I read the reviews before scheduling my little brother’s appointment online because we have never been to this location. After reading many good reviews about Katey, I decided to schedule his appointment with her.We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was greeted by one of their stylist who said Katey would be with us shortly.10 minutes after we arrived another customer walks in. The stylist who greeted us asked this customer if she was waiting for Katey and she responds “yes”. At this point I’m just confused and wondering why we were both there for Katey. This customer was also a regular and employees seemed to know her well.After approximately 20 minutes of waiting we were called back by Ray. Ray obviously wasn’t Katey and I booked with her for a reason so, this was quite upsetting. I politely told Ray that we had scheduled an appointment with Katey and I was confused as to why she wasn’t going to be our stylist. Ray talks to Katey who then comes over to us to tell us that “there was an overbooking and when there’s an overbooking we have to move things around and just because you make an appointment online, doesn’t guarantee you’ll be with that stylists.” It doesn’t mention this online when scheduling the appointment. What’s the point of being able to choose a stylist when scheduling online if it doesn’t even guarantee that you’ll be with that stylist? They weren’t even apologetic. I would have been more understanding if they would have just mentioned the situation before having another stylist call us back to avoid any confusion. We agreed to move forward with Ray and I was just hoping for my brother’s haircut to turn out good.In the end, my brother’s haircut turned out very well and Ray did a great job. I would recommend Ray to others, but we won’t be returning to this location. I wish they would’ve handled the situation differently and more professionally.I know I rely on reviews, so if you made it this far, I hope this helps with your decision!

I highly recommend Harmony for color and highlighting. She is so professional and very good at what she does. I really love the partial foil and colors!

Ive been using this location every 2 or 3 months since they opened and have always had a good experience. Erin usually cuts my hair. The place is clean, the stylists keep notes on my preferences which they confirm each visit, and the conversation is pretty good. Definitely recommended.

Ive been here many times for my childrens haircuts. We have been very pleased with Jenny and Katie! Unfortunately, this last time I went for a haircut had a so-so experience with Erin, despite being a master stylist. A hello and introduction go a long way as well as taking your time. I felt like it was a race to get me in and out of the chair, me leaving without my hair being fully dried. The haircut was eh and the chair had hair on the arms by the seat from previous haircuts. Perhaps she was having an off day, but I will not be returning for my own haircut.

Called them around 1600 on Saturday - no response!Arrived there @ the window they have hand written business hours different from what they have on Google.

I regularly have Erin who works at this location cut my hair and my childrens hair. Erin does a great job and I would highly recommend her!

What an amazing service I was provided by Kassie. She was helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for when coloring my hair. I got a full balayage as well as the custom hair conditioning treatment that she recommended and my hair looks and feels amazing. Despite it being bleached it is soft and has great shine. I am so happy with my service from Kassie. I wish I could post a picture along with this to show how amazing it looks!

Today was my first time EVER at a FANTASTIC Sams and I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Katie. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was having a not so great day and I got in right away for an all over color and cut and a waxing. My experience has me definitely going back in the future. I highly recommend this location!!!!

Horrible Experience- Unbelievably RUDE and UNKIND!!! I dont know if its new management or what but I still cant believe what a nasty experience I just had there today. I have been taking my adult, developmentally disabled brother to this same Fantastic Sams for a hair cut every couple of months or so for the past 13 years and was always very pleased with the haircuts and the kind, thoughtful service my brother received there. Today, a very rude and unkind woman named Melissa cut my brothers hair-she barely talked to him, did not make eye contact, and ignored him completely when he tried to talk to her or ask her her name. I had to tell her he wanted his hair washed, etc. This has NEVER happened before-usually the hair stylist talks to my brother, tells him her name, asks how he is doing, how does he want his hair cut, etc. This time-NOTHING! I could tell my brothers feelings were hurt. This woman was rude and worse yet, unkind. After we left my brother said he never wanted to go back (remember, wed been going there for over a decade and before hed always LOVED going there and getting fussed over and getting his hair washed and cut) and then he cried..;.No one makes my brother cry. My brother is clean, well groomed and acts appropriately and is friendly and polite-there is NO excuse for the treatment he got. When I called back to talk to the manager, Jacob, about this-he was aware that I was unhappy before I left but never made a move to find out what was going on, etc. When I talked to him on the phone his lame excuse for her not talking to him at all was that sometimes its hard to hear someone over the sound of the scissors.... Yeah, right.... We are NEVER going back to this place...no one makes my brother cry....no one. I will be complaining to corporate about this.

I have been here several times but honestly had only one good experience which was the first time. After that things went extremely downhill and I will never return. Bad haircut the second time. Told to come back in a half hour the third time. Came back in 20 minutes and they had let my spot go so had to wait another 40 minutes. The last time I was there I left after they admitted that they forgot about me. Since then I have found a place just around the corner who do a great job and no long waits!

Overpriced! Could have gone across the street to Great Clips and paid a third less. The haircut itself was fine, but the lady cutting my hair spent more time talking to the person next to me getting her haircut than me.

Today at 5:50, I had walked in with my 3 year old daughter to get her hair cut for the first time. Upon arrival, I noticed the receptionist/stylist was leaning back in the chair just casually lounging while another hair stylist was cutting some gentlemens hair and another gentleman sitting waiting for his cut. When I approached the front counter the receptionist got my information and told me it would be a 45 min to an hour wait. There was no other person in line besides the man infront of us waiting for a simple cut so I thought it was odd that it would be such a long time to wait. After waiting 20 minutes the man in front was able to go back and get his hair cut, thats when a family of 5 came in and requested that all the kids were to get their hair cut. They did not tell them a wait time or anything but told them to sit down and that someone would be with them shortly. When the man in front of us was done I was getting ready to bring my daughter back when the stylist told the family their kids can come on back. I was skipped over not once but 3 times before I got told that my daughter could get her hair cut. I waited an hour and 20 min only to have her sit in the chair for 5 min and be done. I was not apologised to or told why I was skipped over. When I got up to the front the lady stated that it was 18 dollars for the simple trim. Online it states that its only 10 and when asked she said its not true and proceeded to ring me up as 18. My daughters bangs are crooked and her hair isnt straight. I shouldnt have waited and should have left but my daughter was excited and she stayed perfectely still for her haircut and listened to the stylist. Im upset that her hair is botched and that I waited that long only for the stylist to mess it up and make it seem like my daughters fault. I was disappointed at the way things were handled and I walked out upset and irritated. I wont be returning again for any future haircuts.

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here! The lady took off my arch and gave me two straight thin lines. I am absolutely livid. I have been crying because that is how awful they look. If you do get them waxed draw your shape in first. I’m seriously so mad. I will never come here ever again.

Never had a worse hair cut.... Been there multiple times and always have had a good haircut by good stylists but today was a butcher job. My hair is not straight, didn’t clean up around my neck area, didn’t blend together the buzzer and scissors, didn’t blow dry my head after not recieving a shampoo and than didn’t offer to put product in my hair after everything. Only thing why I am considering going back is because there are a couple ladies there that do a great job, but I will never go back to the stylist today. Do not know her name but I believe there was business cards on her station with the name AJ....

** I now go see Erin and LOVE her! She is amazing for cuts/color and waxing! If she isnt available I try to get in with Katie!!**So I usually go here for my eyebrows and cut. I love the staff but AJ has messed up my sons hair, messed up my hair a few months ago, and today I went to get my eyebrows done and she messed them up. Every time shes my stylist I end up having to go home and fix it/cut myself. My eyebrows look so messy and embarrassing, I was waiting get home to see if they were just combed funny, nope. I had to spend 20 mins fixing them and cleaning them up. Next time I go in Ill be requesting someone else. I love Erin tho! Shes done color/cut to my hair and it was amazing.

My Daughter went into this location and initially had a bad out come from a perm that AJ had done. Without going into details about the negative outcome of the perm. At first my wife and Daughter tried to get the the problem resolved without success. I got involved when they got home with my Daughter very upset and crying I called and Talked to Kyla (manager) and we were able to get in and resolve the issue right away. When we got there she got in immediately and Karissa K. took care of my Daughter very politely with a extremely caring nature. When we left my Daughter was very happy with the end result. I thank Karissa very much for being such a professional and caring person. If it wasnt for her my Daughter would not have been happy with the result even though the problem was completely taken care of and looked great. Thanks Karissa and Kyla. My Daughter will be back for future care.

I get my hair cut here everytime I need a hair cut they have good deals and good workers for example Vera everytime I go there she is very good at cuting my hair and giving me suggestions on how to make my hair feel good and look good :D

I walked in was told there was an hour wait but I could and did put my name on the list. I returned an 55 minutes later to be told here were people in front of me and its now a 2 hour wait.

I am writing this review for my husband Marty Glynn. He went in 10 days ago to get a haircut by Michelle. He gets a short clipper cut, mustache and eyebrows trim. He goes to pay and uses his card. He puts in $24.00, $21 for the cut and $3 for the tip and goes on his way. Later he realizes he paid $45 for his haircut. He had paid $21 for the haircut and $24 for the tip. He goes back the next day to get a refund but Michelle is not working so they could not do anything. He talks to the manager but she says you have to talk to Michelle. He goes back on a day when Michelle is working and asks for a refund and she says No. My husband said dont you think $24 is an incorrect amount for a tip when the haircut was $21? Yes, she thought it was a bit much but she still did not give him a refund. He and I will no longer be going here and we have been going here for YEARS even when it was Costcutters. Watch what you are doing when you check out at the card reader. ** This has now been resolved weeks later and my husband received a refund.
