Lots of frustration just to get a simple quote and with scheduling. Depending on who you talk to you will get different information and different guarantees. The quotes I have received in the past have been twice as much as other Mopar service locations so I have driven all the way to Hopkins to get consistent service with consistent staff. I will speak to one service rep when scheduling and they will give me a timeframe for repair, then another will assure the day before (when I call to confirm my appointment) that I will have my vehicle in the quoted timeframe and then at drop off I am told there’s no way I will get it back the same day. I keep giving Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep chance after chance because I want to support local and avoid traveling all the way to Hopkins but then I am reminded why I don’t.
