Overall the store is pretty good as of May 2021. The Rx manager has a tendency to be on the gruff side, but hes also been incredibly helpful and always efficient. He may come across as cranky, but I get the sense he takes his job seriously and has integrity. As far as not having orders ready and such - yes its inconvenient to have to wait another 10-20 minutes sometimes, but it isnt for a lack of hard work - Ive never once seen any lazyness among the Rx staff, and every pharmacist Ive observed @ Tasha Drive has been working their tail off doing 2-3 things at once at all times while on their feet. There are many options available to be notified the moment your prescription is ready for pickup. So to be fair, I think the pharmacy is quite good.

I went today to get my flu shot. The people in the pharmacy were very busy and worked as fast as they could to help everyone. I give them a lot of credit to do what they do and everyone was so nice and polite.

The staff where very rude gave me and the people i was with dirty looks, refused to sell me something just because i wasn’t paying separate, then continued to give me dirty looks. i have never felt so uncomfortable and so disrespected in a store.

I work as a nurse in community and frequently order meds into this pharm, and sometimes I get some attitude from the female Pharmacist I won’t say her name . Other than that staff are friendly and the store is always clean

I would give -10 stars for customer service from Lori the cashier if possible. Every time I go to this Walgreens and Lori is the cashier I get treated horribly. I even stopped going there for the longest time just to avoid her because of the last run in. Last time she ignored me in the check out line and continued to ring up other customers that came up after me. When I confronted her about it she said she didn’t see me there and was just rude so I stopped going there. So I started back about a month or so ago and the other cashiers have been friendly and welcoming and have an nice day. Today I decided to stop there because I needed to get some disposable briefs and loperamide and pedialyte and a list of other things for a sick family member before heading off to my shift. I had my things in the basket you carry by hand. After Lori was laughing and being absolutely friendly and conversing with the lady in front of me, she turns to me and very rudely tells me to take out all of my stuff in the basket I set upon the counter. I’m thinking, here we go again. So I take out everything except those small 1 lb package of goodnites 14 count for my son too because they are the only store that stocks the small package and not the big 50 count box like other stores. Take those out from the basket on the counter she states rudely again and today I wasn’t having it. So I asked for a manager and got the shift leader who says the manager will call me on Sunday. So then Lori says she just had heart surgery and can’t lift anything. I’m a nurse, I can understand that but I just saw you lifting that other lady’s items and didn’t say anything to her and helped her update her email or phone number for something so next time when she shops. I took out everything but the small goodnite underwear. I took out both pedialytes because they are heavy but you still had to lift the 2 pedialytes that I took out for you to scan them and bag them along with the 2 loperamide bottles that aren’t heavy and another package is disposable briefs for another family member and a few other items. And maybe you should not be working now to recover? Short term or long term disability not to mention working there is putting you at high risk for covid? So then she barks at me “Put your phone number in”. At first I’m thinking to myself, “Put my phone number in, why?” But then I realize it’s because if I’m a rewards member. If you can imagine someone snarling out you the customer who just spent over $50 on stuff. So then I realized she was telling me to put my number in for rewards but I don’t have a rewards account. She didn’t offer to sign me up or anything which is fine because I probably would’ve declined because of her treatment of me. But at least bare minimum customer service is what I expect from Lori. Hello or welcome to Walgreens and thank you for shopping at least.

Every time I go there for medication it’s never ready. I go back when it’s supposed to be ready and they make you wait. This store is lousy and most the employees seem miserable working. It’s a shame because now I’m officially changing to cvs. Walgreens has lost my respect for the last time.

There are two PAYING customers in the store and the clerk? Manager? Wont help me check out after previously helping someone else. I had four items--including a $10 pad of post its that I wasnt thrilled about. Atrocious customer service. Im happy to go elsewhere Youve lost my business.

Amazing Pharmacy and photo lab. Every department and individual who Ive come across over the years have been friendly and helpful. Joshua is a valuable asset to the company as he is a flexible employee who I frequently see work throughout the store. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. I really love going here to my local Walgreens. Everyone truly works hard here.

The worst customer service from cashier to Mgr.Bought a Macys GC with cash and tried to use it online. Wouldnt work. Discovered fine print @ Macys.com that states GCs cannot be used to order online but STORES ARE CLOSED.Cashier and MGR said they would not give refund but that stores would be opening in a week.Walgreens is selling GCs that YOU CANNOT USE.

Went to try to print off several things. Couldn’t figure out how to get something to fit correctly onto the canvas prints. Nobody so much as offered to help. I tried asking once and all the feedback I got was that if it doesn’t look correct on there it won’t print right.

THE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. There are only TWO people working at the pharmacy on the weekends. Expect a long wait at the pharmacy EVERY time you pick up your meds. They definitely need to hire more people. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY BECAUSE ITS NOT GOING TO BE FAST. PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER. I feel so sorry for the people who actually show up to work in the pharmacy because they look like they try their best to make things work.

I have a work comp prescription that isnt difficult to deal with but the pharmacy has notoriously screwed up and left me with empty promises. Theres ALWAYS an issue. My rx is never ready, they never run it through work comp like they are suppose to which then in turns ends up me paying cash because its a medication I need and cant wait for. Each time I call a day in advance. They act like its all taken care of on the phone. We go to pick up and they say we dont have a prescription for you. I have to argue about who I spoke to the day before. They go to the next person in line while they try to figure out their head from their butt and I end up waiting hours over something that was promised the day before. Horrible service for someone who just had surgery.

Very poor customer service. A few of the female staff are grouchy & moody. They dont encourage customers to circle around if their prescriptions are not ready, so long lines & waiting more then 15minute should always be expected.The pharmacy staff will make feel like youre inconveniencing them every time you arrive.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Had to call twice just to get them to call my pharmacy and request my prescription although I said on the first call they had to call and request it (Which they should already know) just to give me the run around calling my pharmacy again to be told they need to call. Get here hours later it’s not ready then they can’t find my insurance and I’ve been picking up for 10 years, same insurance. LAZY! Don’t go here.

If youre going for common household products, then walgreens is perfect. Bathrooms products, makeup, liquor, vitamins, stuff like that. Otherwise there is not much else to find here. Service is hit or miss, but I have never had any issues with the staff before and overall they are pretty friendly here.

An on duty supervisor was arguing with off duty employees in the sales floor. Totally Unprofessional. The supervisor stated she didnt know the employee needed help because she was focused on what she was doing... nice heads up work environment. The team member obviously needed some help. Customer service starts from the top down and leadership in this store is obviously lacking.

Ive been sitting in my car at the pharmacy window for ten minutes. No one has said a word. I click the call button and then Im told to hold if you are busy, at least tell people waiting in your window you are backed up. Not let them sit there for 10 mins.

Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy. I was told that my prescription wasn’t ready but they’d have it done in 15-20 min. So I ran some errands and came back after 20 min. I checked in and was told that they hadn’t even received my prescription. I don’t know why this wasn’t told to me in the first place as it could have been alleviated the first time around. Terrible customer service - not even an apology was given. Stay far away and find a decent pharmacy for your own good. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going here for a long time. At first they were great. Now it’s like they don’t care and no one in the pharmacy wants to be at their job. I was put on hold after asking for the pharmacist for problems concerning my order. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Pharmacist finally picks up and says he’s going to put to a tech. The next hold was 15 minutes. The tech then had to put me on hold again to ask the pharmacist the question I had in the first place. Almost an hour and I still didn’t get an answer. Then they filled a partial refill and told me my insurance didn’t cover the rest yet I was not allowed to pay cash for the remainder. My insurance people said that was bologny. I ended up losing the remainder of the refill. When I switched my insurance the pharmacy made me go 5 days without my refills while they waited for my new insurance to contact them!!!!! they were supposed to call the insurance. So I don’t know what’s changed but I will never go back to that pharmacy and be treated like that again.

The pharmacy here is ridiculously slow! When I visited here most recently, I waited in the pharmacy drive thru for nearly half an hour to pick up one prescription; by the time I got in line there were only 4 cars ahead of me! It should not take that long. What made my most recent trip even worse is that by the time I got to the pick up window, I was told my prescription wasnt ready and that they needed a couple more minutes. How was it not ready?!?!?! They had over an hour to get it ready! The lady at the window even told me to drive around and get back in line, and that my prescription would be ready by the time Im back at the window. No way in hell was I going to wait in that line again! I asked her how much more time they needed and she said only 2 minutes. I told her I might as well wait at the window since Iv already waited half an hour in line. This lady then got moody with me and said shed have to cotact the cops if I didnt move! At this point I left and said screw it.What makes the whole event even worse is that by the time I got home, I noticed I received an email from Walgreens 5 MINUTES before I even got to the pick up window saying that my order was ready!

Had to wait an exceptionally long time for meds, with a toddler who has the flu. I went through the drive through to help prevent exposing ppl.... I went through it 3 different times each time being told it would be another 20min.... ugh

The worst customer service ever. Every time I try to fill a script, they say “oh its not ready, it will be another 15 minutes” regardless if I come right from the dr office or hours later. No one is ever kind and smiling. They all appear to hate being at work. We are done using this pharmacy.

Really bad customer service! Both the pharmacist (Mark) and Amanda the clerk were extremely rude. The lines were long and Im sure they were overwhelmed, but as the customer, Ive also been waiting too and they were so unfriendly. Wont be giving them my business in the future.

The cashier was so rude and disrespectful. I have always went to Walgreens to get few items that I needed instead of going to big stores, but the way this lady treated me and gave me the worst attitude, it just left a bad taste. I will never shop at this Walgreens ever. I would rather take the long lines of other stores than a crappy service. Note to that lady that was cashiering on Thursday 4/13/17 at around 6 pm! Treat people how you want to be treated.

Such HORRIBLE customer service this older lady with blonde hair by the last name of angel was soo racist with me she started arguing with me in front of my 7 year old child the other day and tried throwing the card swiper at me all because I had asked her politely to look up my rewards card using my full name instead of my phone number since I don’t remember the number I had signed up with when I spoke up aince I felt I was being harassed she told me to go look for a manager and will not call one up for me I finally found one and was trying to explain the situation she walks up to me and little boy in SUCH anger she was so angry she was literally stalking and trying to instigate the situation I was appalled at SUCH EXTEAMLY horrible service not only that but my little child having to go thru something like that his own mother literally being attacked by a cashier the manager had to step in and calm her down while I stood there quietly waiting for her to calm down it’s beyond disgusting older people act in such a way and still have positions that they have to interact with people in a daily basis

Only getting 1 star because it makes you give 1. I have spend hundreds of dollars having my photos printed at your store in the past couple of years, and today, I had 3 prints done, and your manager refuses to let my girlfriend, whose name was on the order as the pickup person have the photos without a release form. RIDICULOUS, my name is on the order, her name is on the order as well, but since I have MY watermark on MY photo you say you cannot give it to her???? This has NEVER been an issue before, but now it is, because you have 1 employee who wants to try and be a hero and say she is just trying to protect someone?? GET A CLUE! My name is on the order, my credit card info is on the order, and MY name is on the photo.....zero reason for me to even have to be on the phone trying to get MY photos given to someone. Pretty bad when Walmart becomes a BETTER option for business.

To Whom It may I concern:Eng my mom had been customer with Walgreen for along time also, she was 87 year ago now.And today she was try to stop by and get the flu shot but one pharmacy staff was turn her down without asking more than one questions even if she was provide all different medical card to the pharmacy staff.
