My truck broke down literally the day after I bought it. After a huge ordeal with my roadside assistance provider, I got it towed to Tires Plus, and they made sure my mother and I got back to our hotel safely by getting us a ride, and calling to make sure wed arrived safely. On top of that, they found the problem with my truck the very next day and, even though they couldnt fix the problem due to the part needed being unavailable, they told me what needed to be done straight-out, and helped get it roadworthy enough for us to get home.

I had a problem with getting a tire replaced under the road hazard warranty.The manager; Myles, resolved everything to my satisfaction and politely calmed me down.

I was in here today with my husband and these guys are nothing short of amazing! They really care about their customers and it absolutely shows! Myles is fantastic and helped out with everything. I HIGHLY recommend going here for all your automotive needs!

My wife went there they lied about things that were wrong and there was nothing wrong like they said. When we brought it to another automotive repair facility they could find nothing wrong.

I paid hundreds of dollars more for a repair than the Chevrolet dealership cost for the same repair. When I mentioned the price quote I had from the dealership the service guy asked me if they were including labor costs and yes labor was included in my quote

My expectations were exceeded with the customer service here provided I walked in without an appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon. The weather has been bad andd my tire needed changing. I was just leaving my house for when I heard a noise from my rear passenger side. At 7 am I called and Myles had me bring the car in and without any appointment had me up and running by lunch (and had also done a few extras to ensure my car was running perfect). No trying to sell you on things you don’t need here -just true courtesy and professionalism. This is always going to be where I go from now on.

These guys are the absolute best. They went out of their way to help us with a gnarly emergency flat and a special order tire right before closing time. I dont live anywhere near this Tires Plus, but I will be using them for every possible service moving forward. I hope the fellas there read these--you guys RULE! Thank you!

Went to get a oil change and they did a awesome job. The front desk person was very helpful.

Took my car here to have a coolant leak looked at and to have the serpentine belt replaced. Got the car back after 4 days and had to go back each time. Asked for a discount for the the wait time for something they said would be a day and was met with attitude and a 1% discount. $1,000 we spent on these repairs. After it was all said and done, they couldn’t put the rear splash cover back on because the bolts broke? My dad changes my oil every time and never had an issue. They also failed to even mention that when I picked the car up. Maybe hoping I would not notice? Thats not honest or transparent business practices to me. Don’t go here. Take your car elsewhere. Horrible place.

I was quite surprised at their knowledge base of the Tesla model 3. I came in for an unexpected flat tire which conveniently enough they were able to fix within an hour of me calling, couldnt have been a better situation. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because they didnt have the Tesla Jack inserts that prevent damage to body and battery. Other than that, great experience. To makes things better one of my favorite movies was on ... Rocky IV

We have had our vehicles serviced there many times. Typically with few issues. Yesterday, after my husband had our vehicle at the Shakopee location to have a flat tire replaced, I was left with an unhappy view now. We only needed 1 tire replaced, but they would not sell him just one tire, or even 2, but they only do full, 4 tire sets on any vehicle with 4WD. The other 3 tires are in really great shape. I dont agree with this way of service. It is selling what many times, isnt needed. Plus, the price difference between 1 tire and 4 is a lot, especially if finances are limited. My husband did not have our vehicle serviced there, but went to a nearby place, and had 2 new tires done. Im bummed this happened.

The service was great! John helped me get the best tires for a great price, for what I was looking for. I also had my oil changed and they had my vehicle in and out in exceptional time that worked with my schedule.

Diagnosed my potential radiator leak in a timely fashion; merely a misaligned radiator hose that they cleaned and reinstalled. That was completed along with the oil change in a very timely fashion. Great, friendly staff.

They only get 1 Star because I can’t give them zero! This place is a total joke. I have free lifetime tire rotations here since I bought my tires at one of these stores, different location. I have since moved and this location is now closest to me. So I thought I’d bring my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. This is where my extra crappy experience started. While sitting in the lobby during my oil change, I saw the mechanic pounding with a hammer under my car. Then the service writer informed me they broke a part during the oil change but they ordered a new one and it would be arriving shortly, also, it would be free of charge. Ever since my car has smelled like burning oil, so I brought it back to them due to the smell and because my front tire was making some noise and my car is pulling to the left. I recently had a wheel bearing changed in an attempt to fix the noise in the front, but because they didn’t do it, they wouldn’t touch it and wanted to replace it... again! They also told me that my oil filter housing is leaking, I have a leak in my transmission line and my water pump needs to be replaced. My appointment for this service was at 3 PM, they contacted me at 4:30 PM and recommended all these repairs but said the mechanic had left for the day and they couldn’t get my car back in until the following week because they are booked full. Excuse me, I made an appointment and no work was accomplished! The quote they gave me when a I picked up my car was over $3,000. They recommended my wheel bearing that was just changed, but not by them, be replaced. What’s even more interesting is the fact that they had 3, yes 3 front left wheel bearings on the quote!! They also had 2 water pumps on the quote for some reason. Who wrote up this quote? A 10 year old pushing buttons? Also, when I explained to them what happened with the oil change last time, they denied blame for it and want me to pay for it to be fixed and they were very rude on the phone about it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I’ve never been talked to so rudely and very unprofessional! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Screw the free tire rotations, I’ll pay.

I’ve been going here for years since I moved to Shakopee back in 2011. Even though a chain, has a local shop feel. Great service, competitive pricing, and management will ensure satisfaction every time. Example: I bought a new set of tires just before last winter, tried them out for a month and wasn’t happy with the performance. They put me in a new set no questions asked, and comped my next oil change for the troubles. I didn’t even ask for that! That’s great service in a time where people are moving too fast to say thanks. First Levi, Nate, and now John. Keep up the nice work at the shop and keep the ship running tight. I’ll be back again soon!

Terrible at diagnosis. Brought in the car for a tire vibration and was informed the tires were fine. Brought the car home and put it on the lift to find the left front (which I told them) had a giant flat spot that was visually noticeable. Whole reason the car being there was I was moving and didnt have the time to look at it for a couple of days. For the name of a place to have tires in their name, they cant even diagnose a tire correctly.

Ive been to Tires Plus several times, throughout the US. The gentleman here did a fine job and were very helpful. Mr. Peter had great communication and assistance with any questions I had, he was very helpful. Mr. Robert, the technician, was also very helpful in answering any questions I had. Ill be returning to this location with my future services.

Went in recently for a tire alignment, everything went great. Peter was helpful and kind. The technician in another hand I was not pleased with one bit. As soon as they were done aligning the vehicle they brought the car down to park it back in the customers lot. At the time I was waiting in the lobby. Seconds later I hear a car accelerating aggressively, I look at the corners of my eyes to realize it was my vehicle! I spoke to Peter and he told me to would speak to the technician and address the issue. As a customer I will never! Repeat. NEVER come here for any service. What happened is very unprofessional and I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. This is suppose to be Tires Plus not a track for racing.

Super fast service on a Saturday for a flat. Reset the spare(tucked it away) and got me in and out in less than an hour!

We needed a second opinion on a repair, and these guys are close by. Wife took the car in for a $10 inspection, which is actually a good deal. But they found several issues that the other place missed, including a dark, crusty filter that they showed her. Estimates were ridiculous, so wife asked them to put the filters and anything else they took out back into the car. She came back a little bit later to pick it up, and she saw the same dark, crusty filter left sitting on a counter. So either they failed to put it back in or (more likely) never took it out in the first place and tried to SCAM her into replacing the filters, which had been replaced a few months ago. Our first mistake was probably asking a tire shop to provide repair estimates.

Date of Visit: 12/22/2018 - Had a punctured tire that required me to change to my spare at Kwik Trip. Arrived at Tires Plus, they quoted my $140 for a new tire. Ended up charging me $135. Place seemed super nice, clean, organized, and they were surprisingly fast.

I just called and said I had four tires that I needed mounted and balanced and was told that they do not do that there. Left wondering what do they do? Tires Plus doesnt Mount and balance tires?

Asked if they could check the air in my tires, a rude employee said they wouldnt because I have a Land Rover. After much discussion as to why (he couldnt give me a logical explanation ) I told him I would go to Goodyear . He said well go ahead. Apparently he didnt want my business, now or in the future. I ended up going to Goodyear in Savage. Not only did they check all my tires they did it at no charge. I would never waste my time or money at Tires Plus.

I rated this store 1 star because there is no NEGATIVE ratings. Here are the reasons why. I chose Tire Plus for this convenient location and for my budget. In May 2018, I brought my van for 4 tires replacement . Two months later, I brought my van back for a flat tire repair. After 1 hour waiting, a very young lady at the cashier desk informed me that they couldnt repair the flat tire ( my tires were in warranty and should have been under flat tire repair for free ) and it had to be replaced. I was OK with it. Then I waited for another 30 minutes and expected it should have done in 1 hour at the most. No, I was wrong! Again, that young lady called me up and informed me that their technician found down my van front joins were gone and they had to be replaced. Now the estimate bill went up for more than $800.00. Enough is enough. I told that lady I could not afford it for now and I just wanted my van rolled for work. Ten minutes later, Nathan, the store manager came and said he found a way to cut my bill down in half. Again I refused and said I could not afford it. Guess what ? He ASKED for my credit card to check my credit limit to see whether I could afford it or not. I could not believe that he dared to do that. Now what are your rating if you were in my place. I will not have anymore servicing here. They insisted I needed new rotors for my front brakes when the specs clearly showed I didnt. Typical upselling to boost sales not realizing that honesty is its own best salesman. When I pointed out that the specs indicated rotors were not needed, more smoke.Fool me once....

My car had been making a creaking sound for a short time, so I brought in to Tires Plus. First, Olivia told me it would be around $290 to fix and needed to order some parts. A few hours later she told me it would take 5 days to get the parts and it would be $450. Against my better judgment, I said fine and made an appointment for 5 days later. 5 days later I called to confirm my appointment a man named Walter had no idea who I was or where the parts were. Walter checked with a man named Steve who also was clueless. They said they would investigate and call me back. After a few hours and no phone call, I called back. I talked to Levi. Levi told me he did see the appointment and the parts order, but needed to talk to the mechanic to make sure everything was in place for me to drop my car off to be fixed. Levi said he would call me back within an hour. I called two hours later and got the run-around again and asked for Levi to call me. It is now two weeks later and they still havent called me.Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Normally Im not the type of person to post this type of comment. However, the customer service by these folks was so poor, I felt compelled to let others know.

Got a front end alignment and my car was done in an hour and my steering wheel was finally straight! Thank you! Friendly and fast plus they were able to get me a same day appointment.

Had an unexpected battery need. Brought my car as a walk in, and was out the door in 15 minutes. Prices are fair.

Bought a set of tires, service was good at first until i saw they damaged my rims. Then i was unsatisfied with the tires and exchanged the for a different set and recieved a bad attitude from the manager. The guy even started bad mouthing their own product. Thanks for screwing up my rims... Nor did they balance 2 of the tires correctly let alone even attempt to balance the other 2. Guess it was to close to closing time.

Just went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation before the family leaves for thanksgiving.... first when I got home my 6 year old daughter noticed the hood wasnt shut all the way. So I lifted and shut it.... wouldnt shut. Drove all the way back the guy who did the service messed with it it shut! Cool!! Well now Im in the middle of Missouri winding why my wheels were making so much noise, hoping its not a wheel bearing..... oh even better almost all of my out nuts are finger loose!!!!!!!!!! One on 3 of the tires was tight the rest were about to fall off!!! I will never go back and tell everyone Ive ever met in my life not to go there!

Do Not make an appointment online. When you arrive you find out that online allows scheduling multiple appointments at same time. I didn’t get a call stating I was unable to have an appointment as previously stated in my email notification. Very Very Frustrating! If you can’t manage online appointments you shouldn’t offer that service.

Got me in for appointment when no other place would. Did take 20 mins to get started though but its fine now that its in in a rush so hopefully they go quick it is why I made an appointment.

Do not go there they are crooked. I was told all of my struts needed to be replaced and took it to my local mechanic. He told me they are fine. Tires plus gave me a estimate of over 2700.$

Best alignment Ive gotten so far. Usually a wait when I go to Tires Plus or Firestone, but worth it at this location.

Took my car in for an oil change. A couple of weeks later the car leaked oil in a line down the driveway and left a puddle in the garage (it had never leaked before). I opened the hood, reached down and easily hand tightened the oil filter 1 1/2 turns - it was not tightened at the shop. When I called the shop, they said that was impossible - their policy is to have two people tighten/check the oil filter and plug. I said just because that is policy doesnt mean it is going to happen. They said it must have been the threads of the oil filter - that bad threads made more sense than they did not follow policy. They then said they would have someone come out a clean the driveway and garage floor - well that never happened. No returned calls or anything. I would not recommend this store, or if you are willing to risk it you should at a minimum check that things are tight yourself.

Dont bring your vehicles here they dont have tire irons. Cost me $40 for an oil change + rotation I didnt ask for. Tires were all new and they said a lug nut was missing. Because of liability reasons they refused to replace it. When asked if I could borrow a tool to put one of my spare lug nuts on my self. They lied to my face smiling while a second mechanic used a tork wrench right behind him. Unacceptable and obvious case of mechanics taken advantage, while letting customers drive away with an unsafe vehicle. Next stop discount tire, 2minutes away. They put a new lug nut on with professional equpment for free in 30seconds and courtesly listened to my story. I tipped the mechanic and clerk $20. Hope everyone has a nice day.

Just called nowt about the BMW in the guy said oh yeah we can work on it but then he told me that he doesnt get it to us so you know about you just lost a customer

Went in to get tires put on my car. Thought it was pretty awesome that they were able to fit me in being that i was a walk in and that it was closing in an hr. Everything was good up until i got home and two of the wheel covers were gone so i knew right away they must of not put them back on tightly and being that it was already dark i didnt get into digging any deeper. Until i got to work the next morning n notice the other two that were still hanging on had dirty oil hand prints all over the wheel covers and both were cracked. So instead of telling me they broke my wheel covers i had to find out that way and instead of charging me full price they should of knocked off $30 from my bill since thats what new wheel covers ended up costing me!!! Every one told me to call in to complain but i decided not to cause i didnt want to get any one in trouble. Instead im leaving a review so that the public can know my experience and chalked up that $30 to them cause they obviously needed it more then i did. Bunch of losers!!!!

Called them to schedule an appointment to replace my tires with the ones I have and their policy wont allow it. This is the most absurd policy a tire shop could have.

Sold me tires without a warrenty offered when i drive 5 to 6k miles a month and didnt make sure my car was good to go before i left. 13k miles later i have wires showing. Another $800 out of the windown 2 months later.
