishly dont want people to know how good he is so its easier to get service, but he deserves the business. Dont let his lack of tech dissuade you, hes a car whisperer and could probably fix more with a socket wrench set and a test drive than all the diagnostic computers at the dealerships.

Kwon is one of the few honest mechanics I have ran across. He only fixes what needs to be fixed (unless you specifically ask for something to be done) and really, really knows his cars. You can bring him basically anything in any condition and he can get it running without overcharging. My family has been with Kwon and Shawnee Auto for decades now and have never had a problem.
