The people who work here are the real deal! I came here b/c of the reviews about honesty and good service, and I was highly impressed! I have used them more than once, and I have not been disappointed. Highly recommend! So fair and so honest!

Owner runs an honest business and did good work. Had a trailer hitch mount installed on my Subaru Crosstrek. The owner explained the process to me over the phone (I needed to buy and bring the hitch for warranty purposes), gave me a very fair price for the install labor, and I was pleased with the work and how he neatly arranged the electrical wiring. Would definitely bring my car back for additional work.

I loved going here for all of my work. I am just hearing that the shop closed. If there is anyone that knows where he is at now I would much appreciate helping me out

I recently had my Audi R8 V10 repaired here. Bill is a fantastic guy to work with. I appreciated his honesty through the whole process. Definitely recommend going to him for any of your car needs. He went above and beyond even did a few extra things for me to make sure I was happy with everything. Glad to have found an honest shop and great Audi tech.

I have always owned VW vehicles and often found limited mechanics who can work on my car, or if they do they up-charge every little thing. Through a friend of a friend I was referred to Bill and I am so grateful! Took my car in at 9AM and received a call by 10:30AM, I was stunned how fast they worked. Bill explained to me what was wrong, what function it serves and fixed it promptly. Very fair prices and you can tell they want you to trust them to come back for any issues you may incur overtime. Safe to say I have found my mechanic

I had several good experiences with Bill since moving here. I spent a LOT of money but the quality was very good. Until I had him address an oil leak. Bill suggested re-sealing the oil pan. When I got the car back, it was leaking worse than before. I took a look under the vehicle and see that he neglected to put THREE oil pan bolts back in! He mentioned that day that someone else was in the shop that day helping him with work, and after seeing how they neglected putting bolts back in I was obviously skeptical of the quality of the repair. What else might they have messed up if they cant even put bolts back in?I contacted Bill and listed my concerns. I honestly wanted the job re-done and I dont think that was asking too much given his 12 month guarantee (job was about an hour of labor...). Bill just said he would replace the missing bolts but refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen and honestly for an apology and some reassurance of the quality of future work I would have gladly taken both our VWs back to Bill, but apparently that was too much to ask for as he no longer returns my messages now. A total lack of customer service and professionalism, especially to someone whos brought you $2000 of work in the last 6 months. I guess he doesnt need my repeat business...Its unfortunate that one bad experience would dissuade someone from ever going back, but we put our safety directly in the mechanics hands; with this kind of response I dont feel comfortable going back. Ill be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

Bill was extremely transparent with cost, schedule, and cause analysis on my mysterious little vw gti. He was very methodical in removing smaller items as potential sources of my issues and only replaced a major component after he ruled out any other option. He also was good about using email at my request as our primary communication tool.

Took my S4 in for a one stop shop, got all maintenance out of the way along with stage 3 upgrades. Bill is super easy going and very knowledgeable about B5 S4s. Turn around time was quick and the work is phenomenal, he addressed any potential issues to ensure that the car is at 100% I would highly recommend Sinister to anyone looking for good work at a reasonable rate.

As usual, Bill at Sinister Autoworks did a great job with my Volkswagen Jetta. He diagnosed the issues, repaired the issues, and advised me on the cars condition. Customer service at this shop is terrific, and this is the only place I take my VW for service (technician Bill has many years experience with VW and Audi). I will return the next time the Jetta needs service, as Bill is the only mechanic I trust with my car.

Bill and staff are great. When we had a GTI, we took it to him for a DSG flush which he did in a short amount of time for a fraction of what a dealer would have charged. Bill has done work on my WRX, my friends WRX, a friends audi, another friends VW, our previous VW. I have no problem taking any of my vehicles to Bill for service, maintenance, or building. Bills phenomenal works speaks for itself. I have no problems sending friends or family over to get their cars checked out/fixed/built/or modded.

I was very impressed with the work performed on my 12 VW Jetta TDI. The 40k mile recommended maintenance includes the DSG service. After calling several dealerships and shops, it was clear that no one else could match on price. Bill was knowledgeable and performed the service exactly as quoted. Ill definitely take my vehicle back here for future work.
