Being young Im not used to making big transactions but with my help of a of an experienced Elder and knowledgeable car enthusiast (my dad), I got to encounter an honest dealer who showed me the truth about the car that I purchase with photo evidence about the cars history, I bought it because its was so reasonably priced or a third gen Prius, sound, drives straight, and I can go on with details. Im very excited and would consider buying through him again.

Renat has to be one of the most honest, polite, and helpful dealers I have ever met. A lot of salesmen at dealerships are all smiles, but I doubt they are anywhere near as sincere as he is. Id recommend that anyone look for a car here before they look anywhere else. Once again I bought a car from there he continued to tell me whos in contact me I have not had a return phone call or return message you make yourself look good on his page meanwhile he has put me in a car after I explained him that this card needs to go back and forth to pick up my daughter who lives in North Dakota every other weekend in a car that the suspension is so bad that if it breaks I will lose all control of my steering this car has been looked over by his fathers shop and he knew everything that was wrong with it but he told me it was the brakes said nothing under $3,000 can be warranted however the total was 3,200 and something very unpleased with this and has put me in my family in a really bad situation I will never refer anyone here nor will I ever come back here ever again I feel taken advantage of and disrespected by the ignorance ⚖️

MAKE SURE YOU GET PROMISES MADE IN WRITING. Renat told me the 2010 rav4 I was purchasing had no issues. Told me he would fix the tpms sensor if it needed one, but he was pretty sure it just needed air in the tires. He said he had it looked at and it was in great condition. Turns out it needs a head gasket, rear brakes, all 5 tpms sensors, both rear axle seals, a sway bar, an 02 sensor, and clearly the oil pan/ lift points had been damaged from collision. All of this amounts to about 6000 dollars in labor on a vehicle I purchased for 7000 dollars. If it were just brakes/ tpms sensors I would understand this to be a mistake / oversight. The shop told me theres no way he missed all this stuff. The sales process was fine. He SEEMED to be straightforward and honest. A tire blew out on my way home from the dealership, which he did drive all the way to my house to help me fix. However he refused to do anything about all of the other glaring issues with the car, or take it back, as he already had my money. As long as you make absolutely sure you get the cars thoroughly inspected before you purchase, and get EVERY PROMISE HE MAKES YOU IN WRITING, buying a car from here is probably fine. Unfortunately he came off as such a nice guy, and I was in need of a vehicle fast, that I trusted his inspections of the vehicle, and took him on his word as far as the work he said he would do. I am now spending ~3500 dollars on the vehicle just to make it run without critical engine damage, and need to spend another ~2500 to fix problems that I can only afford to temporarily remedy for now.
