Brought my old truck to them for the missing exhaust, yes pretty much missing. They did top notch work to make it whole again. Positioned the tail pipe properly and did the muffler and resonator exactly how it was when it was new 20 years ago. Then, there was a discrepancy in the synchrony care care financing and Nick took care of it right away. This place is the real deal and I recommend you go here. Thank you guys!

Went there for the first time this week. I was just having my oil changed. Was impressed with the way Jim was explaining to another customer what needed to be worked on and what would happen if the service was ignored. He just explained it in a way it was easy to understand.

This place is a rip off I took my car to get my AC checked out and they charged me $100.00 then they quoted me $1,200 to fix it they said it needed a condenser,mainhose,a couple of valves. Then I took it to a private mechanic and he fixed justed changed the main hose plus labor he charged me $160.00

These guys are amazing!! From general vehicle repairs, to putting on wheel spacers for me, to fabricating a exhuast for me they do it all! Honestly a one stop shop for all my vehicle needs. I knew I had some brake issues, and I figured I would call in and ask to have those issues taken care of the day of my oil change. The week turned busy and it totally slipped my mind until day of. MIDAS are very attentive,, BUT,, I made an appointment for alignment on my truck but something strange happened when it was the turn to repair my truck, not even three minutes passed when they measured an estimate to be able to make the alignment of my truck 600 dollars, According to them, I needed to replace my lower and upper ball joins on both sides because they are worn up OR 1200 for replacing the control arm also on both sides, what they did not know is that LESS than a year ago I replaced all those parts and I let them know but according to them in less than three minutes they determined that it was not possible to do the alignment for those damaged parts ACCORDING TO THEM,, I had to look for options and I found a GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE workshop in Burnsville,, in less than 30 minutes they already They had done the alignment of my truck and I did not have any problem CONTRARY to MIDAS, THESE guys told me that it was easy because everything was fine, IT WAS NOT SO RUSTY

I went to this midas and I was VERY disappointed and disgusted, that NO staff had on a mask. When coming in there were 3 employees standing around talking and not anyone of them had on mask. Secondly, when my car was being driven out for me to pick up, the worker also was NOT wearing a mask on. Im not understanding why workers here at this location is NOT practicing safety measures by wearing mask let alone not wearing them inside peoples car. This is not ok. I can say a couple of employees were well mannered and polite but overall, with the safety concern I have about this midas will no longer have my service.

Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and very fair. The environment is clean, comfortable and well organized. These guys will treat you fair and honesty handle your needs.

They do a decent job. Always forget to hit the reset button on my oil. They race the cars around blocks with kids playing. But the do let you know what needs to be done if you ask. However, some of it is exaderated they told my belt needed to be replace asap have been driving to and from the cities for 1 year now and it is still fine.

Shut out to these guys they’ve definitely earned my business after last night from here on out. My axle snapped after they fixed ignition, I was stuck in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic and their mechanics came out and pushed my car with me back into the shop after close and fixed my axle for me. Friendly staff and quick reliable service. I brought my car for a front break job. During the review of the current status of my breaks with Jim, I was offered a breakdown of different break pads and the option of turning my current rotors or getting new ones. I was not pressured in to products or services which is always a great feeling. My options were discussed and once I made my choice the staff got to work to replace the break pads and turn the rotors to smooth them out. I highly recommend this Midas as they do quality work, with no pressure and at reasonable rate.

Its always hard to find a good repair shop that you can trust and isnt just trying to take your money. This is definitely a trustworthy repair shop, with fast, friendly service to boot. The guy at the front counter (Jim) is awesome and did a great job of explaining to me what was wrong and how they diagnosed it. Had to have new brakes put on an older car. Reed has the very best customer service and took great care to help button up a few other minor issues on the car. Did you know if you had work done at midas and a part has a life time warranty and you go to a different shop to save money. napa or midas will not honor the life time warranty on the part. I am forced to buy a new part when I have a life time warranty on my current part.

This place is the only chain I have found that treats you like a person not a means of getting cash. So friendly and such great work and straight to the point no song and dance. I brought my 2014 Raptor in with factory exhaust looking to give it a little more growl. Options ranged from hundreds to thousands of dollars to upgrade. Reid suggested starting with a Flowmaster muffler. I mentioned that I was thinking about removing the resonator as well but he suggested to start with the muffler first and listen to the difference. It made a huge difference. I drove it for a week and decided I still wanted a little more noise. I brought it back and had the resonator removed. Wow! Exactly what I was looking/listening for! I must say, from the mechanics to the managers, they all treated me with utmost respect. It was clear they werent looking to make a fast buck and that they were most concerned with me leaving as a satisfied customer. They saved me hundreds of dollars. With an appointment I was in and out in less than an hour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ive been going here for 5 years now and I wont take my cars anywhere else. These guys know their stuff, treat you right, and are just honest guys. I never trusted a mechanic before and now I wont get my car touched anywhere else. Unfortunately, they are usually booked 2-3 days out and weekends are nearly impossible to get in because word has gotten out about how amazing they are, so book ahead of time!

I went to Midas with a problem my car had been experiencing for about 6 months and it was only getting worse each day. During this time, all the other shops I went to wouldnt listen to me and didnt fix the problem. That is, until I went to Midas.Right from the time I entered, Jim made me feel welcome. He took time to listen to me and worked with me to find a time to have the car looked at. After I dropped off my car, he took copious notes so the mechanics knew what I was experiencing. He offered to get it in right away for me but I wasnt in a hurry. After a short time, he called with the news. He brought me in the shop while my car was on the lift and showed me the problem area. We discussed different options and found the best solution to help me get back on the road safely. There was no pressure to do anything other than what I told them to do.They fixed the problem, came in under the quoted price and treated me like a human and not just some dumb girl.I have found a good mechanic for those times I just cant fix it myself. Thank you Midas!! You have no idea what that means for a girl.Side note: I went to Hennens 2 weeks prior. They didnt listen, treated me like I was dumb, did work I didnt approve of, and sent me on my way in a vehicle that was dangerous to drive.

Ive been going to this shop for a couple years now and theyve always done great work. The guy that greets you when you walk in is named Jim and he is the best customer interaction representative Ive encountered for car maintenance and repair. Hes friendly, and does a great job at describing in laymans terms what is wrong and what needs to be done, as well as optional work (if desired). The prices are reasonable. The work has never had an issue (high quality) and they get it done quickly. Way to go Midas! Dont change a thing.

Brought my car in which was running rough and was told by Reed that it needed a valve cover and intake manifold for around $700 total. He specifically mentioned that he called Chevy to see if these parts were covered under warranty or on recall but they were not. I thanked him for checking that out for me. Wife thought quote was a little high so took elsewhere where that mechanic told her that hed charge $400 for the repairs but dont bother as both parts were covered under warranty by Chevy. Brought to a Chevy dealer and everything was fixed for free. Disappointed I was lied to by Reed (who seemed like an honest, stand-up guy) and I wont be back.

Put in a bad part. Refused to cover towing the 2nd time & lied and about guarantee! Never go there!

Reed, Just wanted to say thanks for the great service and the great job you did on the Mustang.I own a shop out in WI and towed a customers car to Reed to have custom exhaust done on it. We do not do custom exhaust at my shop and I didnt trust anyone around my area. This just goes to show when you find someone you trust and that does exceptional work, distance or price doesnt matter. I took my car in for an oil change. They said they did a free maintenance check and told me that my fluid for my coolant was not up to standard and would not last if the temperature dropped low. They said that maybe someone topped it off with water and the fluid is too dilute. They offered to change it for a price. Since I have been told incorrect things at Midas (at another location), I decided to take my car into the dealer instead to get it checked. A mechanic at the dealership checked the fluid right in front of me that the fluid was up to standard and was able to withstand temp up to -34deg. This leads me to conclude one of two things...either the people at this Midas dont know what they are doing and cant correctly check simple things like my fluids, or they knew it was ok and just wanted me to spend money on their services. Needless to say that I did not have a good experience at this location and would recommend that if anyone goes here that they double check the facts themselves.

Went there for an oil change and that went okay. But they told me my antifreeze wasnt rated for below 0F and I should replace it. I took my car to the dealership and they measured it as rated down to -40F.
