Excellent staff and customer service from our very first phone call. My son was backed into in a parking lot at his job. Our insurance company recommended Pearson. They got us in quickly for an estimate and handled the rest with the insurance companies down to the rental car. We didn’t have to do a thing except drop off the car and pick it up. Excellent work on replacing almost all of the panels on my GMC Terrain from hail damage. Very happy with the end product. Wish the timing was a little more realistic but, I understand that is the nature of the job. Will definitely be going back with any future issues!

My 1 year old Chevy Colorado truck had significant hail damage from golf ball sized hail around July 4th from N. MN. I was anxious and concerned how these big dents could come out of a jet black truck. OMGosh, I’m a raving fan. After damaging my side view mirror I stopped by for an estimate. The price I was quoted was absolutely outlandish for the simple repair I needed. They were charging more than six time the price for the part that could be found online. On top of that, the part they had in the estimate wasnt even the right part for my car. I was able to get the work one for about a third the price at a different shop. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you need work done.

Pearson was great! My car was in the shop for 4 days for fairly extensive body work and they had a loaner for me at no extra cost, which saved my week. They provided timely updates, and when I picked up my car it had all new floor mats! This winter I had the unfortunate luck of going into a small snowy ditch off a road near my home and causing a bit of cosmetic damage to the front of my 2009 VW Passat. Given this is my first accident, I was beyond lost and worried about what to do and where to go. Luckily my insurance covered most the cost of repairs, and the top shop they recommended - Pearson Auto Body - was able to see me within the month and restore my car back to the way it was! Ken and the rest of the team there supplied me with all the information I needed, performed the repair in a timely manner, and even helped with a quick follow up when a small grille piece needed to be replaced. They made a rather stressful process as stress free as they possibly could, and I am very grateful for all the hard work they performed. Highly recommend, and would definitely return again - even though I hope I dont need more repairs done anytime soon!

I rarely get impressed enough to give a recommendation but Pearson Auto Body exceeded my expectations. My wife was in a car accident and we needed an auto body shop that we could trust. I’m very picky and want to see a place that cares about the quality of service as much as I do. Their website that features an application to give you an idea / estimate of the repairs was easy to use. Chad came and picked up the vehicle the same day I was in contact with them. They quickly got started and kept me posted on the progress. When it ended up being more costly to repair than the insurance company would approve, they handled all of the communication with the insurance company for the total loss. It is good to know that we can trust a company to do the right thing with the repairs and not just cover it up to get the business. I will continue to refer people to Pearson Auto Body when they are looking for a true partner in getting their car repaired to original condition. Pearson Auto Body has always been my first choice and go to place for auto body repairs. Unfortunately Ive had to go there several times over the last 30 years. Yes, 30 years or more! Ha! I know Bob Pearson personally and know that he is a perfectionist with his business and customer service. You can feel it from the minute you walk in, always courteous, up-to-date in knowledge and technology and ready to accommodate you. Even this last time when I brought my car in for minor repairs they returned the car to me with the interior vacuumed and cleaned up in better shape than when I brought it in. Definitely recommend Pearson Auto Body, had a great overall experience, and very happy with the results on my car!I had severely damaged my Subaru WRX with an roof rack accident. Several panels needed dent and paint repair. Having grown up doing auto body work, I’m very picky about my car’s appearance, and knowing the repairs are done well. My car is my baby, so I was really worried about picking a good shop to do the repair.I had stopped at a few different shops in the area. At each auto body I went to I asked for a shop floor tour and asked about the paint/clear brands they are using. I ended up picking Pearson’s to do the work. They were a pretty far drive from Maple Grove, but it was definitely worth it.The owner of Pearson’s gave me a tour, I got the picture that he is really involved in overseeing the work on each car. Basically also I got that same picture from the whole team there, most have worked there for a long time, and care about the quality of their work and the company. I was able to see several work in progress cars, all of the work looked excellent. Another thing I look for was whether any shortcuts are being taken or not, and I was able to see that they are not taking any shortcuts. A lot of shops try to cut cost in ways that hurt the quality, common examples being using excessive filler, skipping some of the disassembly and masking parts instead, which can lead to issues and normally leaves flaws in the paint that a trained eye can see. At Pearson’s they weren’t taking any shortcuts or using low cost finishing materials. The body work that they were doing looked excellent.When I dropped my car off at Pearson’s they gave me a loaner car, which was great since I would have needed to rent a car otherwise. The loaner car was a nice and clean, newer car and fuel efficient. When they finished the quote they gave me an ETA, and asked me how often I’d like to be updated. They came through with the updates once per week like I asked. Then the great thing was that they finished the car ahead of schedule! When I went to pick the car up they all recognized me. The owner took me out to show me the car. The car looks great! They also detailed and vacuumed the car (it was full of shattered window glass initially). The paint is like a new car, there is no way that a even a professional could look at the car and be able to tell that any of it has been repaired/repainted! The whole experience and quality of work with Pearson’s was excellent.

I recently brought my 2016 Ford F-150 into Pearson Auto Body for repairs due to a deer hit. They were so kind to give me a courtesy ride back to my office in Wayzata as I didnt need a rental or loaner car. The right front of my vehicle had substantial damage from the deer hit, and they noticed that the windshield was cracked all the way across and suggested that they could have that done separately from the deer accident as it was previously cracked, and not part of this claim and Im really a busy guy and appreciated them offering to handle this claim while my vehicle was in the shop much appreciated I also had a minor scrape in the box side from a previous episode in a parking ramp and wanted it brush touched but Bob suggested that it was too large to brush and suggested I could have Pearsons install an aftermarket chrome molding set that would cover my little scratch and also prevent door dings in the future much appreciated They sent me a photo of these moldings installed on another car for me to make the decision. I thought they bought me new floor mats too, as they were so clean and Bob told me that they steamed them with 2500 PSI steam so they looked new much appreciated I have been to Pearsons previously but when I saw that they were a Ford Motor Certified repair facility, that confirmed that I was in the right spot. Ive been to Pearson Auto Body twice in about three years and have always left happier than when I arrived. Pearson did an absolute fantastic job on my 2015 Jeep. It is actually better then when I bought it. I will continue to use them in the future as well as recommend them. Not only was staff fantastic and informative but they even went above expectations and filled my gas tank...what a fantastic experience and the job was beautifully done!

Good place to get the job done. I backed my brand new 2019 Chevy Colorado into my dirt bike rack. The next morning I brought her in and they checked it out. I got an appointment the next day bright and early. One hour later they had it done and ready to go and for the best price?!?!?! They charged be 15% of what the other places we’re quoting. Once again guys, thanks for doing this in such a short time notice!!!

I had a small repair from damage at a car wash, They were friendly and helpful through the whole process. They even buffed out some scratches on my hood for no charge and cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. For a loaner car I got a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruz to drive. Repair was a reasonable price. My car is an older SUV but I take very good care of it and they treated it very well. Will definitely do all my body work there. Convenient location next to cub foods.

I sustained damage to my rear bumper while I was not in the car a couple of months back. While it was parked someplace. Been doing a slow burn about it and finally decided to do something about it. Started googling auto body shops in the west metro last Sunday and Pearson Auto Body Shakopee came up. I went to their website on a Sunday and their customer service leader began helping me immediately, on a Sunday! I dropped my car off the same week and in about two and a half days I had my car back looking new. Awesome, helpful Team there at Pearson Auto Body Shakopee and Enterprise Rental Car is on site and they were extremely helpful as well.
