Such amazing, efficient and helpful customer service!! Right when I arrived, I knew that I was in great hands! I was walked through every thing that needed to be done with great suggestions and support. Detailed estimated bill was printed before service was rendered so there were no surprises. I brought the work truck in for 2 tires to be put on replacement wheels and balanced because the rims were bent and one started leaking. I decided to use heartland because they promised to have the truck done by 930 am. I told them we were in a hurry. So we had to wait until 1030 when they called to tell me the truck needed $4000+ for repairs. Most of which were over priced, or altogether unnecessary. Like how they wanted $300+ dollars for a license plate bulb. Or $400 for plugs and wires... Plus when I asked if the tires were done I was told a guy was working on it. I made no small mention of the hurry I was in to get the truck back. That truck is a crucial part of the company. But instead of making a life long customer, they lost this one, and the company I work for, permanently. Never again will we do business. Personally they seem like scammers so I would avoid them.

Went for an oil change and asked to see whats wrong with my engine and and the older gentleman gave me some serious attitude about taking it to someone else for maintenance. His demeanor was much difference with the customer before me and was incredibly friendly but told me nothing was wrong and if I needed help he simply said youll just waste our time you have someone who takes care of it right? Dont think Id come back anymore because I really need help with my car and he completely disregarded it.

I needed an on call oil change and was able to be serviced right away with wonderful customer service! Prices were better than anywhere around as well. Definitely a great place to have your vehicle serviced.

My alternator failed while driving, so I came here to have a replacement installed.I couldnt get service for the same day I called, but making an appointment for another day was easy. They installed a new alternator, serpentine belt, and tension pulley. The staff was pleasant and the service was quick. They did suggest I needed a new battery, which I declined, and have since had no problems with my battery.Be aware that if you visit their website for an instant quote, the actual cost of the service may be drastically different than what is quoted. My online quote was for approximately $250, but the total cost was over 3x that estimate.

Fast service and friendly staff.I had a tire that gave up the ghost on the morning of Christmas Eve. The staff here was quick and courteous, and offered great service while I waited to have a new set of tires installed.A week or so later, my mother in law stopped in to get her tires checked due to a tire pressure sensor acting up. They treated her professionally and helped her resolve the issue.Heartland Tire offers small town honesty in a busy location. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Weve been going to this location for years and had always gotten good service. However, lately, the whole tone of the store has changed and not for the better. We took our sons car in for a chronic tire leakage problem. Multiple tires on his car were leaking. After the first couple of visits, they said he needed a new tire. Ok, fine, so we put the new tire on. Tires still continued to leak. The car was brought in several more times for various tires leaking. Each time, they said they repaired the leak. Two weeks ago, they said we needed two new tires so we put on two new tires. The addition of these two new tires means this car has had 4 new tires in the last year. A few days ago, one of the new tires began to leak. We brought it in and they said it was the tire pressure sensor that was out and we would have to repair that too. Between the two new tires and the sensor, there was several hundred dollars in play. We challenged them on why they didnt catch the sensor issue when they sold us the new tires. They knew this car had been having tire leakage issues because it had been in several times. They didnt have a good answer and their attitude was less than helpful. We actually took the car in for a second opinion, which turned out to be a bad gasket replaced for $28 dollars.Also this week we took our other sons new car in. They suggested a $900+ repair that, at the time, we turned down. After getting a second opinion on that cars issue, we were told the suggested repair was not necessary.Consultations with several other mechanics about these cars issues made us feel like we were being hoodwinked. We feel this Goodyear has become terribly dishonest over the last several months. We will not be taking our cars to this store anymore.

I recently paid them to do an all-over check on my car during an oil change. They said my CV boot on front left axle was torn, causing oil spray all over my tire....cost to repair almost $500. I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and he showed me that the boot was in good condition with no tears. I am outraged with such a scam! I went in to tell them what I discovered but they didnt believe me and wanted to take my tire off to do what? Tear the boot so they were right? The thought that they would have charged me hundreds of dollars for a non-existence problem makes me so angry. They will never touch my car again! Get a second opinion!!

Ive been bringing my car to them for years now and I cant think of one bad experience! They are so honest and fair with their pricing. Once they told me an issue with my car and said it wont effect anything so probably not worth the money to fix... they are fantastic!

Wanted to charge me $90 to replace a cabin filter. Told them I could do it myself. I ordered the filter for a whopping $10 and did it myself only to find they threw away my filter anyways.....

Prices were extremely high. Stopped today to have front(not rear) brakes and rotors replaced on a 2013 f350 gasser(not diesel) and their quote was $1,266.00. A competitor, Independent Auto Service, quoted me $620.00 for all OEM parts. Less than half of what Goodyear wanted for the exact same thing. Staff, including the owner, were very nice but their prices were outrageous.

I’ve brought my vehicle here for the past 6 years and never had this kind of experience before. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I’ve always paid the same price at this place and I didn’t think much of it when I didn’t get the slip before swiping my card but upon walking out the door noticed it was 45 dollars and went back to check on the price difference. I told the manager I always paid the same price coming here and was just simply asking about it!! It’s always been right around 25 dollars and the guy literally printed an old receipt and rudely said DOES A COMPUTER LIE? wow just unbelievable!! I couldn’t even believe his response and rudeness at all! I will never EVER come back here to deal with this person again. My husband actually called in because I was pretty upset and this guy told my husband IM A LIAR AND NEVER SAID TO ME YOU CAN LEAVE AND RUDLY WAVED ME OUT THE DOOR. Um yes you did! Just overall bad service and business. Keep the money I’m not even going to waste my time.

Well they are good at putting little tires on and taking little tires off heck they even know how to fix little tires. And now, the new and improved Shakopee Goodyear can do all of these things to medium and large tires as. Do give them a wheel, I mean a whirl!! They specialize in getting you rolling down the road... so to speak..

Nice staff and quick service, but there is no where to change a baby diaper. Caregivers get our oil changed/vehicles worked on too. I had to choose between changing my child in the grass for everyone to see or laying her on the public bathroom floor.

They are always quick and helpful. Any time i stop by to get my oil checked, change or rotate my tires, or even fix something big, they greet me like a friend. Its good service that i find is rare. I will keep going back.

Unethical and dishonest (partially). After receiving a quote (AC replacement) for double what I expected, I asked for a cost break down. I was told the shops parts cost were $425 for the AC compressor and $219 for the condenser. They have a standard mark up of 50% so I would be charged $850 for the compressor and $440 for the condenser. These are 100% mark-ups and absurd. When I said the math was wrong and that 50% mark up would $638 (1.5 x 425) I was told that they needed to maintain a 50% margin to keep water in my pool and this is America, we all need to make a profit. Unethical and dishonest, but ... honest enough to tell me he was charging me absurd fees to pad his pockets and fill his pool. Do not do business with these people.Im an engineer (pretty good with math most days) and my father is a store manager at a non-independently operated Goodyear. I had him quote me the same repair as he would charge anyone normal customer.. $1200 to $1300 vs the $1930 Heartland Goodyear ( independently owned) quoted.

People there are kind and respectful. The first time I went there, they made everything easy to understand, and were very helpful. I really do recommend this place.

I was charged $125 for an hours worth of work that actually took less than 5 minutes for my non-mechanic boyfriend to diagnose.If I would known that I had to pay that much; I would not have gone through with the service. They didnt tell me this beforehand.They didnt disclose any prices beforehand, and it feels like they just charge whatever they want for the minimal amount of work they did.

I went in for new springs for my Mercedes and I couldnt be happier! Not only did they come in less expensive than other quotes but I got more for my money. My car drives like its brand new! Normally Goodyear is my go-to repair shop as they’ve always done right by me. But a recent experience has left me second-guessing this location and Goodyear in general.I made an appointment to have a leveling kit installed in my truck. It was just the front strut extensions that you place on top of the strut assembly. The appointment was at 7:30am and I had dropped my truck off the night before so they could get started on it right away in the morning.3 hours went by and at 10:30am I got a call asking if anyone had given me a quote on the service. The guy told me they wanted to make sure I was okay with the price before they pulled it in and began working on it. That’s fine, at least they hadn’t waited until the service was complete and then tell me how much I owed them, but I’m wondering how and why it took them 3 hours to call me or even bring my truck in when I had an appointment at 7:30am. On top of that, they told me it would take them until 4pm to have it done.Another thing, they quoted me $612 to install this leveling kit. Guy said it’d take 3-4 hours for his techs to pull the strut assemblies out and put them back in....when me and my dad had attempted the same job, it took us an hour to complete one side.I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman. Charging over $600 for a job that Tintmasters could do for $300 in about the same amount of time? No way. Totally feel ripped off and I will probably do what I can to avoid bringing a vehicle here for them to work on.

I always have a good experience at this Goodyear. We typically buy our tires here. While there may be places that are slightly cheaper if you really shop around, I appreciate knowing that their shop is close and any repairs will be covered by the warranty (extra but well worth it). Keep an eye out for oil change coupons.

Brought in my dodge diesel pickup. Had an oil change, fuel filter, and fuel water separator replaced. They were very efficient and were able to do it for $400 less than the dealer. Definitely recommend them and will be coming back.

Dont ever go to this place. Worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I went in to get new tires put on that I provided myself and they screwed up my car. They couldnt get my locked lug nuts out and broke them and also damaged my rims. I came back after an hour to see if they were done and they werent. They came to me and told me they broke a bolt on my control arm and gave me a bill of $486 to fix it. They had the audacity to say that I had to pay for their mistakes. They just said that they dont take liability and passed it off like it was nothing. TERRIBLE PLACE. They will break something and charge you a lot to fix it. At the end they were trying to charge me for an alignment that they didnt even finish. Save your money and time. Go to discount tire to get actual quality service.

This Good Year does a great job when it comes to oil changes and recommendations. Ive always assumed that any car shop would try to up sell you on something, but they only provide recommendations based on safety. Appointments are not necessary but do help with time.

DON and LOGAN were the best!! I came in without an appointment needing help with my windshield wipers, and they both took about 30 minutes or so helping me solve my problem!!!! They had great customer service at the front desk as well! They were awesome

Do not ever bring your vehicle here!! I dropped it off for an oil change, they told me theyd have it done the same day. Nope didnt happen. I dropped my vehicle off at noon, called the place at 6pm...was told they havent worked on it yet. It closes at 7pm. So they kept my vehicle overnight...not knowing thats the ONLY family car I have. Never coming here again!!!

Went in expecting to pay around $300 for new rear brakes. They came back with a $1400 estimate for brakes, calipers, brake fluid flush, injection fluid flush, and spark plugs. I took my car to a mechanic I trust, who told me I only needed brakes and spark plugs. I spent $400. So glad I got a second opinion and didnt get taken advantage of.

My girlfriend went in and got an estimate for a fuel pump replacement easy fix as the cover for the pump is right in the trunk. They tried making her pay 500$ for a fuel pump and 150 for the labor if it isnt one way a shop will try to get you its another. Instead we found a cheaper pump at o reilys for 130$ and took it to them. Then they charged us 20$ for bringing in a different part then there own!!

My sisters car broke down with myself and two young kids in the car an hour away from home. Instead of telling her they wouldnt be able to even look at the car until the next day. These guys took her car in, checked it, gave her a diagnosis and how much it would cost to repair in a matter of a half hour. On top of that they gave us a loaner car and made sure the car was repaired right away the next morning. When she went to go pay they had given her a discount, which was not expecting. I would recommend this Goodyear to anyone in the area. Great customer service and great mechanics.

Service here was quick, cost more than it should and the repair and parts I asked for were incorrect. When asking for a refund I was told theres nothing they could do and was promised a phone call from the store manager. No phone call.If you have tire needs drive a bit further to the Discount Tire off Old Carriage Court, theyll treat you right.

I used to take my car here to get my oil changed, but stopped due to them recommending unnecessary repairs. The last time I took my car here they stated that the rubber boots on my CV joint were ripped and that no grease was left. They used fear to try to convince me to have the work done by stating that my wheels would eventually lock up if I didn’t change them out. Little did they realize I was about to embark on doing my own vehicle maintenance. Without looking at the boots beforehand, I ordered new CV joint assemblies so I could replace the whole assemblies myself. I replaced them without issue, but I noticed that the old boots only had surface cracks on the rubber. This is a far cry from what they explained to me. Surface cracks are expected on an old car and they are no reason to spend $350 to replace them (what they wanted to charge me). Since they were only surface cracks, all the original grease was still left in them and they were functioning normally. I certainly wouldn’t have replaced them if I had known this before. I took the original CV joint assemblies back to them and gave them a chance to explain. They agreed that they were only surface cracks on the boots, and said their recommendation was due to miscommunication between the technician and the front desk person. Miscommunication doesn’t cause surface cracks to become open cracks that let all the grease out and will cause your wheels to lock up. I feel this was deliberate deception on their part. I know two other people who used to take their cars here and have stopped due to this type of misleading practice; one of whom let them change the rubber boots on his CV joint and they gave him the same “no grease left” story. I would not let them do any more than an oil change (I won’t even let them do that anymore). At the very least, I would get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic before doing any work on your car. It’s people like this who give mechanics a bad name.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MECHANICS. It took 5 times within 2 weeks for these people to fix the U-joint on my car. Each time they took it on a test run and didnt discover that it was the U-joint until 4th time. Then i had to take it back because apparently they forgot to put grease. Each time i asked for an explanation or refund for customer service, one of the managers put the blame on me. He said that because I didnt specify that the issue was a VIBRATION rather than a NOISE i heard, they couldnt find the problem. I couldnt believe they were not willing to take ownership of their horrible service. The man never wanted to listen to what i had to say. The first 3 times they fixed everything BUT the main issue. I spent over a 1000$ trying to get the fix done, trusting that they were trying to help me. In the end, these are the kind of mechanics that everyone fears.AGAIN,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MECHANICS.DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE

I was given two different quotes on consecutive days for the same set of tires. I also found them to be more expensive compared to other Goodyear stores. On avg the price was $20 higher per tire compared to other stores and manufacturers website

Horrible experience, I just got yield at and called names... The manager was the one insulting me, I came with a coupon that THEY send me in the mail, I asked why i wasnt being charged what the coupon said and because I asked a second time he threw the coupon and me and it went on.If you can avoid this place DO IT. There is one by Cub Food with way better service.

They had a fun customer appreciation day and great customer service. They got my tire fixed right away when j needed a patch! However, when I went for my oil change and tire rotation, they told me I had some service work that was needed, right around $1100 total.I followed up with my Subaru dealer since much of the work would be covered under the warranty. They told me that the leaking of my strut ($800) was just natural lubrication and no reason to spend the money on it. I was also told by Lemetry Auto that the brakes ($300) were not needing to be switched out yet...So in conclusion, they are nice guys, they get your work done in a timely fashion, but I would be cautious before doing any major work here.

I brought my vehicle in because my front end was shaking and they put it on the hoist and told me they could find nothing wrong and told me to just drive it around until something gives out and then fix it. I went to the neighboring gas station and grabbed my drive axle behind the tire and was able to twist it so it was bad get home take the tire off and what used to be my motor mount was a top plate barely held on by a mangled peice of metal...i will never return or recommend anyone to take their vehicle there its like they didnt even look

They messes my truck up bad. Had them do ball joints month later needed new ones Cuz they didnt put them on right. Had them fix my heat the idiots didnt take the water out of my coolant mixture and flush the system so when it got cold it froze in the line and cracked them. And now my heat dont qork. They put new 4 wheel drive in my truck and threw my old one away and then couldnt get it to work and then wanted me to pay for something they didnt fix.. worst service ever!! Place should be shut down or everyone should be fired and get new employees..

I think it really sucks that no priority is given to existing customers that come in with a flat. Next available appointment is 3 days and the wait time for a walk-in today is 2-3 hours.I should have known better than going back after they mounted the directional tires on my Mothers car backwards.Ill pay out of pocket and get my flat repaired at Goodyear by appointment today.

Needs to be shut down. They will break parts on your car for a regular service and then come to you with a bill for what they broke on your car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
