Exceptional collision repair. Not only was the work completed promptly and thoroughly but my car was returned to me in mint condition. Looked like new after they washed it. Seems like they took extra attention to even get out tar splatters that I can never seem to fully remove. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this repair service.

First of all, I am a repeat customer and will continue to be! I have no complaints about the professionalism and the actual quality and attention to detail of their work. I visited, Greg D. came out to assess the damage/repair and sent an email within 2 hours if that. He game me time and was not pushy at all. I decided and he ordered the part, scheduled the work a boom done. The don’t do fluff here, no need it’s just good QUALITY work! They also give great referrals if you need other specialties. I’m hoping to not make this a habit but if and when the time comes I’ll be headed directly back the Eveland Bros.!

Was in a collision in June and Eveland Bros. were very up front and honest. Work when I got the Jeep back was very high quality. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a part was not in on time, they did some other maintenance work for me. Could not be happier with the experience. Will use them again for my auto needs.

I have used Eveland Bros for body repairs for about 25 years. They always do excellent work, make the car look as good as new. They handle all the paperwork to make filing a claim easy, and even arrange for a rental car when necessary. I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else. They use OEM parts and state-of-the-art equipment.

I purchased a pre-owned Tesla that didnt quite meet Teslas standards of condition. They partner with Eveland Bros and the entire experience was positive. The car looks practically brand new and coordination was near effortless on my part. I didnt ask but it also looked like the car had been detailed when I picked it up, which was a nice surprise.

Hood lines were way out of alignment on first visit to pick up vehical, tech should have seen it, manager should have seen it. Makes you wonder if what you couldnt see was done correctly.

My beloved Porsche 718 suffered significant collision body damage along one side from front to back. I took it to Eveland at the recommendation of the local Porsche dealership. Dan and the team completely repaired the damage perfectly; and I mean 100.00% PERFECTLY NEW. I am picky and obsessive about my beautiful car. I tried to find some small defect and simply can not. My neighbor across the street, who is in the car business, highly recommended Eveland Brothers after we were sideswiped by another vehicle. Fairly major damage to the passenger door and front end. He said, When theyre finished, you wont be able to tell that anything happened. Hes right. Excellent work!

My Tesla was backed into and damage done to the plastic over the tire and bumper. Long story short my husband brought it to Eveland and the technician buffed 98% of the scratches out. We still had the option for them to repaint but the scratches were so tiny we decided to keep it as is. They also said since the paint was fixed we would be better off bringing it to Tesla for replacement and a wheel alignment since it would be cheaper. Great advice as it was cheaper and the part came in quickly. The service and advice was great and appreciated!

We would normally be fearful that matching our metallic pearl white paint perfectly would be almost impossible. John at Eveland Bros convinced us otherwise and they did a superb job repairing body damage to the side of the SUV from a running deer and matching the paint beautifully. Their quality of work is terrific and John was incredible to work with. All work was done exactly when promised.

I was not paying careful attention and was backing out {Acura TL) of my garage as the door was going up. The foot step caught on the spoiler (with the camera and trunk release in it} and popped right off the car. Eveland Bros. ordered the new spoiler and installed, it. Since it is the Technology Package, they also ran computer diagnostics to make sure there was nothing else wrong.They were helpful, professional and did a great job.Shout out to Greg who was my representative.

Very professional experience, car was left cleaned inside and out at pick up. They were easy to work with and helped deal with the other partys insurance company as well as the rental car service. Repairs went about 2 days over the estimate but otherwise I could not recommend them enough. I will be coming here for any repairs in the future and will be telling anyone who needs collision repair about them.

The staff and technicians are all top notch. GM Glenn worked with the faulted partys insurance to assure all repairs would be covered without any personal out-of-pocket expenses. The bumper replacement fit and finish were flawless, and the color matching was spot on! It was also encouraging to see them all taking COVID-19 seriously, requiring masks be warn in their offices, even before it was mandated. Great job Eveland Bros.!

Ive been a customer at Eveland Bros. for over 30 years. Minor scratches and dents, to major body work, on BMWs, MB, Jaguar, Saab, and VW. EVERY repair has returned my car to a factory new condition! The paint, fit, and finish have always been perfect! I wouldnt consider going to another repair shop! I even had an insurance adjuster admit that the workmanship and the techniques they use are better than the rest.

I was recommended to come here based on the quality of their work. I was not disappointed and highly recommend.They also worked directly with my SF insurance to ensure the correct amount was covered for quality work.

I took my 2012 GTI to Eveland earlier this year. Id read that they take care of all insurance negotiations and such and this was my first time having to deal with insurance so I was happy to let them handle it (I was backed in to). The very first interaction I had with Dan Oelschlager was very unprofessional and I felt like more of a nuisance than anything. I iterated numerous times this was my first time going through any of this and asked if he could explain the process; to which his responses were very short and unclear.I wasnt planning on going back after getting my estimate but a coworker urged me to let them do what they do.Fast forward; I drop off my car and am not given much of a timeline on when it would be done. When Im in need of the car back due to leaving the state for work Im told itll be tomorrow, then the next day, then 2 days later. About 4 times until they finally get it back to me. When I get it back my aftermarket tune is gone, a CEL pops up within half a mile, and the battery is dead when I stop to fill it up with gas (presumably killed the battery while messing w/ the replaced headlight).Nonetheless the bumper that I was told was going to be replaced and painted was not replaced. There is clearly a broken clip allowing one of the corners to bend forward. I take it back and then bend it back. You can still see the broken clip so I take photos and document that I dont have faith itll stay flush but will give it a chance. Few months later its bowed out again so I call them for their lifetime warranty to get it fixed (again, note i called my concerns out day 1)... I drop it off and they refuse to fix it. Saying it was due to new damage (scraping on the underside of the bumper which makes no sense, but I digress).The president/VP were helpful at first getting Dan to actually communicate with me, but have been ignoring me since the warranty claim.I will not recommend this place for anyone, and hope no-one already in the unfortunate scenario of needing body work has to go through the headache I did. Their work was incomplete, slow, shoddy and done without accountability despite multiple visits and opportunities to rectify the situation. If for some reason you still want to give them your business, then I cannot express how much I encourage you to avoid Dan like the plague. There are several other reviews on here with similar warnings, and there are plenty of other reputable shops in the area I will be looking to give my business to next time around.

The only place to get your car fixed

I’ve used Eveland Brothers twice before, and they have have been perfect. I had frontend damage to my Range Rover that was done by a hit and run driver. Eveland Brothers provided a timely inspection and repair of the vehicle. While I live in the Kansas City area and if I have future needs for vehicle repairs, this will be the only service I will use.

On October 30th, I was in a rush to drop my vehicle off at your business following an accident involving my vehicle. I arrived just after closing and stopped Glenn Hermreck in the parking lot. He was clearly on his way home, but took the time to take my vehicle in anyway.I was very uncertain and worried if my vehicle (Mercedes C300) could be repaired after sustaining major damage to the passenger side/doors. On November 2nd, I picked up my vehicle and was very pleasantly surprised and elated to see that my vehicle was completely restored, cleaned and detailed!I cannot thank you and your company enough for being so professional and customer friendly from start to finish. I brought my older BMW in to get fixed up nicely, thinking Eveland Bros. had a good reputation and a high bar for service. Unfortunately I was left disappointed. The body work was rushed and not done very well, I was told thats as good as itll get and those were factory waves in my sheet metal. My estimator Dan lied to me and told me parts of my car were repainted to blend the work, I showed him the old chip in that area that was clearly not repainted as was quoted. He swore he saw it painted, but the little old chip cant lie. Finally they damaged the interior while getting in, their response was for me to bring it somewhere else on my own time and they would cover the cost. Really would have preferred they just made it right themselves so I wouldnt have to fix their damage. I was a repeat customer but I wont be going back.

After a fender bender in our Model-X Tesla, we were really worried about getting the repairs done right. The insurance company wanted to settle the claim really fast by just looking at a cel phone picture and it worried me we wouldnt get all the repairs fully covered leaving me stuck with a bill. Our local Tesla store lists Eveland Bros. as the only authorized service company. But all my fears were soon settled, as Mark and the staff seamlessly negotiated the estimate with the insurance. The whole process took a while, but no longer than any collision repair I ever had before. And sure enough, when I walked in to pick up our baby, the repairs were flawless, the car was fully detailed, fully charged and the insurance claim a complete non-event. I cut my deductable check to them and walked away with a like-new car.Relax. Eveland has everything handled.

The quality of work was very good. My only complaint was the lack of communication between myself and the specialist I worked with that ended up costing me $800 (difference between their hourly rate and what the insurance company would accept based on the going rate).

I had a horrible experience ...quote was for 3I more than I paid at another shop. Communication was subpar. I had to call Jaguar to get my car. They did fit me in for an estimate and I understand they were busy, but just say no if youre going to treat customers like an option.

Have serviced my car here twice before after being highly recommended from the Honda dealership I go to. Both times, their job results has been magnificent! It may take a little while for them to get you scheduled but it’s worth the wait. The only issue I encountered was after I picked up my car on one occasion, I noticed my spare parts & tools were missing from my trunk, however when I called & mentioned it to them, they were quick to gather all the belongings & apologized for forgetting to place it back.

CAR ENTHUSIASTS DO NOT TAKE YOU’RE CAR HERE!!! I brought my mk7 golf r here to be repaired, during the process they took the car to vw to be coded for a new headlight assembly. I told them before they accepted the car and started working on it that the car was modified, tuned and bolt ons. I told them to not send the car to the dealership if you don’t know for sure that it would not get flagged as modified. Come to find out a couple months later the car was flagged at the dealership eveland bro’s taken the car too. That is not right at all, I told you guys to let me code the car if you’re not sure or let me have someone do it. They are the reason my car won’t have warranty work done anymore. I told them numerous times about the modifications. I called and talked to the general manager and he is trying putting the blame on me saying I modified the car. The general manager does not want to take blame that it was his fault the car got flagged. John the service advisor is a nice person don’t get me wrong but I am now screwed out of a 35k car because of this dealership. I’m a 22 year old, don’t make much money and most of the money I do make is paying for a car that doesn’t have warranty anymore. This repair shop has now caused me so many issues for the future. Do not take you’re car here cause if an issue arises the blame will be put back on you.

I am so thankful for Eveland Bros! My truck, a 2018 F-150 Sport, required a repaint due to a rock truck losing its load. State Farm recommended Collision Works in Olathe to due the repairs due to the aluminum body. I dropped the truck off the 2nd of February and was given a timeline of 2 weeks.... 4 weeks later Collision Works called and told me my truck was ready. I went to pick it up, it was a mess, very poor quality work. They agreed to fix the issues, however, a week later they told me to come pick up my vehicle. When I arrived I notices the same poor quality. I called State Farm and told them this was unacceptable and I wanted the truck repaired by another shop, preferably the one I have had great experiences with EVELAND BROS.Eveland Bros was reluctant to take on the repair since they were not the initial facility, however, after some big apologies by me they agreed to take it on. They handled my claim with State Farm the same or better than Collision Works did. They provided an accurate assessment of when the repairs would be complete (4 weeks).... 3 weeks later I picked up my truck.... it is PERFECT! I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop.Thank you Eveland BROS for your professionalism and attention to detail.

I chose Eveland Brothers because I felt the most comfortable about their explanation of my quote. They were easy to work with and even went above and beyond to take my car to its dealership to get a recall fix while it was in the shop and fully cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They also kept me in the loop when contacting my insurance company to ensure the repairs could get done as fast as possible. I would recommend eveland!

Theres a reason I keep Eveland Bros on my Google Maps List titled Trustworthy Auto Services. They are second to none when it comes to quality body work, and Ive seen them work wonders on several occasions. The last time I had the pleasure (though, its never truly pleasurable getting car work done, is it?) of working with them, it was actually my father running the show, as he was getting some work done on his Yellow w/ Black Stripe 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT-8. He loves that car, and it is his garage queen without a doubt. He was absolutely devastated to have backed into something with it, and have caused damage to the rear bumper/quarter panel, as well as the front fender! He was told that theyd never be able to get that damage to go away completely, and the pieces wouldnt ever line up properly like they did before, even if they could.Well, funny they said that, because when he asked them to try anyways and see how they could manage, they nailed it! Today, his Challenger is looking as bright and beautiful as the day it rolled off the lot, with nary a trace of the previous damage to be found. Truly, a bodywork shop that prides itself on skilled employees and unbeatable customer service.

With an appointment for an appraisal, sat in the lobby for 2 hours(the 2nd receptionist profusely apologized after returning from lunch), when someone finally looked at my car, just walked out,took a picture, walked me to his office(Dan someone) barley said 2 words, didnt bother explaining ANYTHING about the damage or work or quote. He just asked how many copies I wanted and sent me away. Im hoping their bodywork is better than their service, Ill never know with a first impression like that,Ill look elsewhere

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! First off...where do I begin. I was rear ended in my Porsche back in November by a State Farm client. I was referred my Aristocrat where I had purchased my car just this year. I took my car in and Dan Oelschlaeger did the estimate of the damage on 11/25/19. I was told the earliest they could get me in was on 1/7/20. I did the pocket estimate for State Farm claims and submitted the request. Dans estimate was over $3k and theirs came back at $920.30. They said any additional amount needed they would send out an estimator for additional coverage. I was told I would get my car back on 1/11/20. I waited to hear back from them with no calls or emails. I finally called in on the 16th to see if my car was finished. Dan finally emailed me on 1/17/20 to let me know the new bumper came in they were going to paint it and install it the following week. I called 1/24/20 to check again because my rental car was to expire on 1/25/20. They then told me State Farm was not going to cover the total bill. Their labor rate is $30 higher than all other body shops. They told me I would need to pay it to get my car. WRONG!!! They not once ever called me about it and just went ahead and did the repairs knowing State Farm was not going to cover it. They were told on 1/10/20 that it wouldnt be covered but they went ahead and fixed the car and failed to call me. I picked the car up this morning and I have many 8+ chips in my windshield. They are fresh pitts that are VERY noticeable. I immediately took the car back to show Glen. He said it was my fault and that was previously there. Mind you this is a brand new car (11k miles). He said its my fault and that its from the ice/salt. UMMM hello you have had my car for 21 days. How the hell did that happen if I didnt even have possession of the car during the storm. My car is always garaged and not driven in bad weather. He proceeded to yell in my face arguing with me over it. This is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I just found out Im not the only one that has had these types of issues with this place. I will be contacting Aristocrat and make sure they are aware of this so that they dont recommend this body shop in the future.

Excellent service for some bumps in a Tesla Model 3 at Eveland Bros. Hopefully not, but if theres anything happened to the car again, well probably come here to fix it.

If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. I have used them several times personally (generally because I was referred by ARISTOCRAT) and each time I wait 45 min to even be acknowledged, followed by we can get you in in several weeks. On the insurance side I have fought with them on insureds behalf so many times as the only shop in town that charges well above industry standard, does not back their work (claims it was related to something else, not the accident) and charges for things like a car wash! BUYER BEWARE- from an Agency Owner.

They fixed our vehicle, everything was done correctly (took a few more days than expected).

This morning I was heading across town with my two year old grandson when I noticed a dragging noise under my car. I asked Siri where the closest auto repair shop was, and she took me 5 minutes down the road to Eveland Bros. Body Shop. I was directed to Eveland Brothers by my Honda dealer when their body shop closed. I went for an estimate on Honda Pilot on 1-5-15 and was treated well. I agreed to have the vehicle repaired and set up a drop off time of 1-15-15 at the request of the shop estimator. I called the shop on Tuesday before to make sure everything was in line to get my rental and that parts had arrived. I did not get a call back until the day I was to drop the car off and was told they had too much work and could not get my Pilot in before February.Boo to you guys I now need to find another shop. Poor communication poor planning and I was blown off last minute. They may be great for $100K cars but for the normal auto owner is second in line for quality service.

Their auto body and paint work are second to none in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. I have done business with Eveland Brothers for the past 25 years and have two of my Mercedes Benzs there now. They have worked with me, and my parts situation with incredible patience, understanding and compassion. Eveland Bros is definitely a good shop, but they are EXPENSIVE. If you want the same Quality Work for a third of the price, then head around the corner to Integrity Auto Body. They are a smaller shop, but they do OUTSTANDING WORK.
