Had these guys to tow a vehicle I bought that wouldnt run and they where really professional and the price of the tow was cheaper then anyone else quoted me in the area. MARK was very accommodating and helpful. We were out of state traveling when our car broke down. He came and helped us when others were not able to and charged us a lot less than others . He even offered to take a look at my car at his garage but since it was a VW he thought better to see someone who specializes. Before he came and picked us up he asked how many we had it was only 2 of us but he said he wanted to swing by and get his 4 door cab so wed be more comfortable.Even took us to our car rental place after he dropped our car off at the garage .Loved the company name and star and bars on the truck on the side and we are from the North.

Unfortunately I had a flat tire that required my car to be towed and the tire repair at the shop. Southern Pride was beyond awesome! Very professional and attentive to my issue. They towed my 1969 Chevrolet C-10 from wears valley to kodak and even found my driveway without needing to meet them. When I bought my classic truck, it had been sitting in the dirt for 15+ years without front wheels on it. I brought my wheels into their auto repair shop where they fixed my tires (complementary since it would make it easier to tow) and a few hours later have my classic truck back at home. My new old truck was nestled in a hairy location but they had the skills to maneuver their rig where it needed to be and recover the vehicle. They even picked up the bed for me which was detached and sitting next to it and brought it on the same trip. They maintained excellent communication and never made me ask myself wonder where the tow truck guy is... You can put trust in this tow company for sure; especially when it comes to towing your classics.

They were a answer to my prayers! We took our family of 7 to the Wilderness for vacation. Loaded up the mini van to enjoy Soaky Mountain with my 5 kids and the gromet on my transmission cable busted off. We were stuck 2 hours from home with a next morning checkout. Prayed and picked a number on google, it was Don with Southern Pride. I explained my issue and time sensitivity. He said yes mam I can help, and he sure did! Got my van to the shop at 6:30pm and he had my van to me at the wilderness next morning before checkout!!!! Even delivered it to me!!! Im not a fan of waiting around for some guy to come to rescue when you are in need of a tow truck. It was amazing the attention and care which I was treated from Mark, who answered the phone and said that someone would be there to pick up my car in 30 minutes or less. We were up here in Tennessee on vacation and right when we were getting ready to head back to Florida we realized there was a hole in one of my tires and it was completely flat. We found Southern Pride and with the reviews we decided to give them a try. We called Mark and within 20 minutes he was there and had the car strapped on and took us to a tire place he recommended. My family and I had went on vacation to Gatlinburg TN. On our last day there my rear end on my pick up truck went out. I called Mark at Southern Pride towing they came and had us towed within 30 minutes! Him and his staff put my truck on the lift as soon as we arrived at shop and found the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote, he located me a whole axle and rear end in Birmingham AL. It was shipped to his shop an installed and me and my family were back on the road within 24 hours. Mark was awesome. I took my vehicle into him on a Sunday with a sheet metal screw in my tire. He saw me right away (instead of having to wait multiple hours at other places), and it turned out that I did not even need to have the tire patched because the screw was so small. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs Tire work or Towing.

My truck broke down on my last day of vacation and could not be moved due to a broken ball joint. From the time I called Southern Pride Tire and Towing, he said he would be there in 10 minutes and sure enough he was there in 10 minutes. He had me loaded up and told me he could have my truck fixed by the next day. He kept me updated as to when the parts were ordered, estimated time to fix my truck and kept me updated on the progress of installation of the parts. We lost all breaking coming down out of the mountains coming in to Pigeon Forge. We contacted our insurance carrier who found a towing company but we would have had to wait an extended time. We found this company and after speaking with Mark he guaranteed pickup of our rig within 1.5 hours. The technician (Don) repaired our break broblem and got us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time.The repair price was extremely reasonable which shocked us beyond belief.We highly recommend this company for any towing and or repair needs. Never go with the first person you talk to because i am sure that had we gone elsewhere, we would have spent all of our vacation allotment for an unneeded repair.

On the way home from vacation we ran in to some transmission trouble so our insurance directed us to Southern Pride Towing and we could not be more impressed with them. They came to our rescue and even waited until we could get a taxi to come get us. He gave us amazing recommendations and was over all a very nice, professional guy. This company is absolutely amazing! My 19 year old son moved to Sevierville and I live in Indiana. His drive shaft broke and he had to get towed to shop and fixed. Any one of them will always explain what is wrong with your vehicle, what its going to take to fix it and what its going to cost... If you look closely & read the reviews you will see that the majority of their clientele that have left positive and five star reviews have all been from female clients that have all been satisfied with the servicing and/or repairs of their vehicles and the professionalism and respect that they were treated with. We experienced a tire blow out near Sevierville TN while traveling with a 40 ft fifth wheel to the Smokie Mountains Stranded along side of the road late on a Sunday night with no spare tire, we contacted Mark at Southern Pride Tire and towing. What a relief. Not only did Mark show up in short time, he took our flat tire back to his shop and installed a new tire. During this time he offered to drop us off at a anywhere needed while he changed the tire. Since all tires on our coach were the same age, I asked he price all new tires on the coach, and doing the work at our campsite. Today, SATURDAY.....The owner of Southern Pride offered to pick my parents up at their home if they couldnt find a ride to pick up their vehicle that was in for repairs.I was available to take them, but appreciated the offer as did they. As my mom settled her bill with the owner, she casually asked how much back brakes for my car would be. He gave us a quote and offered to get started on them now if we would like.It is often hard to coordinate family schedules, but we were already there, so why not?He not only replaced the brakes, he showed us some issues that I suspected, and others I was not aware of. I appreciated him taking the time to track down the parts I needed on a Saturday in the heat of the day.We stayed cool and comfy. I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could. Mark called me personally when I called insurance for a tow and said he would do his best to get me back in the road the same night even after hours. He is my angel. The tow truck had space to carry all 4 passengers. Mark and his crew went out to buy my part and install it all after 6pm just so I could be safe. I cant say enough great things about him and the service. He stuck to his price even though it took him double the time. He kept to his word. My family is safe because of him. Honest, professional and by far the BEST towing and garage Ive ever came in contact with! They were a God send! We started planning our family vacation to Pigeon Forge TN two years ago trying to save up enough money to go. We stopped by Chick-fil-A and when we tried to leave the vehicle wouldnt start. You can imagine the dread, stomach dropping, were up a creek feeling. Roadside Assistance called Southern Pride Tire and Towing. The owner/driver hooked up the vehicle quickly and we road with him back to his shop. The inside of the tow truck itself was clean, comfortable and fit the four of us. It was past 5pm so the driver called the shop and asked one of the mechanics if he could stay late to look at/possibly repair our vehicle. Got to the shop quickly and safely. The mechanic looked at the engine and fixed the problem. He showed my husband how to fix the problem in case it happened again. They only charged us $40 for the mechanics time! Most shops would have taken advantage of our situation but they didnt. What could have been a complete nightmare was actually pretty cool and painless.

Our van broke down in Pigeon Forge and we called our Roadside Assist. They sent out this guy:Mark Myers. If you are EVER broke down in the Smokies; this is your man. You WANT this guy to come help you! He is kind, friendly and helps in ANY way he can! A class act all around! He came out in a large, meticulously clean tow truck that he was able to haul all 5 of us in to his clean and warm office shop in Sevierville, where he let us stay for a couple of hours while we waited on our ride. We had to leave the van behind for a few weeks so that we could raise up the funds to pay for repairs which WERE very reasonable but were on a fixed income (he does transmission work!) And we went back to get the van, he had it fixed and ready to go when we arrived. I cannot begin to stress what a good, fair, and honest man Mark is. We need more people like Mark in the world. He is a shining example to the world of what a good business owner should be. Glad I could finally get this posted on here.

We were involved in a wreck in Sevierville on October 5. We had just been rear-ended by a car and were pushed into another car. Southern pride was the wrecker on site to tow our vehicle. Me and my wife got into the wrecker and the driver was the nicest person we could have asked for. He also drove us to the nearest Enterprise where he stayed with us until we could get a rental car. My husband picked me up from work one rainy late afternoon, complaining about his truck tire leaking air. My cars alternator went completely out while at auto zone and Southern Pride was highly recommended! This was at 10 pm! Within 20 minutes the owner was there with a tow truck and had my car hooked up. I was extremely pleased with the fact that my car was fixed the very next day. I was having with my Airstream motor home on a Mercedes chassis. Finally it got so bad I didn’t want to drive it and I called my towing insurance. It took them all afternoon to find a tow. First they sent a mobile truck mechanic, he agreed with me that it had to be towed. The Southern Pride owner called me and asked me to take a picture of my rig so he would know what truck to use. Smart!!It was getting dark by the time he reached me. Put my poor motor home on a flatbed and offered to let me camp overnight and he’d take me to the Mercedes dealer the next day. This was on Sunday so I wouldn’t be able to see them until the next day anyway. Spent the night plugged in, in his towing yard and I felt safe there.One of his employees had worked for Mercedes and the shop had the computer to find the error. Of course in the morning there was no error! I drove almost to the interstate and the errors showed up again. Turned around and went back. Now the computer showed that a sensor for the anti lock brake system was bad. It was causing all kinds of errors and engine power problems. They got the part from Mercedes and installed it. I went on my way with no more problems after driving about 500 miles.I would highly recommend Southern Pride Towing for any tow or repair you needed.

Mark was wonderful! He truly saved the day and was very reasonable on his cost. I highly recommend southern pride especially if you need a job done and done right then southern pride is who you call. Thank you again Mark for all your help.

I never write reviews BUT he deserves one!! Mr. Mark personally came to my rescue-on a Sunday-on top of a mountain to fix my flat tire. He was very nice and professional. This only put our day of exploring the Smokeys out about an hour. He was a life saver!

I can not thank you guys enough! Thank you so much for making sure my sons car was not only fixed in a timely manner but also making sure it was 100% perfect before he drove over an hour back to school. (And that you didnt kill a collage student with a huge bill). You guys are by far the nicest, honest and trustworthy people that Ive delt with in a long time.
