Great place. I Had a tire that was plugged back home but was leaking. The tire was unrepairable. They had a used tire I bought from them to get me home. Great shop very kind people. The tire was the same as on my van. Very nice tire. Thanks for there help. 5 stars.

I had a safety recall on my 2017 Ford edge that the dealership couldnt get a part in for over 5 weeks, Sevierville had the part in stock, squeezed me in right away and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours!!! Awesome service, friendly folks and even tho Ford will be reimbursing me, the pricing was more than reasonable. I cant say enough good things about these guys, Id give more than 5 stars if I could!

Those folks are so kind and accommodating, After being seriously Ill for 2 months, my car had been sitting for those two months. my tires were very low, they require nitrogen. When I pulled in I told them what I needed and they pulled the car in the garage aired them up and drove it right up to the front door..I offered to pay but he wouldnt take any money. Just really hospitable, nice people😊

One word, wonderful! We ran over a random key fob in the road that completely punctured one of our tires last night. The staff here was courteous, prompt and professional and had us back to the trails in under an hour with no appointment. I called numerous places who werent able to get me in for a week. Found another place down the street who gave me an estimate, that seemed quite expensive. And I am so happy we followed our gut. I called Sevierville Tire & Automotive, the woman at the front desk was so helpful and patient with all my questions. And I assume it was the owner who was also helping us out, great people! Visiting for vacation, hit a rock and got a gnarly slice out of my sidewall on a Sunday. Walked into the shop Monday morning and they were able to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced that afternoon. Very professional and understanding of the circumstances. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the area needing a repair.

Needed a brake job, thought the rotors needed to be turned. Turns out that a previous brake job wasnt done quite right so I had to get new rotors also. I didnt have an appointment and still from the time I walked in to the time I left was about a hour. I didnt even see the parts house driver show up, thats how quickly it was done. The price was way less expensive than I expected and I feel confident that the job was done expertly. I will definitely do business with them again. Ive already told at least a couple dozen people how great they did and how well they treated me. If you need work done on your vehicle I cant recommend them highly enough.

I’m a mechanic and a shop owner, and the only thing that I currently don’t have is an alignment rack, so I took my vehicle to this place to get an alignment. My wife goes to pick the vehicle up, and they inform her that one of the rear bolts were seized, so they couldn’t alight the right rear tire. The STILL charged my wife $70. As a shop owner, this isn’t okay. The reason alignments are $70 is because of the chance of seized bolts, and the time that comes with freeing them up. All they had to do was be a man and free the bolt, which isn’t hard - I can do it with my eyes closed. Very unprofessional and very lazy. Should have given half price if they weren’t going to do the entire job. Do NOT recommend and will be taking my vehicles and customer vehicles somewhere else. Last year on taxes I spent over $2,000 on alignments on customer vehicles, so their loss. Not something I would have done to a customer!

I have always purchased my tires for my personal & fleet vehicles from here! 5 starts all the way! One of our trucks even has a nickname from the owners The Texas Ranger Truck lol the owner and staff are super friendly and the work is top notch. I also had a new transmission shipped to them for the Ram truck that saved our lives in the Gatlinburg fires back in 2016 and they installed it within days! perfect service and good pricing. And this is the only place I will let touch my personal Ram Rebel that is still under warranty besides the dealer Rocky Top in Kodak. This place is closer and sometimes I just cant make time to drive to the dealer. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting good service! Words cannot describe the good character of these folks and the hard work that they do. They are also helpful for people from out of town whom need a repair. I simply cannot say more! 5 star service 😁

On vacation of course, came over pass and wore out older brakes on way in to Gatlinburg. Saturday Morning- came in early and it was already a very busy place- i was 5th brake job on a Saturday! (If they could have received parts for the 6th car they would have finished him too!) The manager, front desk team and mechanics were all friendly, fast and very willing to help! Received prompt service, honest repair time lines and parts issues break down- no padding or games. Great team! Highly recommend to anyone needing help. I was prepared to have to come back later in week since it was saturday, but they were able to get back brakes and rotors done before closing and at a very fair price for both wheels! (quote provided before repairs with tax and all!!) If i ever need repairs again they are my first call/stop! Thanks guys! Saved the vacation road trip!

Great group of folks, helped me out quickly while in a bind and didnt even charge.

Waited 20 minutes for a simple question to be answered. Asked the lady at front desk, she said ask some dude, then fails to tell him I had a question or show me who it is I should ask. Then goes on lunch break. Meanwhile the guy that answered my question had been in/out of the room constantly. So she literally just wasted my time and I could have had it answered within seconds. If you go there to ask a question, avoid asking the lady at the desk cause she could care less if you get help or answered.

I went here a few times for oil changes and tires after moving here and seeing good reviews for it online. I had decent experiences but once when I had some tire noise, I came in for an alignment and they did it and showed me the paperwork that it was at least better. Well as I pull out of the bump at the entrance, there’s a clunk noise coming from my right front wheel. As I head down Veterans Blvd, I hear a whirring noise coming from both front wheels as well at around 35 and increasing as the speed goes up. Obviously I’m not too happy about that. I took it to a shop that they had recommended me to before that had done good work for me previously to see what was going on with the clunk and whirring, roaring noises. The second shop said that one of the pieces hadn’t been put back right from the alignment and all they had to do was tighten it up. The worse part is that the whirring, roaring noises were front wheel bearings, one of which had already been replaced and the other will be replaced in a little bit. I explained to the second shop guy that these noises appeared right after I had been to Sevierville Tire & Automotive to have an alignment and he has no idea why they would have even touched the wheel bearings. I have no idea either but I will not send anyone here from now on. Honestly, I almost second guess going to the shop I now go to simply because they sometimes refer people to Sevierville Tire & Automotive. I don’t recommend this place.

Was on a short vacation and had an issue with my front brakes. I got there just as they were opening and they were able to get right to work on it. They replaced front brake pads and I was out in less than 45 minutes. The price was far less than I was expecting and only did the work that was needed. If I lived in this area this would be my go to place. Will definitely do business with them again if I ever need work done while visiting the area.

Got there and was told there would be a hour wait for a tire patch which I was okay with this but then I waited for 2 and a half hours while watching other people that the owners knew come in and get taken care of before me. Only when I was about to stand up and leave did they finally pull my car around and patch my tire. Completely wasted most of my day. Ridiculous.Edit: Woke up to a flat tire after my car sitting in my driveway for one day. Ill never go here again.

My wife and I traveled to Pigeon Forge this past week for a mini-vacation. Our Jeep developed a slow leak around the valve stem that seemed to become worse. We stopped into Sevierville Tire and Automotive on a Saturday to see about getting this fixed. Everyone there was very polite. We ended up waiting well over an hour, maybe closer to two, but there were people ahead of us and it hit lunch time. Once the Jeep was pulled outside, the kind lady behind the counter said we were good to go. They did not even charge us and would not let us pay. We could not believe it! They did not have to do that as we were not expecting a free fix. We would recommend this place and will return if the need arises next year as we plan on going back every year. Ive been reading reviews for a long time, wouldnt use any random business w/o consulting here first.That said, Ive never seen a place with so many consistent, glowing reviews. In turn, we took my Ford there last week, just dropped in for an appt for 4 new tires & replacing brakes & pads and rear hub assembly. Id needed this work forever. We bought the brakes/pads on our own & they used thoseIn and out in less than 24 hours w/o an appointment and may have been less than that except we had to wait for tire delivery. The repairs & tireshave been a lifesaver and so wll done. All of that labor, parts plus 4 better quality tires for a low price we never expected and were certainly quoted higher at other places .Super nice people that wasted no time, no games, no surprises .We just took our daughters car there today for new tires & brakes .Theres no chance of using any other place in this region .Thank yall so much for an easy, great experience!

They were able to stop the noise and make sure my car was completely safe. We were there less than an hour. Their staff and owner is super friendly. They were honest. No unneeded work or upselling. I had a minor vechile issue that we thought was more serious than it was. Called around and Sevierville Tire and Automotive was very helpful over the phone. Took my vechile there and was greeted with a friendly voice and an attentive desk receptionist. Rick was our technician, He was excellent in describing our problem and ensuring me that my travel home was safe. Due to time restrictions I couldnt let them do any repairs. Brought my car here cause my transmission went out. The amount they quoted me was high but had used them before and had always done decent work so I still went with them.They quoted me it would take 4-7 days. After they had my car for 21 days all they had done was remove the transmission. I pulled my car and brought it to another shop. I called them to inform them of this and pay them for the work they had done. The lady was extremely rude when I informed her I would be sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. She didnt apologize for the inconveniences and hung up the phone after telling to come get my car. Will never use again at this point I wouldnt even use them to put air in my tires.

Made our day! We had been traveling all day in rain, when the car showed all the tires being low because of the drop in temperature. We were getting ready to go up into the mountains, so we didnt want any problems. Phil had tried putting air in at a local gas station, but that was easier said than done, especially in the rain. We saw this tire and auto store, so as a last option, we decided to ask for help. With no hesitation, they had us come in and sit down, while they checked all the tires, putting in air needed in all four. They did not know us, but could probably tell we needed assistance at this point. Such a small act of kindness can mean a lot, especially in the world today. There was no charge either! On vacation in Tennessee and the wifes vehicle started making sounds like a wheel was out of balance. I took it in to these awesome folks and had gotten all 4 wheels balanced and rotated in less than 45 minutes as a walk in. Noise was gone and I was back on the road. Fair prices, good work, straight shooters and overall really friendly people. A great experience.

I was on vacation and had car issues. A place in Cherokee put new brakes on my car but the next day I was still having issues. I went to Sevierville Tire and Auto and was very pleased. They spent two hours working on my car (and got me in right away). They couldnt pinpoint for sure exactly what the squeaky noise was but they inspected everything and assured me that my car was safe for the drive back to Michigan. They took my front tires off and inspected my brakes, shocks, struts and so forth. They lubricated everything and the squeaking noise did go away. I was also having heat problems.... Yes, it was summer but I tried using the heat to defrost my windows and realized my heat wasnt working. They found a very small leak and filled it up and assured me it wasnt anything serious but I should have it looked at by my regular mechanic when I got back to Michigan. To my surprise, they only charged me $21. I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting over $100 easily just because they worked on it for 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them. A great place and very honest. Highly recommended.

We were on vacation in Tennessee and one of our tires developed a slow leak. I called these guys a half hour before they closed for the day and they told me to bring it in. The tire had a piece of iron in it which they removed and then they patched the tire for a reasonable 25 dollars. These guys treated me really well. They could have told me to come in the next day since it was late in the day, but they didnt. Since I was from out of town they could have told me the tire was unrepairable, taken advantage of me, and sold me a new tire, but they didnt. These guys treated me like I was a regular local customer and took good care of me. Their waiting area is also nice with a nice clean bathroom. Thanks for the great service.

Always friendly and precise. And they do the best job possible. I always take my Honda and blazer there at the start of any problem. And they always get to the point. The mechanics do an awesome job pinpointing the issue and the work as hard as possible to fix it!!! Great attitudes and a positive environement. And they have a great seating area to veg out in. My the brakes on my Camry went out and Sevierville Tire and Service center were so very nice. The service was prompt and very well done. The price was reasonable and the staff went out of their way to repair my car quickly so I could make the 5 hour drive home. I will highly recommend Sevierville Tire and Service Center to anyone coming to the Smokies.

This palce was a life saver. We were here from out of town and had a problem with the wheel bearing. They were supposed to close at 2 and by the time our truck got towed in that was not enough time to finish the job. The owner of the shop was super nice and allowed his mechanic to take on the job that took him more than an hour past closing to fishing. We are well aware that he could have closed his shop at their normal hours and leaving us stuck until Monday. This was a Saturday and every other shop in town or even near by closes 12. We were very lucky to find these guys and have them fix our truck. The main priority of the owner and his mechanic whose name was Mike, was our safety and making sure the vehicle could make it 6 hours home. Mike had a good attitude about staying late and made sure that he did everything perfectly for us. I would recommend anyone to go here, these are hard good working guys who know what they are doing! Mike and the shop owner went above and beyond to gets us on the way home. They could have been like every other shop and made us wait until they opened again on Monday.

We took the car here thinking we needed a wheel alignment. The mechanic was an honest man, he came and told my husband that it wasnt an alignment we needed that it was the balancing of the tires. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic that does great work.

On a recent trip to Tennessee for a military reunion, a member and friend,had a blow out on one of his trailer tires.. we were visiting the Tennessee museum of Aviation when we found the listing for Sevierville Tire.We called them and inquired if they had a trailer tire.. they did, they quoted us a price, we delivered the tire (they actually came out and removed it from my SUV) they told us we could wait, instead we went to lunch, and they were nice enough to call us to advise new tire was mounted and ready.They also put the tire back into my SUV when we picked it up. The Service at this business is SO GOOD that other businesss should take LESSONS from them! Highly recommend this business to others who want to be treated with respect and outstanding service.

My family has been going to these guys since we moved here in 2016. Moved about 45 minutes away mid 2017 and still make the trek to these guys because they take amazing care of us. Today, I had an appointment that I was already late for and couldnt miss and I had my 18 month old with me. On my way there, I blew a tire. I called 30 minutes before they closed and they said to bring it in and theyll have a look. Got me straight in and put a brand new tire on within 20 minutes of arrival. I explained that I didnt have any money to give them and asked if they could charge it to my dads credit card that he has through them and he said hell just charge it to our next visit. He said he didnt want to risk a patch job with me having my daughter in the car. These guys take amazing care of our vehicles and we wont go anywhere else. They are truely amazing people.

On our way to Pigeon Forge, had a rough trip with engine knocking. Stopped at a garage in Shelby, NC and had 3 cylinders replaced. Made it to Sevierville barely, with more engine knocking. One of the new cylinders was failing. A nice silver-haired man with a mustache came out, ran a diagnostic and fixed it for us, in about 5 minutes. Didnt charge us a dime. Wonderful people! Generous and experienced! Thank you!!!
