Kylie is THE BEST. She was the first person I went to & the only one I will continue to go to. Shes sociable, funny, and has always made me super comfortable when waxing. She is knowledgeable of products to use & shes always on top of cleanliness when in the studio!

I had a really great experience here after transferring from a different location. Mikala is a GEM and was absolutely hilarious. I never thought Id say I actually had fun getting a wax! Her top notch work ended up just being a bonus. I mentioned some problem areas and she took care of them. If youre looking for comfort and quality then go see her!!

Ive only gotten a wax one time and it was at someone elses salon. The lady kept hating on EWC and saying she was so happy I went to a REAL salon (then proceeded to say some not so nice comments to me about me). A couple of days later I experienced some serious pain and ingrown hairs. For my second wax I decided to check out EWC. I got my wax from Mckenzy for the first time here and she was super sweet, speedy, and professional. The wax was not painful at all and would (and already have!) recommend to a friend. The atmosphere wasnt awkward at all and every staff member was incredibly friendly. Afterwards, Mckenzy exposed me to relevant products that would suit my skins needs instead of pushing me to buy a ton of unnecessary products. I ended up buying the Smooth Me Ingrown Serum, a package, and booked my next appointment. I cant wait to come back in four weeks!

I’m very happy with my experience. All the employees are very knowledgeable. I entered the salon and was greeted with a huge smile. I was never pressured into spending more. I was treated with respect. My comfort was constantly taken into consideration. I would highly recommend males and females to do all waxing at European Wax Center!!

Hands down the best waxing experience I have ever had. I had been going to a different salon for years and cannot believe the difference. This wax is so much better, it smells nicer, and it hurts less. I do not know how you do it but I will not be going anywhere else! Its been a few weeks and this ingrown hair serum actually works. My skin still looks incredible. Im so happy and love my skin!

I really enjoy coming here. I have a great experience every time I come in. I just bought a wax pass because they are having a really good promotion on them until the end of December. I definitely recommend going in to get a wax pass because they do end up saving you a lot of money so it’s well worth the purchase!

I went here to get my eyebrows done for the first time. My eyebrows are very thick so I was afraid they would mess them up or ruin them. But they exceeded my expectations. The technician doing my brows was very professional, pleasant, and good at her job. The wax barely even hurt and the end result of my brows were very pretty and satisfied me very much with keeping the thickness of them. The receptionists were also very professional and friendly. The establishment is clean and a good place. If I could give a better review than 5 stars I would’ve. This

I have been a regular here for two years now. Ive seen more than 7 specialists here and they are wonderful. Some better than others, naturally but overall Im happy. They keep me coming back with their passes which are a great deal when purchased in bulk.I havent purchased any of their products because Im skeptical and they seem overpriced in comparison to others I can find online.I will also add that they have a strict appointment policy and your appointment will be canceled if you dont arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time!

An important factor to me when I go to a salon is that it’s very clean and European wax center is VERY clean. I also loved not having to shave for weeks so now I will never go back to shaving! Highly recommend!

Went there for the first time ever and had a really good visit, I dont typically do these kinds of things but a nice lady by the name of Hanna did my eye brows. She was made me feel comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend Hanna if its your first time or just need someone who knows what theyre doing.

Tried European Wax Center for the first time this week and loved it. Im very particular about my brows and Taylor took the best care of me and my brows possible! She went over the process with me and showed me multiple times in the mirror what she was doing so I was able to pick and chose the exact shape I wanted. This place rocks for brows and Im confident they rock at any other service as well. And the front desk service was great!

I went in to Shakopee European wax center on Monday the 14th and got my eyebrows done and the customer service at the front desk was great she was very knowledgeable and made my experience great!!! I like that you can get in later at night. All in all they are a great wax center and highly recommend!!!

In town visiting my family and loved the wax center and the wax that they use.  Made an appointment and Taylor did a great job waxing me. I never had my legs done before and loved that the wax did not burn me or rip my skin. Very gentle. April checked me in and out and she was just a sweetheart. Everyone  is very friendly and puts you right at ease.

Came in yesterday and I was greeted by Haley, she was very friendly and informative and seemed very experienced. She knew exactly what she was doing!! I got a brazilian from Amanda, who is new but VERY good. She was very nice and funny, and she made my wax painless and easy. I loved my results and will definitely be returning to be serviced by Amanda. I loved the whole experience and the amazing results.

I had my first Brazilian wax and it was with Amber. She did such an amazing job and was very knowledgeable about all their products, what happens to the follicles and skin before and after a wax, and she was able to recommend what I should do for my next wax and when I should come in. She was great and made my first Brazilian quick and painless. The receptionist Katie was also really helpful with giving me discounts and letting me know how I can get their next deals. I recently just tried out EWC Shakopee. I was greeted by the manager. She was very welcoming and friendly. This was my first time waxing my brows so I did have a lot of questions. She genuinely took the time and educated me about their products, services, and their waxing process they offer. LOVE their wax, it was painless and quick! Needless to say I will be coming back again. I referred my sister because they have a great referral program as well!

I have gone to other locations of European Wax centers and been thrilled with the service and the job they have done. This particular location fell more than short. My eyebrows were a train wreck and they didn’t even seem to care. The experience with location has ended my business relationship with the entire chain of stores.

First time ever getting waxed. I got a Brazilian wax done by Amber. She made me feel very comfortable by explaining every step of the waxing process to me before starting. She continued to explain things as she was waxing. She even warned me which parts were the most painful which helped me mentally prepare for it. She helped distract me by keeping conversation going and was constantly asking me how I was doing. She hooked me up with some after-care products which I didnt end up needing to use, but its nice to have for future waxes. The pricing seems fair (first wax was $25, normally its $50), and new customers get free waxes on eyebrows and underarms if I remember correctly. I wasnt interested in getting those waxes my first time, so they said I could save the free ones for another time which is really nice. I will be going back here in the future.

I was reluctant to go, as this is not really my thing. But my wife asked that I waxed my eyebrows, so before our anniversary I decided to get it done for her. I came to the European Wax Center in Shakopee, and even though they could see my reluctance, the management and staff were very understanding and helpful. Carissa, the manager, ensured I would leave happy, and wax specialist Taylor listened to my demands and made sure I didnt leave looking less manly or perpetually surprised. In fact, my eyebrows looked pretty damn good. Not sure if and when Ill ever do this again, but if I do I will definitely be coming back to this place. Thanks!

Visited the European Wax Center for the first time to get my chest waxed, the wax Specialist Amber took good care of me and explained in good detail everything that was happening as this was my first wax. It was fast and easy, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Friendly front desk people too!

Received eyebrow waxing. The waxing experience did not leave my skin feeling irritated or raw and the esthetician even asked if I would like my eyebrows filled, which was a nice touch that made me look and feel more complete.
