Got a estimate and they explained the repair and the work that needed to be done

Please save your money, I took my Cervini hood to them for paint. I got it back a little less than a week later and the paint is awful, theres pin holes all the way down the passenger side of the hood which go down to the primer. They also burned through the paint on both my fender when either installing or polishing the hood and also painted over my plastic vents (it was a cobra style hood) and my latch which I asked them not to. The only excuse they could give me was the part was not quality and refused to fix any issues. This was all to the tune of $700 which I saved months for. Please please please avoid this company.

Jesse came out and looked at my car right away. He assessed that my bumper damage could have a temporary fix, before insurance was able to provide, and he had one of his guys come out to fix it. Now, Im able to drive my car while waiting for insurance. 👍🏻

Ive had a string of bad luck in the last couple months with my new 2019 Honda CR-V and Burdolskis was a life saver. They had to fix my car twice. Actually, they had my car longer than me in the last month. I cant rave enough the quality of work that was done and the excellent communication through the whole process. Highly recommend!

This is a home grown KC company run by very sweet and hard-working individuals! The first time I met them was for some very complex work on replacing a door, that they executed flawlessly! Then months later I came back for a small sensor issue that they fixed in under an hour. During the COVID shutdown, they have the safety of employees and customers completely in mind with all workers wearing masks and cleaning precautions being taken. Love this shop, highly recommend to any in the KC area!!!

This place is great! When you have a car crash it is a difficult process. The staff at Burdolski went above and beyond to make the process super easy and no additional stress to an already stressful event. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for professional, highly competent and very friendly people to work with. I will be using them in the future!

They were able to quickly give me an estimate on a small bumper repair. The pricing was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the repair at my earliest convenience. Marisa even helped me do a quick fix to prevent any further damage until my replacement part could arrive. They are also dog friendly.

Stopped by to get some advice on some body work. Travis came out to help and was very friendly and helpful. Everything was handled quickly and the price was better than I hoped for. This is my third visit to this shop and I would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his team were excellent! I needed my Honda CR-V repaired in order to relocate across the country and was under a hard deadline. They were able to expedite the process in order to complete work on my car in advance of the deadline and they notified me of its status regularly (to keep me sane). The car looks better than new. I highly recommend their services.

These folks certainly put the customer in customer service. They did such a wonderful job on my car in 2015, that when I was involved in an accident in March of 2017, they were who I turned to for extensive repairs to my car. Their HONESTY and workmanship are outstanding. In 2015, they had given me an estimate to remove an unknown substance from the rear door. I accepted the estimate and when I returned to pick up my car, what a surprise! The actual bill was nearly $500 less than the estimate! I hope I dont have to call upon them again, but if I do, it will be without hesitation.

I have used Burdolski for my repairs for a couple of years. I have found them to be pleasant to deal with, honest and dependable. Their shop is probably one of the cleanest body shops I have ever seen, and the quality of their work has always exceeded my expectations. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Burdolski Auto Werks is great! We have been going to them for decades and everyone in our extended family uses them as well. I have never had anything but a positive experience with Burdolski. They dont try to make you pay for things you dont need done to your car, you really can trust these people.

I had damage on my Jaguar from hitting a deer. When they were done, it looked brand new. Great service!

We have used Burdolskis many times over the years and have always been pleased with the level of service and workmanship, until now. I am severely disappointed in the quality of work done on my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. I immediately contacted them regarding the issues and was assured if I brought it back they would make it right. When I picked my car up the second time they still had not fixed everything. Unfortunately we made the mistake of paying them in full prior to picking up our car so now Im stuck with what they did. We will not be returning nor will we continue to recommend them as we once did.

What a disappointment, People don’t pay on advance unless you check what they’ve done first, also before you leave your car, take pictures of your car inside and out don’t leave personal stuff,.
